Could have dealt with late dinner for the adults, but children's dinner at 6.45 when we ordered at 5pm is very disappointing.

I ast for a lamb curry and was sent a chicken curry i ast for chapati's they give me one I paid for this and was let down next time will just order from somewhere else

Small amount of kebab sauce in a tub wasn’t enough for my kebab so ended up very dry to eat…. (Not sure if the small tub of sauce was for my pakora! If it was then I never got sauce that I asked for on the kebab) Also asked for salad which didn’t get either.

Wasn't pleased at all tonight. that's me done with here for good. prawns over cooked and portions have gotten smaller. Not good for the price.

Visited on Sunday evening the 10th March 2024 with a friend. Had the Cinnamon Special starter , wow , just wow ! I then had a Chicken Tikka Madras , was hot , as I like it. The food in here is probably the best I've ever tasted , I would highly recommend and will certainly be back. The service was excellent , they waited until we wanted our main course after our starters , not when they thought we should have it , not many places do that. BYO is also a big bonus. My friend also agreed about his food and the service. Well done Cinnamon Dundonald !

I ordered food for collection. Not all the food was packed. i only realised this when i got home. I phoned. The guy apologised. But he then asked me to come and collect the food. i asked him to deliver. he asked again for me to collect. i advised him that i was in the middle of my dinner, and he should correct his mistake. i found this to be terrible customer service. the first mistake was made by not giving me all my food. the second mistake was asking me to correct his mistake. the third mistake was asking me again. this bad customer service has made put this restaurant low down on the local indian takeaways.

Cinnamon is simply outstanding 👌 fresh food that tastes amazing, great value and atmosphere. The staff are attentive and friendly. We've had both takeaway and sit it and the food is always to the highest standard. The byo with no corkage is a huge bonus!

Just about alright, didn’t taste the greatest, poppodoms, rice and naan the best things! Rest was picked over, very watery sauce, chewy chicken, not worth the money, not sure what was in the chicken samosa-yuk!🙁

Unbelievable taste and flavours!!! 😋 I was never a big fan of Indian food! I am completely converted absolutely love this place nicest Indian I've had and I'm very fussy and hard to please. Decent prices to. I go every week now.

Had chicken danzak and kebab. Danzak sauce was very over sweetened. Kebab was tasty.

If you don't like lamb or potatoes, order the Lamb Vindaloo! That's right, if you forget like lamb or potatoes, order the Lamb Vindaloo!!! Well, that's my experience. I ordered Lamb Vindaloo around 2200hrs on the 03/10/2023. There were 3 (YES, THREE) small pieces of Lamb & absolutely NO POTATOES! Is there a potato famine??? I'll be bringing this to the attention of the restaurant & will keep you all posted. Shocking!!!

I can NEVER go wrong ordering from this place..The food is always gorgeous arrives hot and tastes out of this world.. About to order again and will continue to do so everytime I want a beautiful meal and when you want to ensure your going to enjoy a meal, I order from here cause they never let me down.. The Dansak is stunning an explosion of flavour the Sagaloo potatoes are cooked soft and fluffy the spinach is rich and and the rice is perfectly moist.. Im starving just writing this.. You'll enjoy whatever you order 😉

Amazing food and service as always - never a fault with these guys. I made a request for my chilli sauce to be "extra, indian kind" of chilli sauce - They did not disappoint. It literally brought me to tears it was that hot. Exactly what I wanted. If you want extra and as authentic to Indian spice level as possible, definitely request it. 5/5 food, service and delivery timings. Great place to sit in as well. Vast selecting of amazing Indian dishes as well as catering to us kebab lovers. Honestly, one of the best kebabs you can get, the only place I go to for a kebab - nowhere else compares. Been getting from here for many many years without a problem. Food is always piping hot on arrival and full of flavour, one of the better Indian restaurants in the East Belfast/Dundonald area. You will not be disappointed.

As per usual absolutely gorgeous, although I'm not great with strong spicy food and my Dansak blew my head off and my mouth was on fire for hrs.. I suffered through and eat cause it was gorgeous.. Hopefully next time there won't be such a kick lol The Spinach Sagaloo is gorgeous, the rice perfectly cooked and Onions Bahjis are lovely. I will always order again!

