Staff are friendly and helpful. Usually have to wait on order being cooked but it’s always lovely and fresh.

Fantastic food and friendly service and staff. Just a pity they stopped making pizzas they were amazing

By far the best chips in elgin! Tonight we went to every chip shop to rank their chips and we immediately noticed the chips here were simply superior

Haven't been here for a few years. Both ordered the CJ Burger and chips. We were not disappointed. Food was cooked fresh to order. The food was delicious and filling. Highly recommend here.

Very good place for your fish and chips around elgin, only down thumb is that there's no place to be seated

CJs it’s not the fastest place in town you will wait, but your food will be the best in town. Good food takes time

Regular customer until last week, ordered fish supper and chicken Clenched fillet supper, as we always do, lot of times 4 of us, went outside as there as a few piling into shop, I’ve underlying condition so don’t want covid, I noticed people coming and going I’m just outside the door waiting to be called, mostly everyone Barr myself was served, I went in asked where my order was, fryer wasn’t very nice, they missed me, I thought they would have it written down, I said people that was after me has been served nearly half an hour, I just got abuse instead of a sorry, I said I as outside waiting, she said well that’s maybe why you haven’t been served, 😂 put the whole blame on me, they just had not a clue where they were, CJ when they were both they were lovely changed days, they gave me my money back, they’ve lost a good customer, yes and more than one, we won’t be back, just made a complete fool of, I hope the management knows about it, if they can afford to lose customers like that fair enough, Adolfo’s scored other side of town, will go there in future very good chip shop, lovely people, and completely organised, they don’t make a fool of you that’s for sure. And they have gained a regular customer, well 4 normally twice a week

My king rib supper was very greasy and it was just swimming in oil, it was the worst I have ever seen, it's just too much oil nae need for this...

Portion sizes are great, and the food tastes amazing. Best chippy around. Staff always friendly.

Good food and all cooked to order. Prices average. For now everyone has to phone in an order and be given a pick up time.

This fish and chips shop changed hands and I will not use it again but I leave it to whomever goes there to make their own minds up but it does not sell the same quality Puka pies but the empty trays are in the warming compartment and my order has been wrong twice.

Really nice traditional fish and chips. Sometimes busy so you might wait a wee while, but that's cos yr fish is being cooked for you. Best chippy in Elgin imo.

The food was nice when we eventually got it! But had to wait about half an hour for it other people who ordered after us got their food before us the staff were rude when asked why other people got food before us! Would not advise English to eat there was made uncomfortable. Thought Scotland was part of the UK. Was like being abraud with other rude nationalities
