Dropped in your chance, meant to meet somebody, got the wrong pub. But hey-ho stopped for 3 . Friendly locals nice atmosphere . Could have stayed there till closing. Nice pub.

lovely staff, left my bag and the owner was very helpful, had a good look for me and opened up just to give it to me. everything was still there including £20 cash and a pouch of baccy, showing there’s lovely and trustworthy staff as well as regulars. wouldn’t have that at a spoons, i’m sure if i left it there someone would’ve nicked my deodorant just for the fun of it. lovely local definitely recommend.

Used to love this pub as I grew up in the area. Not what it was but it does have a free pool table

Bit of a locals pub. People seemed friendly enough. One guy singing extremely loudly. The bar lady looked a bit embarrassed by him.

Expensive seeing he owns the pub he can get the beer cheaper but don't pass it on to his customers.

I just popped in with a couple of friends for a quick half during a tour if selected pub's around Plymouth. The Clifton is a nice friendly bar with a couple of cask beers & a couple of traditional ciders. I had lovely a half of Dartmoor, Dragon's Breath. On the day we saw the end I of the match where Ireland beat Samoa in the rugby world cup.

A safe haven. Pints are a bit pricey but, free pool and darts. The people here are really friendly and so are the staff.
