While visiting friends here, I suggested that we have a Chinese takeaway. This one is very close by were my friends live, we ordered a selection of dishes from the very comprehensive menu. And we certainly wasn't disappointed with the amount and the quality of the food. Would have given it 4.5 stars but had to give four stars. Certainly recommend this establishment and definitely use again next time we are visiting our friends. And good value for money .

Gravy us absolutely vile you can go to aldi buy there homebound Gravy granules and make better Gravy 0 taste to it and absolutely like water no wonder they give it you in a pot and not over your meal absolutely disgusting.

I only stopped using them as had food poisoning on my last visit, but my local chisese was shut so thought I'd try again, lady in charge has never heard of customer service or if she has thinks it's beneath her, will NEVER use them again.

Never had a problem . Good food quick service on delivery. Very courtious when ringing them. Slightly more expensive than some Chinese takeaways in area but its our go to service at the moment x

We ordered the Chinese which we’ve done so before. I tried to order crispy prawn in peking sauce. I got king prawn in a dismal sauce no flavour colour not appetising. I’m not sure if this has been taken over but it’s defo not the same as we’ve had before.

Lovely food, we tend to have the same each time, sometimes eat at my friends so collect it, mostly delivered at a reasonable rate. Lovely.

One of the tastiest takeaways ever today, great value and they waited for me as I'd missed my phone, excellent.

I have just paid £5.60 for crispy salt & pepper squid & the attached picture us what I got. Definitely not crispy, hardly any of it & when I have had it previously it was not in rings. It was tasteless & cold when I got it. I will never use Classic Canton again.

We ordered £65 of food tonight, when it came it was 1) Cold - I suspect the driver did other deliveries and we were in the list somewhere. 2) Missing a main - My daughter ordered a box meal (Plain chow mein, rice and sauce ) - she ended up having cereal for her Tea so thanks a bunch for your response that "they will have to wait an hour" - we heard your comment in the background when my wife called, 3) No prawn crackers. I would rate tonight's experience at best average, the egg fo yung tasted like it had sat in a frying pan for 10 minutes (and it was cold) so that went in the bin, the chips were cold and looked like they had been reheated several times already, When my wife called to complain we're missing a main course and the prawn crackers etc. we're offered 20% off our next order - a pretty crap response in fairness, There's the cost of the missing main meal (Box meal) £5 or so?,the inedible egg fo young (£4.20) and so we're down £10 yet we can ask for 20% back which in fairness is an insult. We'll not bother with you again, there are plenty of other places that are serving much better food, we even gave the driver a £5 tip so all in all we're down £15 for a meal that is very poor and had quite a bit thrown away. Feel free to challenge me on anything.

We tend to use Classic Canton most Fridays and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, the portions are good sized and are prepared quickly. Longest wait has been about 20 minutes, but it was very busy and we did have a bigger order than normal. Last week, we had guests and they thought the food was great! We only use the takeaway service!

The order was taken and repeated to help save mistakes. We have had several meals over the months, delivered in reasonable time the food has been hot and tasty. The menu has a great selection which should please just about any pallet. I will continue with this shop we have found it very good. Does get busy later in the night so delivery time is a little longer.

Crispy beef tastes just like crispy shreds no beef and Squid nothing like photograph more like frozen and dropped in a fryer.

Ordered our takeaway for delivery, when it came it was very hot. ( spare ribs, crispy duck and plum sauce, pancake rolls and chicken fried rice )...... Absolutely rubbish...... everything was over cooked to the point you couldn't eat it , it all had no taste whatsoever. It ALL went into the bin. Even our dog turned his nose up at it. Have a guess what.... WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN, NOT RECOMMENDED.

I usually travel into Mansfield for a Chinese takeaway but it's a 20 minute ride home and food can start to lose heat. Classic Canton is much closer and has a good choice of meals at very reasonable prices. It is a clean, and welcoming reception area and as soon as you enter, you can smell the quality of the food. From ordering to picking up my order took around 15 minutes and the food was very tasty, and piping hot. Staff were efficient and friendly and any phone calls ordering food were answered rapidly and customers giving a time for collection or expected delivery time. I will be happy to use this outlet again Delivery service is available but I don't know what the minimum order value is. £1 .fee charged for payment by credit or debit cards.

Only recently started to have food from this resturant; we have tried a number of different dishes and we cant complain, tasty

Este es sin duda el mejor para llevar chino en Kirkby. Este no es el mejor Chino que he probado, pero sin duda es una muy buena calidad china. Son una gran relación calidad-precio. Hemos estado varias veces y sin duda alguna volveremos otra vez. Recomendamos encarecidamente este chino.

Fast delivery great tasting food good menu never had reason to complain good value and we'll presented

Been using Classic Canton for four years on average once every month. Good standard of food, delivery times 90% of the time bring the food piping hot and never had to wait over an hour.

I have been here several times now and have never been disappointed. The menu is large, the food tastes great, the staff are friendly, the place is spotless and the prices very reasonable.

Durante mucho tiempo no hemos comido comida para llevar china como hemos tenido algunas comidas muy pobre localmente.

This is the best takeaway in town. Been about 5 times now and every meal has been fresh and well cooked. We won't be going anywhere else again for Chinese

Offering a wide selection and generous portion of scrum y food, appearers very clean and well managed. The efficiency from order to collection was faultless, we enjoyed this experience and thought it represented excellent value.

I have tried all of the Chinese take away's in Kirby in Ashfield and this by far has the best tasting food and a bonus is its great value as well. It looks clean and well kept, very important in a food establishment. I highly recommend this take away.

This Chinese is fair to say probably the best I've had , all my family love the food . And I highly reccomend it to friends to try

I had my 1st experience here on Saturday last, I was impressed with the wide choices available and also the fact they cater for the smaller appitite in their mix dishes, a very cost effective way to those who wish for a bit of both without the extra dish expense. the food was well prepared and very tasty . will be using here as my regular Chinese from now on .

Love the food here. Non greasy and really tasty. It's our favourite chinese.However, the person behind the counter never looks happy and once they have your order pretty much ignores you. Tonight went and the moment he took my order couldn't care less. Went back on his mobile phone and didn't say another word.

Every time I order from Classic Canton I always get brilliant service and excellent food without paying silly prices. Each delivery comes on time and the food is always hot.Would highly recommend to everyone.

Delicious food. Always delivered on time, piping hot, full of flavour and full of colour. Lovely fresh vegetables and tasty meat. Never had any complaints and had our share of take aways. Totally recommend :)

Had curry and was lovely. Great value and tasty food that arrived quickly, fresh and hot. Was a bit unsure after i rang up what it would be like as man taking order could do with improving his telephone manner.

This is by far the best Chinese. Always great food. I would recommend the ribs and duck spring rolls they are so nice. I have tried many different dishes from here and loved them all.

I've had more expensive Chinese takeaways that are not upto this quality. This is the best in the area by far. Very reasonable price and the food is always quality. I also like how they don't just fill their curry dishes with onion but include mushrooms , even in a king prawn curry . Highly recommended , go try it

lovely food best chinese takeaway i have ever had reasonable prices meal for 2 choose any 3 dishes a 2 persons house platter and rice £17.00but as they say ignorant young lad serving taking telephone orders when i placed my order he never confirmed my address never said thankyou just put the phone down on mei had to ring back to confirm that the mobile i was ringing off was not the usual address we were at we were at my daughters house so rudeeeeee .he needs getting rid off i think it is the owners son !!!!!!!and he has been told of his pig ignorant ways .

Foods not bad from here but young lad sometimes serving and answering phone is pig ignorent even hung up on me once put me off using again tbh
