Best in Rochdale for kobeda.. they are the kings of kobeda and make them barbecued with all the flavour of the kobeda locked into the naan when they put it. I order it atleast once a week for the kids as they won't eat kobeda from anywhere else in town.

Food average, I know everything has gone up but they charge some next-level!! They charge £2 for 15 chips!! Lol

ordered a portion of samosa got 3 tiny ones , the ones you buy from the supermarket packaged i will not order the samosa’s again.. rest of the food, was just under average. There quality of the food is gone in the gutter.

I purchase yesterday as heard alot about it and specially went from salford .good for one or two times eatery as its ok type if we compare it with afghan kobeda in manchester it has more juicy and better naan .

I ordered food at this place and I tried a bit of everything. First of all everything was more or less average. I have heard people love the mix of spices in their renouned kobeda pieces, but however I was not a big fan. Overall the higher than average price was not justified by the taste. Needless to say I will not be visitng this takeaway next time I am in Rochdale

Kobedh one of the better places in Rochdale. Good deals but be aware paying more for the quality. Staff friendly and will get your order on time. Salads could do with more quantity but naan and kebab really nice. In fact writing the review I will get another kebab deal.

Pitiful performance! I ordered food over the phone and got told that it'll be 30 minutes. I turned up 35 minutes later, waited for 15 minutes whilst other people came in, ordered after me and left. In the end I left and went to a Chinese restaurant, ordered, got served and started eating before I got a call from Kabana to say it's ready, 1.5 hours later.

In general food is excellent 9/10 times, just delivery drivers to improve sometimes you have to wait over 1h and food is not that warm...

I ordered yesterday the donner wasn't cooked all crumbs I rang them up they said they donner is like that I sent the picture have had no response people have a look at the picture before you order you will get food poison they don't cooked the food properly

The best of Kobeda kebabs in the town by any standard. Consistency in taste is their prime secrete. Absolute value for money as far Kebab based dishes are concerned. Decent staff members in terms of dealing with customers.

Excellent food, incredibly consistent too.

The food for taste is exceptional I cannot complain. However, when told it will take 30-40 mins and mention why don’t you take a hour it’s ok ( as it’s reasonable to be 10 mins or so late when collecting food). Took over 1.5hrs for the food. Told will be 2 mins but that 2 mins took 40 additional minutes ! Sometimes it’s not worth it esp when you have kids to feed. This has happened more than three separate times of ordering

I normally post pics but whatever reason I haven't taken any. However... for now best donner I've had round here, meaty, texture ( as some donner from elsewhere are plastic), good spices. Pleasantly surprised and consistent as I've ordered twice .. same order as well. Kobeda- very tasty and in the naan it comes in. Fresh as expected. This is definite recommend for this type of food.

Great food, but why is the KObeda so rubbery? Fix it.

Have ordered from Kobeda King numerous times in the past and the food was always nice...but the last two times I've ordered we have waited over an hour for the food to be delivered and it was cold...not even luke warm..cold. The chips were inedible (soggy, greasy and cold) and the pizza had hairs in it so that was obviously not eaten either. Shame, as the food used to be nice...won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2x chicken kebab and kids pizza, I’m sorry this was worst meat I’ve had this year they don’t know what’s kebab we had chicken wrap instead of kebab ,5 pieces of dry chicken tasted like black pepper with baby gem and onion no tomatoes whatsoever, garlic Mayo without garlic save your money

A compliment to the Kobeda King chef i have tried the kobeda from Rusham in Manchester and i tried the food at Rochdale Kobeda King BBQ chicken absolutely stunnish kobeda just like i used have 20 30 years ago from Manchester same taste cant doubt thw food. The mix grill is a great value for money not had a good meal for along time but no i know were to come for the delicous scrans Kobeda King is the best food.

Couldn't tell if it was kobeda or rubber nasty taste and pizza and chips felt like it was yesterday scran they gave me.

Really nice pizza, spent £15.80 and didn't get a sauce with the pizza. Just giving 4 star because i had to pay separately for sauce.

Todays experience has to be the worst I have had from any take away in Rochdale! Can't even get the order correct to start with! The food was disgusting call themselves kobeda King it was more like a kobeda sting!!! Kobeda: Dry rubbery bland tasteless. Chips: cardboard Donna meat: Disgusting, pretty sure it was yesterday's! Tried to return it they said thats how it is! Thank goodness we have plenty of choice for good take away food in Rochdale this place just wants your money!

I'm old skool and prefer my kobeda just like original one from Rusholme Chippy on the curry mile, very few places can get it right, last night the kobeda from KK was awesome and so was the hot sauce!

The kobedas are actually quite good hence the 3 star rating. Service is shockingly poor. Arrogant if my feeble judgements are correct albeit only on a couple of occasions. I used to order quite a lot from here. I would get 10 percent off when purchased from their website (a rather pointless endeavour used by many asian restaurants/takeaways to avoid paying Just Eat's albeit extortionate charges. But you cannot have it both ways. You want access to the wide customer reach but once they've introduced you to the customer, you slip them a menu with their delivered order so that future purchases be made through the website. I think it's all a bit of a faff just to save a few percent. Anyway, I digress. I haven't been here barring the odd occasion for several years now as I despise takeaways who think they are too clever for their own good. A 5 mile trip to Oldham, or a little farther to Manchester and you will find a PLETHORA of Kobeda houses. Al-Quddus, Al-Aqsa, Sadaf's, Rusholme Chippy, and dozens more, each one better than the last and miles ahead of Kobeda king. To be fair, there special Kobeda King sauce is second to NONE. If the star rating was for the sauce it would be 5 stars. For the food four. For the arrogant owner and staff in general (though some guys in their are quite nice) 1 star. The 3 star is the closest average I could get to.

Made a late order one knight for 2 double kobeda's and chips. What I got delivered dried hard meat and rock hard chip. These boys are no Kobeda king's I'd call them something else but this is a public forum!

I usually have Lala's, which I do enjoy, but as I saw this place had a good rating, I thought i'd try it. It wasn't even warm!!!!! The man said it was because I had salad and sauce on it, and by the time he got to me......I hung up because I have ordered indian cuisine from across town many times before, and it has never been freezing cold!!!!! AVOID Like the plague, the guy wasn't even bothered, let alone apologetic !!!!!!! Rubbish!!!!!! Didn't even want to give it one star !

Food is great from here, often have our cousins from dubai and Ireland visit and they would often order from here for the kobeda... not sure about anything else sold here but the kobeda is nice

Absolutely fumin.. after ordering my meals of just eat, I remembered I wanted a extra cheese burger WITHOUT ANY SAUCE as the person who was eating hates hates sauce.. after telling them this over and over on the phone DO NOT PUT SAUCE ON the delivery driver comes.. I pay him my EXTRA 3 POUND to find the burger I asked for without sauce on HAD sauce on.. every single sauce! I phone up for the D...k on the phone to tell me we can’t come give you another burger and we ain’t giving your money back coz the guy who took the order FORGOT to tell the chef! YOUR FOODS BS anyways! Twa ts!!!!!!
