Usto also go to these before they moved and thort I would try again however this will be the last time my curry has no mushrooms or onion , the curry sauce had no flavour what so ever I felt like I was eating water the only think that I enjoyed was the meat , really disappointed with this x

Ordered for the first time tonight, I’m so impressed the food is absolutely delicious and piping hot, we got a calendar too which was an amazing touch. Highly recommend

I placed an order at 6pm and was told it would be delivered within 45-60 minutes maximum. After waiting for 2 hours I called to ask the status of my order and they could not give me a delivery time. They put internet orders before mine and the girl on the telephone had very little interest or care. I will never contact this shop again! Appalling customer service and I’m very disappointed, they were simply not interested. Avoid them - do not recommended. Cancelled order and used local Indian who are reliable and care about customer satisfaction!

Been using this place for years and the food has alway been good, since its moved it seems the food is far from good...wont use again after last time

This was the first and the last time eating from this Chinese takeaway. I ordered chicken curry and egg fried rice. The chicken was not freshly cooked and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave from the day before. The curry sauce lacked flavour and the rice was dry.

Had a takeaway tonight was the worst I have ever had .. praised them to all my friends over the years but this is the second bad one consecutively .. tastes like it’s cooked from frozen .. no taste .. wasted £20 again ... but she said it’s ok the next one will be nice !!!!!!!!... maybe for someone else but not us

Was my favourite takeaway.. the last two have been disgusting..phoned tonight thinking they may have had a changed of hands ... but was told no !! Apparently they Never served honey and pepper ribs ! But we have had those for the past 6 years .. the ribs that came we’re cit up into small bits .. my mistake again as should have asked for long ribs 😂 ..anyway will not be eating again from there after 10 years ....!!

usually order from here but last night takeaway 26/8 was terrible. all could taste was oil, it tasted though the oil was old and needed changing. Threw £26 worth of wood away.

My family and I always order from Classic Canton as they are the best in our area. However, the delivery service today was awful. I appreciate it's Christmas eve, they're busy and mistakes happen. Our food came and after starting to plate it up, we realised half of it was wrong. It later turned out we had received the wrong order. After trying to call the restaurant we got a call from the delivery driver asking for the food back. We explained we had already opened it and then driver started shouting down the phone saying we shouldn't have taken the wrong order, that we should check it before opening etc. We said we didn't mind giving back the food we hadn't opened as it didnt match our order and we would go to the shop to collect the remainder. He rudely continued to shout before hanging up the phone. Again, I understand there's a lot of pressure on Xmas eve, but there is no need to be so rude to customers! We won't be ordering for delivery again any time soon!

For me and my family this is the BEST Chinese in our local area of Halesowen/Blackheath!! Been using them for years. Do find however, it is better to use the Big Foodie app to order than actually ringing up!! But this can glitche badly on phones - laptop/pc better response!! This is the ONLY place I have EVER seen Stir Fried Garlic Mushrooms and honestly they are to die-for!! Their Sesame Prawn on Toast is totally spot-on; Sweet and Sour King Prawn in Batter is divine! Also their Chip portion is very generous! Delivery service is quick and they are always friendly and polite. Such a tiny out-of-the-way place that has been in business for a very long time and I hope it will continue.

I ordered a large spring roll and it came in 2 x SMALL rolls in a tray, dripping in oil, just could not eat.... The rest of the food was , well eatable but I have to say, I will stick with Kung Fu Kitchen... Far better food, by far only ordered from Canton due to Kung Fu shut....will not be ordering from here again... Menu in the bin....

Have used this chinese for the last 2 years . Food is always spot on, very tasty, delivery drivers are fast and friendly. Having tried most in rowley regis id say canton is by far the best.

Para llevar este chino es por lejos la mejor en el país negro. Han estado usando este lugar durante años y nunca tuvimos una mala comida. Los precios son muy razonables y tienes un montón. El Singapore curry desde aquí es lo que debe de ser, muy caliente y llenos de sabor.

food was cold, forgot my sauce when i tried to call no one was answering. was dry and chips were hard cause they were also cold.

