Excellent food and service. We will go again. Marks for atmosphere are difficult because we went early on a Sunday and were the only ones there. I'm sure on a busy Saturday night it will be quite different. The food was simply exquisite. Thank you. I want to go through the whole menu ha ha.

We stumbled across this place by chance. It was fantastic! The dishes were extremely flavourful and unusual. We loved that it was a relatively small place but very well maintained inside, and soon filled up with locals. Highly recommended!

I had the pancit canton. It was underwhelming and disappointing. The sauce had no flavor and had coagulated around the noodles. The meat was also tasteless. The only good thing was that the vegetables were well cooked. The waiter was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Give the place a try, but definitely don't order this.

What a find. I wanted to surprise my Pinay wife as home foods were being missed. As we were in London for a couple of days I researched some restaraunts.. the rest is History. My wife was blown away with the food. Stated that her home food wants has been quenched. I have to say all of it was delicious..the Kare Kare was the best I have ever eaten. Just go people. Its simple but relaxing. The service was so warm. Its our fav restaraunt in London.

I went with 3 friends and the food was fresh, colourful and delicious- we had starter, main and desert, drinks and everything was excellent. Boy were we full. One friend is Vegan and they carefully catered for his needs. It was not expensive either.

Second visit here after 18 months. It was as good as the last time. A small restaurant, with a reasonably limited menu, focusing on getting their dishes right. There was a party of Filipino friends, suggesting the food is as authentic as it tastes. We chose to dine here each time before visiting Wilton's Music Hall, close by. Highly recommend this for a pre-theatre meal.

Outstanding food cooked and served by a family run business. My dinner was perfectly balanced with everything cooked to perfection. Try this place guys you will not be disappointed.

The SMALLEST portions of food served. Paid £80 and had to go somewhere else afterwards to fill my belly because the portion was so small. Couldn't even fill up a child. I thought the dishes would come with some rice but nope you have to pay on top of that. £18 for two small squares of pork and a mini bowl of rice. So disappointing. Had wanted to go and eat here for a while.

This is a fantastic family run restaurant just around the corner from Wilton’s Music Hall. They made us feel really welcome & the food is absolutely delicious. We tried a few dishes which were all great. The sea bass starter was extraordinary.. we will definitely be back!

What a lovely meal out tonight. The staff were excellent and I cannot fault them. The food was OK, not to my taste but well priced and presented brilliantly. My 5 star recommendation is because the staff were exceptional, especially the older lady who took our order and because they were so accommodating and warm towards us 3 female friends who were probably very noisy whilst we enjoyed our meal out this evening. Thank you for skipping the ginger for our friend who really dislikes it.

Be sure not to walk past this unassuming little piece of paradise! The food is super fresh and cooked to perfection. I don’t have a single complaint for any of the dishes we’ve had and that rarely ever happens! The staff are lovely and the vibe is chilled. No bells and whistles, just plate after plate of insanely good food. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Seriously, great stuff so kind and lovely. We all had dinner there with friends from Starters, Main to the Deserts all beautiful and great taste of the food. Fresh food and amazing stuff. Definitely will recommend the place!

I was excited and brought my friend to introduce him to Filipino food, but the place did not hit the mark. We had kinilaw and sisig - they were really good, but portions were very small. Good enough to save the place from 1 star. Then the kaldereta came - the meat was flat, very hard to chew and the sauce was too sweet, barely had any of the rich tomato that is expected. I make better kaldereta at home. (See pics) Peanut sauce of the kare-kare was barely seasoned, just bland. Place was kinda dark and the ventilation was terrible. When they brought out a smoking sizzling sisig, everyone in the restaurant just started coughing (irritation from the chili fumes perhaps). They really need to do better. Maybe hire a professional (or reaaaaaally) good chef. Price doesn’t justify for quality that is less than a home-cooked meal. Overall rating: SAD Addendum: Maybe they should call their cuisine ‘Filipino-inspired’ rather than Filipino?? It was misleading for people coming to have a taste of home but leaving disappointed. Like eating ramen in Wagamama (not really authentic in any way).

i went here yesterday for my birthday bc i wanted a taste of home, and it did not disappoint! 🇵🇭✨️ the reservation process and the service were both really good. and the food was phenomenal, as well. i had the pork sisig, which is my favourite dish ever. i haven't had sisig since i moved here, and it was a splendid surprise for cirilo's sisig to taste EXACTLY how i liked my sisig back home! my other friends (who were all non-filipino) ordered different dishes, like the kare kare, lechon paksiw, and the adobo, and they also loooved their dishes. i'm so happy i found this place. i will definitely come back in the future! 10/10 would recommend! 🫶🏽

Have been there a couple of times already - both for dine-in and take-away. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service kind and welcoming. Go there if you want to experience great Filipino food - you won’t regret!

The owner and server were friendly and the food was delicious! I recommend lechon! I also ordered turon and apple pie ice cream dessert and I was really satisfied!! If you go, be sure to try the dessert.

