Visited Cloud 9 for a coffee and scone just after lunchtime on a Tuesday afternoon before Christmas. Quaint and stylishly decorated with a beachy/coastal theme if decor. Good coffee and nice cherry scone. It's quite small but there's was no problem getting a table. Toilet clean and very tastefully decorated. Limited free parking outside which is accessible from the rear and not on the Main Street.

Really great food busy wee place, thank goodness we had booked for we would not have got a seat. Advisable to book between 12 and 2. Will definitely be back. Staff so helpful and friendly.

Coffee tasted really bad, you need to clean your coffee machine every day! Also the waitress served chips that another table didn't want to us. She took them back in the kitchen and then when we ordered she brought the same ones straight away😂. Food was ok, the chips were really nice regardless. Table service advisable!

Me and my friend walked in with our two babies in car seats, one of the staff members muttered to the other "ugh more babies". The other staff member then told us all the tables were reserved and they couldn't accommodate us. When we entered there were two ladies with 2 prams taking up 2 full tables and there were two tables being taking up by single occupancy, there were 2 tables clearly marked as reserved and 3 tables did not have a reserved sign on them. We were coming from a baby class and wanted to keep local, we were appalled by the staffs behavior and as locals we will not be back as we were made to feel embarrassed and very unwelcome! My friend went back in to voice her concerns for the staff members to then try and deny what was said and done! Disgusted

What a wonderful place to find! Had to leave car over in nearby industrial estate for a service, got a courtesy car and explored this lovely village, finding Cloud9 literally! Beautiful place, greeted and seated by a nice friendly member of staff. Menu looked great. We both ordered the full Irish breakfast with tea/coffee. It's was so good, lots of food, nearly too much! Will definitely be back when in the area again!

In the local area for a week, visiting family, and the challenge was to breakfast and coffee every day in a new place. Unfortunately Cloud 9 was so good, that we cheated and came back to Cloud 9 for a repeat visit! Awesome selection of coffees and a truly proper full Irish breakfast!! Great place, and very popular. Would highly recommend!!

This was my first visit but it certainly won't be my last. I had a beautiful bowl of seafood chowder. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. I would recommend Cloud 9 to anyone.

Popular cafe in the middle of Eglinton. They do a lovely breakfast with toast and coffee included. Access to the car park is opposite the orange hall. Not far from Derry airport and 10 minutes drive from Altnagelvin hospital make it a handy place for a great meal.

We popped in today for a spontaneous lunch. The restaurant was busy, but we were made to feel welcome and were quickly settled at a table. Cozy atmosphere (and if I were honest, thought the tables were slightly too close together.) However, this was more than made up by the service and food. My mom had the Cajun Salmon special, and she said it was delicious. I loved my chicken and pepper sauce. All together a pleasant visit. Thank you!

Stopped at this cafe in Limavady at lunchtime and it was very busy. We just had a coffee and scones which were very nice and cost £4.10 each. Service was slow however and we were glad we hadn't ordered a meal . Friendly staff .

We arrived at the cafe just as a storm was breaking outside, and were grateful for the tasty goats cheese dish, and the tasty cajun chicken on special that day. The coffee was excellent and the staff friendly. We'd definitely go back if we were in Limavady again.

Came here for a bite to eat with my family and was disappointed by the lack of smiles and friendly atmosphere. The servers didn’t seem to want to be there and seemed quite rude and abrupt when we went to order. Food was great though!

I use this cafe a few times every week either for breakfast or lunch. The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. I really enjoy their home made burger.

I've tried a few in Limavady and some are truly dreadful. This one has a modern ambience and good food and cakes.

Where do I start.Unfriendly staffCard machine not working, but only found this out when I got to the till. Could this sign not have been at the front door on the way in.Took ages for the table to be cleared from previous persons. No numbering system for the tables as our order came out and went back and only came back out when I asked about the order.Was told the kitchen was busy and it was a 10-15 wait....we were at 40 mins and still no food.When it arrived very tasty if just about warm after sitting in the kitchen. To be honest just wanted to eat and get out and kids where climbing the wall. In short, terrible service, run by young girls with nobody taking control.

It will definitely be a while before I am back in it. The staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt today that I was a hassle for them to serve me.

Lunch with the Mrs. Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, atmosphere good, good menu ( with specials ) plenty of room between the tables. You really don't need much more for a quick good lunch. Takeaway also. Recommended.

We were out in Greysteels at Foyle cup under 11 Kids and they wanted greasy take away food, or a Mc Donalds. I said no lets try Julianas award winning cafe and boy were we pleasantly suprised.Good high quality piping hot food.Decent size portions.At a fair price.Would happily go back and definitley reccomend it to anyone

Had lunch in this new Eglinton restaurant. It was recommended by a friend but we found it quite difficult to find as it is back off the street a little and doesn't look like a cafe from a distance. They need more advertising signs outside. It was quite empty on a Saturday lunchtime so obvioulsy it isn't that well known yet. Food was ok, huge portions I had a wrap which came toasted although no one asked me if I wanted it that way, my friend's open prawn salad was huge. The home cooked chips had been recommended so we shared a garlic and parsley flavour portion. Disappointing soft ordinary chips with very little garlic and I could only find one minute fleck of parsley.Overall a good enough lunch but nothing different or special to make us return

Just call here for a coffee and sometimes a bun.Staff are all very friendly and I never have to wait too long to get my coffee served just the way i like it.Usually like the comfortable sofa but not so quiet when kids are off school!

Visited this little cafe for brunch and I can say it was a delight. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and overall a great addition to the village. Totally recommend it and will definitely be back

I would now call myself a regular at Cafe storm. I've not had a bad meal in the place. I recently had a Christmas dinner and couldn't fault it in any way..

We have had a couple of lunches here recently, both of which have been well prepared and delicious, as well as being great value for money!

I'd the open seafood sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed and would eat again. Husband had a fry and daughter chose goujons. Lovely decor, family friendly, popular with locals, modern menu. Will struggle to get a table on.peak times, which is a good indication of its popularity.