Food didn't arrive until hour and half later!!! When food came it was cold! Then they put vegetables in the beef so they didn't even pay attention to the notes that I had left for them. Normally really good however just seems to have gone down hill each time I've used them again.

Restaurant sent the last order out wrong, had onions in chow mien when requested them not to be, barbecue sauce sent instead of curry sauce, pine to inform them, stated we could have a free dish with next order. When we ordered this order requested free dish, we did not receive it, also requested no onions in chow mien, again we had onions in chow mien. Not sure if they have changed chef but not the same........

Just had yet another superb meal from here. The best by far. Food is always hot and plentyfull! Friendly staff and delivery man is very friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

Ordered from here as usual Chinese shut for the night. Food was poor, had aromatic duck, pancakes were all stuck together and hoisin sauce didn't taste right was also too thick. No meat on the ribs and didn't even taste like salt and chilli. Never order from there again!

Always use Classic Canton as they have always time and time again produced fantastic food. However, our last takeaway had no taste/flavour and certain parts tasted burnt. Bitterly disappointed. Delivery time was quick so can only assume they do not have many customers recently!

I can hand on heart say that this is the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I always use these guys. Firstly, the food is always delicious, piping hot and never greasy like Chinese food can be. It's so tasty and the portions are really good. The free mini spring rolls are a delightful bonus! When you see an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes it is quite disappointing, but these guys have never taken 50 minutes. My food has always been with me within 30, with no taste compromised. The man who delivers the food is so polite and friendly too! I will never use any other Chinese takeaway and would 100% recommend Classic Canton, especially the prawn toast and salt & pepper chips!

Wow. I'm not going to move for a week. Best Chinese food I've ever had. Never going to order anywhere else again. Food was exceptional and very very generous portions, ribs were WOW!!! delivery was so quick I though they brought it by helicopter and cooked onroute. Delivery guy very polite. All special dietary needs fulfilled. 10 stars if that's possible...

All the food we have tried from here is great, but the chow mein is outstanding, the best I've ever had and I've had many.

Food is good, delivery always takes well over 1 hour, and after paying on card last time and still getting asked for cash once delivered, so i had to phone up whilst in my doorstep (which was shameful) and argue for them to realise I did pay on card, was shocking, whilst my food was going cold at this point because the delivery driver didn't hand it over!!!!this is why I won't be ordering from these again...I also used these often!!!

Shocking delivery time I order food at 6.45 said was going be here for 7.30 and still at 20.20 no food and everything rang they say can't get in touch with the driver. Well I'm sending driver away if he ever turns up and you lot need to SACK the driver.. ended up going and fetching food from elsewhere..

Ordered food, was accepted, wasn't delivered although app said delivered, was showing as "Back Soon" "Currently offline" when I checked to see if the time had changed for the order. Lucky I'd put to pay cash but still besides the point! Why was the order accepted if it weren't going to be done and if there was an issue why was I not informed?! Also tried ringing to see what was going on but the line was just saying busy every time. Unhappy customer. Won't bother again

Food quality was good, however all the order was not provided despite having to wait for 20 minutes beyond collection time. No effort was made to apologise for such a lengthy delay, yet others who had not waited as long where provided with complimentary soft drinks.

Food was nice but almost cold when it FINALLY arrived. Ordered at 7pm on a Friday and it came at 850! Said it was delivered online 45 minutes before it actually turned up! Shame as food has been good there before but wasn't impressed with the attitude when I phoned to chase it up.

The meal was easy to order and was delivered promptly. The fried was rice very tasty, the chow mein noodles were well seasoned and had a perfect texture; the vegetables were scrumptious! On the other hand, the chicken was very oily, the free chicken wings smelled gone off and in general, the chicken was just not up to scratch. Overall, not satisfied with the meal - will not be ordering from here again.

First time ordering from here but we will become regular customers! The food was absolutely gorgeous, piping hot when it arrived, delivered on time and the delivery driver was lovely! Can't fault anything, very highly recommended :)
