Wowza ! Booked, delivered and sooo delighted, Indian Cuisine you smashed it. Your Balti is so flavoursome yet saucy and both the lamb and chicken were soft, succulent and large portions too. The keema and peshwari naans were thick soft and tasty . Nice one

Excellent food. I order Indian food quite a lot as it’s one of my preferred take aways - this is definitely one of my favourite places to order.

Just eat app stated that food was on its way, then delivered when it was not. Called the restaurant who said it hadn’t left the kitchen, despite being after the estimated delivery time, and the restaurant having over a hour to prepare/deliver the food. When the food did arrive it was missing an item.

1st time having Indian from here, definitely getting again. Food hot, early and very tasty!

Haven’t visited since it was taken over by new owners but saw the Gourmet nights being offered and thought we would give it a try and I’m glad we did! I would go as far to say it was even better than before! They have undercut the other restaurants in the area and the food is by far the best. So good I told my mum and we went back the following night! Service outstanding no hidden costs it was just perfect.

What a lovely find. Absolutely the best fish I’ve had at an Indian! Sea bass Delight, beautifully soft, garlicky and subtle, yet with some heat too. Chicken Bakhara also lovely, and we’ve never eaten such tasty lime pickle either! Lovely service and good prices. Also possible to order vegan.

The quality and taste of food is incredible, all freshly made. Very generous portions. The value was like no other place I have visited recently. We were treated very well and without warning, told them it was my sister's birthday and they brought her a present. Truly, above and beyond. Thank you so much for making it a lovely evening.

This is one of the finest Indian restaurants I've eaten food from. The service was exceptional and the food the best. I'd never had duck in a curry before but it was delicious and our roast lamb dish was superb, with no fat or gristle. Thank you, we will return.

We had an excellent meal on a very quiet Tuesday evening. Took advantage of the Gourmet night deal which was very good value at £14.95 per person. It would have been nicer if there more diners but service was friendly and efficient. We'll see be back!

Always a delight and really good food, staff always friendly and chatty, when it’s hot they always offer me a drink for free whilst I’m waiting for me food if I arrive early, never had a bad meal from here, so affordable and better priced if you order direct from their website and not from the just eat app, I always collect as it’s only takes a couple of minutes for me to get there I seriously can’t complain about anything from getting a takeaway from this place. Highly recommended from our family!

THE NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE - The man was very blunt on the phone and rude while we were making the order, we checked it while the delivery driver was still here thank god as we was missing half the order, when we rang up to say he said it was in fact all there and we were wrong so we put the delivery driver on the phone to tell him exactly what was unpackaged in front of her and that things were indeed missing, at first he was dismissive of her thinking she was a customer before he realised who she was aswell 😅 he then offered no discount and wanted further money for what was missing from the order, in what world one chicken biryani and a curry is £25 alone I have no idea but he then wanted more for the rest. We ended up saying to sod it and gave the food back to the delivery driver and took the money back. We live and work in a public house and a whole room full of our regulars heard how rude this man was (the phone was on speaker because my mum is hard of hearing) and all of them have said they will never order from you again or ever try you because of how disgusting your attitude was to a paying customer. You could have gave us a discount and been polite about it when it was your mistake and made atleast some money but instead now you’ve got to put food in the bin and make nothing, also you’ve made yourself known to a whole room of people who like to go out to eat in the area as rude and undeserving of their business… as someone who has worked in the public sector for years you’ve not got good business sense 😅

Piping hot, fast and delicious.

Tonight was the final time I will eat at this restaurant. The service was appalling so slow it was ridiculous, some of the food was cold and had got sent back twice. Lastly after adding up what we paid and what the bill actually came to it turned out we were overcharged by just over £16. The manager then said we could have the money back or he can keep it as a tip, due to half of my party had paid and left already, we decided to let him keep the money but we will not go to the Clifton Cuisine again.

Food is avaerage(saying that being an Indian). They charge you even for the chutney for papadum which someone hardly use which I think it's not fair. I hope you can discover better options.

One of the best Indian meals I've ever had. Has heard good things so decided to give it a go. Keema and cheese naan is by far the best naan bread I've had. Always left disappointed by cheese naans fo find no cheese visible on the bread whereas this had a GENEROUS amount melted and sandwiched in the middle. Mushroom rice was amazing and the main dishes delicious. Our new favourite and future go to

The best word to describe the food we had is ‘aromatic’. What a great blend of flavours. The chicken bakara was very spicy, but incredibly tasty.

We’ve been customers here for about one year and it’s outstanding. The lamb is the best quality we’ve had in over 30 years of being curry fans. Melt in the mouth, perfect every time. There are other award-winning Indian restaurants in the area, but this one is the best 💎 we love it!
