food was nice but disappointed in the drinks. says cherry coke we got cherry Pepsi max. bottle of coke and got Pepsi. even though we will drink it, it's not what we ordered and it's not as nice

shame this place is so hit and miss as I won't be spending another £40 to get below par food we had a dry cheesey garlic bread a calzone with hardly any filling and soggy french fries.

Best value for money scran gaff in Liverpool. Scran is heavy

The food was awesome as always. Also the delivery man just called me, as "Food in the door". I've found my food on the floor in the door. I didn't feel satisfield at all. Customers order create his wage, so the minimum I don't find my food in the door on the floor! Retrain this delivery man aboyt customer service please, because if you make a great food, it's so poor to make customers unsatisfield just because the delivery man never lernt about customer service. Very poor delivery, amazing food.

Food was cold, having to reheat it after it arrived, chips were bland, chicken and jalapeno bites were cold. If I had to wait a little longer and it be a little late but I had better quality then it'd be worth the wait, even for a busy Friday it's not excusable.

Chips where under cooked and meat on kebab was fatty. Dinner meat was very greasy

absolutely disgusting we ordered £34 worth of pizzae they arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes after the order was placed when i opened the boxes everything was ice cold and almost going stale i tried contacting just eat and they didnt want to help because we paid cash but there okay taking commission from that cash payment for there advertising of this horrendous food place anyway we tried over 15 times of my number to contact them they wouldn’t answer the phone then i used another family members they answered straight away soon as i mentioned my order they hung up the phone so they dont want to correct this and just eat are as worse as them closing chat logs as im explaining they cant just say no to helping because i paid cash . update the restaurant fixed this for us the mext day and allowed us to order new food that came fast and was lovely so i had to change the review as most places wouldnt do this and everyone has a bad day so thank you big bites for rectifying your mistake

I always order from here and normally it is great but this was well over 30mins late and also burnt. I dont know what happened, i recommend this place all the time but if this is what to expect i won't anymore

It said delivered when it hadn’t been when I called up they said another 15 minutes even though I had pre ordered it over an hour earlier to arrive for that time but food was DELICIOUS and delivery lady was really polite

Food was cold, chips not cooked and the cheesecake was warm. Waffle was terrible.

Kids pizza was burnt & lukewarm at best, chips were soggy, a waited an hour an a half for delivery for 0.8 miles distance from the shop, properly disappointed with this place when it comes to delivery orders, because the food is usually alright!! I won’t be going back anymore after this now.

I've had lovely burgers and kebabs from here in the past, thought I'd try a Pizza. Sorry I did now. The base was soggy, the cheese was to thick and it arrived 30 mins late. Even the 2 hungry kids who had been waiting over 1hr for their food never ate it....think I'll stick to the Kebabs next time :(

ordered from you guys plenty of times. never been disappointed till now. the chicken on the kababb has changed and wasn't nice. not alot of donner meat, all pressed into a tinfoil tin. ask for garlic mayo and there was hardly any on it. the salt & pepper chicken wasn't great. the chickens not what it used to be. sad to say the best thing about the order was my can of Dr pepper. wasn't worth it's money. old ways were better. sorry guys.

Delivery driver refused to come in and wanted to abandon the food outside the block of flats claiming health and safety.

Everything was great, I did order a calzone and got a normal pizza instead but second time ordering and food was perfect

The food is lovely and tasty but very small portions given the prices! 2nd time ordering from here and items missing! In both orders. Was looking forward to salad with the lamb chops but no salad arrived just lamb and rice! Disappointing! I will order again but if portions remain small and items missing I won’t order again! But will stress the food is very tasty and good quality.

Normally not a terrible place but 2 hours late and the customer service was terrible, called to check my order, told me its with driver shouldn't be long, call back 40 minutes later to check what's happening she instantly said it's with driver on it's way without checking anything but 2 hours for a burger and fries is rough, food was terrible too.