Place has gone to the dogs. Watery sauce. Chips soggy and cold same as the kebab because someone put a cold tin of juice on top of the food. And that delivery driver is the rudest sulkiest person I’ve ever came across.

Requested to exclude the vegetable curry, with the mixed grill. But it was supplied. Chips were omitted entirely. Dont know why...Quite disappointed.

Not much point of me reviewing this place again just came to say I’ve been a customer for a long time now done several reviews for this restaurant and I’m always pleased they keep up their good work and they are my favourite Indian takeaway and sit in restaurant right now I will recommend the korma, madras and garlic Nan plenty of chicken pieces full of flavour and everything fresh 10/10

Evening meal of, starters shish kebab and chicken tikka. Mains of Lamb Saag (pic) and chicken Rogan Josh.... Both meals were tasty, meat tender and service friendly. It's BYO with no corkage charge. Good food in a good environment.. Back tonight..chicken balti for my wife and lamb shank pour moi...superb, as usual. Service and attention very good.. Ok, another great meal at Cinnamon. I had the lamb pardesi with mushroom rice and my wife had the mix special. Both great dishes..Indian is my favourite meal and Cinnamon never disappoints.. 20/7/23 ..another lovely meal, lamb bhuna with mushroom rice and keema nan. Bring your own, as I did, red wine to help the meal down..service very good.

I ordered food for delivery. Food was marked delivered even before it left the kitchen. Once arrived, food was not fresh and tasted not even close to an Indian curry.

It is worth going to Belfast to this district. The service was at very high level and very nice. Food was excellent.

Disappointed, big change since last ordered. Naans were smaller and thinner, meats were over dry, not succulent.

Ordered last month and we were very satisfied. Ordered again tonight and the negative change is so obvious that they are making cost savings. Both of our naans were half the size & thickness as before and there was less sauce included. We had Butter Chicken and Lamb Bhuna, the lamb was pretty dry not succulent and I could barely taste the coriander on my naan. Sadly disappointed, thought we'd found our regular go to place and it's local, but the hunt continues.

Quick service, lovely food. The Chicken Chilli Masala didn’t appear to have any green chilli in it the way it usually does, so it wasn’t as spicy as I like it. But it was still tasty.

Dreadful dishes on this occasion, tasteless and swimming in oil. Ended up in the bin.

Restaurant sent chicken madras and not what I ordered which was chicken tikka madras. It was good but not what I ordered.

Got the early deal, great quality food - one of the best curries that I've had in a while. I had the lamb samosa to start and chicken Balti as main. My wife had the same starter and chicken tikka masala as main. Good value and my 2.5 yr old loved the chicken tikka & peshwari naan.

We made one single delivery order. The first half of the food was delivered on time, which was great. Unfortunately it was missing half of our order, and we had to wait over half an hour and call three times to make sure the rest was on the way, when the restaurant is less than a quarter of a mile from our house. Each time we were told the driver was ‘5 minutes away’, which was not true. By the time the second half of the order arrived, the first half was stone cold. Very disappointing, we will not be ordering here again.

Recently moved to the area so suggested my family try this take out as they’ve won several awards. I’m not sure how as the food wasn’t good and now everyones spending the day on the loo so I’m unsure if it’s food poisoning or just poor produce. The chicken tikka masala wasn’t tandoored at all and the pasanda was super hot not a nice flavour and no sweetness at all to it. Gutted but couldn’t recommend.

The food was really good: jalfreizi, baltis,sag aloo,reita,dahl and lots more to choose from. No kulfi... It was quiet , which is good; staff were very pleasant though it took time to get their attention.

This used to be my favourite place ever but the last 2 times I have ordered from here it has been disappointing. Flavours are very bland and meat very dry.

Ordered a chicken tikka madras, although the sauce was great, the chicken was plain, not chicken tikka. Enjoyed the meal, would have enjoyed it more if they hadn't made the error.

Ordered chicken Korma with garlic naan and it was amazing. A lovely smooth and creamy coconut sauce with large chunks of chicken, what's not to love. Delivery was on time and food was piping hot. Would definitely order from here again.
