Love it, gone there for about half an year now

Went in with a biggish order and it was dealt with easily, the place was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and well mannered, he portions were generous and looked delicious Will be back soon thank you

Always get decent food at a good price at Classics. The guys who work there are always friendly and try their best. We've been regulars at Classics for years now.

Our go to chippy. We order from here often, and have never had a bad meal. Today, there was an issue with delivery (not the restaurants fault), and it was resolved by refund. The food still arrived a few minutes after, and when we rang to tell them, they said due to us being regular customers to not worry about it. The workers and drivers are always so polite and understanding, and the food is always incredible. Thank you!

I go few times a week I'm now their regular the staff and calm and no issues with the take away. As I'm typing I'm on the way there lol.

1st time getting food here. Was served by a chap called "T" friendly guy. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal (£5) and a small cod (£4). The burger was tasty, and the chips were decent. The fish was a good size with a nice coating of batter. However, the fish was a little dry. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. CASH ONLY

I would give it 5/5 the customer service is superb also the food is top notch I would definitely recommand this place I will definitely be going back again

Opened the box of chicken nuggets and chips this is the first thing I see. First red flag should have been the person serving me grabbing the nuggets with his bear hands. Customer service was very nice however just wish the hygiene matched it

The best food and top service in Birmingham I have experienced

Very disappointed this evening. Portion sizes were tiny. I counted and there were 21 chips in the portion of chips sent. The masala fish was end bits that had been stuffed into a pitta, and the smallest mixed meat and chips we have ever had. Clearly cutting portion sizes to try and save money.

Did not send me my full order, shop promised will do 30 mins, someone called later promised a refund but never refunded. VERY DISSAPOINTED

The fish was not as nice as usual. Too much batter and it wasn't as white.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! Last week Thursday I had food poisoning for 4 days !!!! Luckily I bought the children chips only I had a mini lamb doner and chips that gave me fever , sweats and shakes , diarrhoea and vomiting ! They say killers come with smiles and the guy that served me was full of smiles !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT DONER MEAT THANKS CLASSICS PS . If you want to your children to live a long life , don’t give them diner meat from haunch lane CLASSICS !!!!!

Been coming here for 2 years+ and have to admit the consistency of food, service and cleanliness is fantastic. Food is really tasty and portions are great. Definitely visi if you're in the area.

The driver wasn’t friendly at all

food was not good. chips rock hard to eat. the fish was chewy. and meat was small size

caught us out a little as we were busy thinking it would be another half hour at least.

delivery was extremely quick the driver knocked the door but ran off and left my food on doorstep then 10 mins later come banging my door for payment!! The info stated cash but I put my card details in online as I had no cash!! So then while waiting for him to contact the store to organise payment which took forever so the food then by the time I came to eat it. The driver was very rude and if he had not of ran off the situation could of been resolved more efficiently. Awful service.

First I asked to put alot of salt and vinegar on the chips but the didn't and asked to give chilli sauce separate and they put on the meal. The order come late. The driver rang the bell and left the food on the step even though I open the door within 5sec of him ringing the door bell.

If u like spicy food try chicken tika with fried onions and peppers. Really nice katalama was nice and salad was a little disappointing as it had more onions than cucumbers and lettuce, please use less onions. You should add red cabbage and tomatoes to salad maybe? The naan was not freshly baked as stated it was microwaved which made it turn up cold on arrival and hard

Lamb tikka kebab was chewy & had gristle/fat on some pieces, minuscule amount of lettuce with a few pieces of cucumber with white onion. This was a poor effort for the cost. Chips were very greasy (again).

The fish and chips looks like it was cooked yesterday and certainly not fresh, and couldn’t eat it. Also my kebab was not very good and didn’t comply to my extra onions. Also nearly 2 hours after I ordered it , it finally arrived.

The donner tasted ok but was cold, the chips were not cooked they were still hard and I threw them away, I have to pay for this food so it should be cooked properly, I live a mile away from this restaurant so delivery time wouldn’t affect quality. Then to top it off the delivery driver didn’t have the right change and that was that.

2pc chicken and chips was decent cod and chips wasn’t cod but panga fish and even then it was some crusty old one that’s been sat for ages can’t fool your own people chips had too much stones in them overall okay

We've had a few different dishes from here, the tandoori chicken in naan is just wow. You can choose from a selection of fillings, salad items and sauces to your personal taste. The staff are super friendly and make you feel soo welcome each and every time.

Happy with the early time delivery. Food nice as always. But today there was a order mix up, sent 2 chicken fillets wrap meals out when I only ordered the 1. So Missed out on the shish kebab wrap I was looking forward to enjoy. Tried calling but no answer!! So a little disappointed this time round, usually good with sending the right order out and with requests. So please double check orders before leaving your restaurant.
