Jubilee CrescentI visited Subway recently and was incredibly disappointed by what I encountered. After placing my order and sitting down to eat, I discovered a hair in my food. It was not only off-putting but completely ruined my appetite. I expect a basic level of hygiene and food safety from any restaurant, and this experience made me seriously question the cleanliness and care being taken behind the counter. I brought it to the attention of the staff, but the situation was handled poorly and left me feeling unheard. This kind of oversight is unacceptable in a place serving fresh food. I’m sharing this so others are aware and so management takes necessary steps to improve food handling standards. It happend before and I thought it was just a mistake by the staff and I didn’t make a big deal about it