Small place, good average food, good service from a young guy. Menu to download otherwise you have to ask for the paper menu.

I only managed to take a photo of the pork sisig and leche flan but we also had lechon paksiw and kare-kare. All were very good. Service is great. I will definitely go back.

Unique takes on classic Filipino cuisine. I love it. Kaldereta was heavenly -- right kind of spicy, smart use of pineapple and garbanzo. 👍. Would have been better if the sauce was thicker. Steamed rice was clumpy 👎 If you are looking for the traditional flavors, this place is not for you.

Food is tasty . . . it is in no way Filipino. This restaurant is deceiving all those who've never had Filipino cuisine. They still haven't if they've eaten here. Just take the time to read the reviews left by fellow Filipinos. It is for this reason I took off a star from the overall rating. This restaurant does a major disservice to those other restaurants that truly represent authentic Filipino cuisine. For example, I ordered the chicken adobo and pinakbet. There is not a trace of garlic in the adobo. The meat is supposed to be braised in the sauce. The chicken was cooked separately from the sauce. The pinakbet was also missing the flavor profile of pinakbet and the veggies are more al dente. They should be a soft texture. It's as if a foreign cook was told to make something edible with a list of ingredients without ever having tasted how the actual dish tastes. So while the food is edible and is given the names of Filipino dishes, they in no way represent Filipino cuisine. I'm Filipino with parents from the island of Luzon, where the capital of the Philippines is on, so I know what I'm talking about. In response to owner's reply: I came with an open mind and I understand the fine line needed to elevate the cuisine. I myself have often tried with these two humble dishes and have yet to be satisfied with my efforts. Wishing you better success.

Much better value for money compared to other overrated Philippino restaurants in downtown London. Very good food especially the crispy pata. Good and very polite service. Would benefit from some enlightening in the restaurant to show itself more and show its identity

No authentic filipino food! Kare kare was bland and where is the pumpkin??? Tahong with cremesauce Come on???!! Kinilaw was just ok. We travelled 2 hrs to eat authentic filipino food. Never again. I recommend a food tasting before you put meals on the menu. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Very relaxing atmosphere with great food! The bbq chicken was a great starter. Then I had sisig, which was properly sizzling when served. They have kind service as well, very friendly :)) Ill be sure to come back next time I come to visit London again

Amazing Filipino food! As close as it gets to home 💖 our waiter (so sad I didnt get his name!) and Juliet are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. We bring our friends from different countries here to taste Filipino food 💖 do check in advance the ingredients as some regions in the philippines create different variations of certain dishes (ie. Kaldereta) nonetheless, Cirilos is always a good experience. Must haves are kare-kare, pork sisig, pancit bihon (shrimp), and of course, crispy pata with homemade sauces! Finish it off with the most beautiful Turon dessert (see photo attached). Amazing price points with good quality 💯 See you again next time!

Food a tad over seasoned and service a bit rushed, even though we were one of only two tables occupied at the time.

Honestly disappointed, we came 16/4/2024 at 6/7pm. As a Filipino couple me and my girlfriend and her friends were excited to have Filipino dishes from the home country to be then plated something different entirely. The flavours were wrong, honestly seemed like we ate at a Chinese takeaway then a Filipino restaurant. Not only that but the sever guided by a Filipino lady was rude to the point that it left a horrible taste in the mouth before even trying it. Just utterly disappointing food with that amazingly horrible service will definitely not be coming back.

Looking for great filipino food? This is your go to. Easily the best bang for buck. This was actually my second time visiting. First time, in 2022, I stumbled across Cirilo after wandering around the neighborhood, exploring. Back then, I had Lumpia and Lechon paksiw with fried rice. The second time around, the visit was preplanned. I also brought some friends and we all agreed, this place has great food.

Food, ambience and service team were top. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I highly recommend this delightful Filipino restaurant conveniently located just a short stroll from Tower Bridge. The exquisite food surpassed my expectations, and the service was not only attentive but genuinely outstanding. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Had a great dinner here on 1-18-24, we ordered 4 dishes with lumpia and rice. Everything was wonderful with leftovers. We are fans!

5 for service, 4 for atmosphere and 3.5 for food. The service was great and so deserves the 5 stars. I am putting 4 in the atmosphere only because it’s right next to the rail and so you could hear the passing of the trains. In terms of food, the taste was good and with good portions too for a very reasonable price. We ordered adobo, pork sisig and pancit bihon for mains, lumpia for appetizer and turon/leche flan for desserts. FYI, desserts are not listed on the menu but are priced almost like the main dish (a bit high imo) at £8.5 apiece. The main reason for 3.5 on food was that the dishes were very oily - i couldn’t eat the last bits of my fried rice as it was covered in oil. My bihon was also shiny from the oil. For the dessert, the banana in the turon was a bit mushy and the leche flan was harder than it should have been (kinda melt in your mouth feeling).

