Massively took the piss. Put an order through and waited almost 2 hours and the food never arrived. Couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant as it kept going straight to voicemail. After 2 hours the order was cancelled. Do not order from this place if you want to actually receive food!!!!

The food is exceptionally good, the premises are spotlessly clean, the portions are huge and the owner is diligent and friendly. Absolutely brilliant!

35 Brows LaneVisited the Formby Grill House and was thoroughly disappointed. The chicken was undercooked, which is not only unacceptable but also a serious health risk. On top of that, the customer service was poor — staff were unhelpful and dismissive when the issue was raised. Won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

10 Cooks RdLow quality food. Just got some food from there and it was disgusting. Burger and doner meat tasted off. Do not recommend this to anyone unless you want to feel sick. Absolutely vile.