We decided to try Cirilo ahead of our honeymoon to the Phillipines at the end of the month. We had the lumpia and kinilaw to start, the chicken adobo for main and our favourite the beef kalderata!! We enjoyed this all so much we decided we weren’t finished yet and ordered the lechon to try too. The food was incredible as was the service. We will be back!

I have lunched and dined there for years now - the food is always exceptional. Whatever you choose on the menu it will be superb. The food is wonderfully balanced, not over seasoned, and looks great on the plate. If this place was in the West End they could double their prices and you wouldn’t bat an eyelid. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really hard to write this one. Was walking passed earlier looking for somewhere to eat and the smell from here when the door opened at I walked past, I was interested, treat some reviews and went back with high hopes. Service, The chap serving was very friendly and helpful but asked for a starter to go with main but came out by itself, asked for glass of water didn't come out until 15 minutes later I reminded him. When Bill came out it had an optional tip on it but the card machine was presented to me with the tip already on. Food wise, the calamari was cooked really well and the sauce and topping was really good but the calamari itself was stringy so not the best quality, which seems a shame seeing how well it was prepared. The mains, same, tasted and prepped well but the beef was quite grissly. Overall, it was good, but not amazing.

Fantastic food, we all ordered different things, and everything was delicious. The food is not spicy, which I like, and it's full of favour. I highly recommend the Mami soup; I really enjoyed it, especially with this cold weather. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick and it was great value for money.

I only put 5 stars on Service and Atmosphere because I ordered on Ubereats last night. The meals I ordered was supposed to be an 11 Year Anniversary with my Boyfriend celebration dinner. I was so disappointed with the Pinakbet, Caldereta, Kare-Kare, Chicken and Pork Spring Rolls. The Caldereta sauce was so runny, it looked like it did not have liver spread and cheese in it. There were BEANS and MUSHROOMS in it! And the carrots (2 pieces) was still hard. The Pinakbet did not taste like Pinakbet. It had Broccoli and the sauce was bland! Kare-kare's beef pieces were still chewy. The pancit Canton was nice but why was there too much sauce? I thought I ordered a noodle soup. No wonder there were no pictures of the meals in every selection of the dish. I would never order again. When I searched for 'Filipino' on Ubereats, I got excited to see there were Filipino restaurants available. I chose Cirilo because they have the dishes I love, but when I opened the food containers, I was a bit embarrassed to serve it to my Boyfriend. He's been to a lot of Filipino gatherings, Filipino Restaurants and Carenderia in the Philippines, and has eaten the dishes I ordered, and kept asking me why the taste was so different and the vegetables and meat were still hard and chewy. I just told him that I won't order from them again. I am not sure where and how they got all the 5 star reviews.

Popped in here before going to Wilton’s Music Hall last night. We were in a big rush (late again!) so ordered a noodle dish each and wolfed it down in just a few minutes. Such a crime because it was absolutely delicious; great tasting, quality ingredients, really fresh. My husband said they were the best Singapore Noodles he’s ever had. We are definitely coming back, to take our time and savour the food, as it deserves. I can’t wait. The staff were delightful too.

We had a wonderful time here this evening - the waiter was really friendly and fun and convinced me to try the Kaldareta, which was absolutely delicious and like nothing I've eaten before. We will have to return!

Great staff and atmosphere, really felt at home. The food was good but it wasn’t amazing. I’ve had better in other restaurant but it wasn’t the worse either. Sisig didn’t taste very authentic and their lèche flan wasn’t good at all. The waiters were really nice though.

Went in expecting your typical run of the mill Filipino food. I was dead wrong. The food and presentation was excellent with fair prices. Way better than most Filipino restaurants I frequent in California.

This place is so magical. I thought I can only taste filipino cuisine in our country but amazing we can order these foods in "Cirilo Kainan". Price is great not too expensive so I recommend this Restaurant who are looking and taste the authentic filipino foods.👍👍🙂🙂

Sorry guys I just needed to be honest. I went to london with friends cause I missed filipino food. I was just disappointed,its dinner we were served a very cold food. Caldereta was very watery in consistency with baked beans sauce and olives,lechon kawali almost tastes like humba,calamares was fine but my point is that filipino food shouldnt be altered because your in a different country and you want to make it taste like british food.

We came for my 40th Birthday, the food was amazing we really enjoyed it so much. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and the Chef was attentive to our dietary needs. It was a fantastic experience and I'm so glad we came. I had the Mami noodles with salmon instead of the chicken and it was lovely. I would definitely come again 👍 thank you for taking such good care of us. Also I would say the portions are really generous 😁

Although I wouldn't say the food is 100% authentic Filipino.... It's more of a fusion - yet it's a really nice restaurant in itself! Nonetheless food is actually amazing, so tasty! So far I've enjoyed: lumpia, bbq chicken, sisig, pancit canton, pancit bihon and kare kare... Dessert turon with a slice of cake and ice cream is delish... Been about 6 times! In the space of 5 months! Lol! Thanks Cirilo!
