Excellent food and service, it's cash only though.

We had a table for four and we all ordered different foods. Chicken Kochi, vegetable biryani,butter chicken and something the chef surprised us with. Along with bombay aloo, onion bahjis and nan bread. The food was very nice and flavoursome, the waitress was attentive but not overly so. Overall, it was a great experience. The only little thing I can moan about was takeaway customers in the restaurant area and the door continuously opening and closing. I don't think it would of been wise to have a table at the front of the restaurant. Apart from this it was great and we will certainly return. We'll done to all.

Recently found Cinnamon.I have ate in many many Indian restaurants and I must say this is the best so far.Excellent value for money.Always fresh and not cooked with Pataks pastes like some in the area! Takeaways have always been superb.Consistently fresh and more-ish. 5 star for me.

We visited wales and we were searching for some restaurants nearby and Cinnamon came up, we were seen to straight away and given a nice clean table. We asked for some advice on food and we were recommended some nice dishes, we were told food may be a little late which was a change as it’s good to be aware instead of left wondering. The food was lovely, the service and staff were great and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and delicious food what more could anyone want

Have been trying for years to find a decent curry in Carmarthenshire , last night I finally found one. Went with family members. Lovely welcome from the staff. The food was outstanding. I had the lamb biryani. The lamb was falling apart and the vegetable curry was really well spiced. The best curry I've had in a very long time and I've had a lot of curries. The keema naan was one of the best I've had as well. The bill was £95 which included a bottle of wine , 2 lagers , 4 mains , 2 keema naans poppadoms and chutney tray. Really good value. We will definitely be back now we've discovered this restaurant.

Lovely curry, washes out of bedsheets quite well. Not so sure about pillows.

First trip to Carmarthen, was searching for the best Indian cuisine of the city. People were advising Cinnamon, really liked it. Specially their cordial service. Food quantity. A lady customer came to order "take away", she was served with free papadom and chatni while waiting for food to be ready. Really different!!!

We had a decent experience at Cinnamon Today. Highlight is the service they provide. We were very happy with the politeness of the staff's especially a guy from Kerala named Sony. He helped us to choose the correct items and requested Chef to add extra spice and masalas to the biriyani's and Currys we ordered.waiting time was just 15 mins which is a good side when we compare most other restaurants in the area. Food was delicious 😋.The only con is the parking, it can be bit tricky to find a parking space near to this restaurant. We used Apcoa car parking today and it's 5 mins walk from there.

Had a Jalfrezi here last night and the sauce was to die for....... Unfortunately I was lacking in chicken, about 2/3 pieces! When I mentioned this to the waiter at the end just to mention this to the chef, he came back out with another meal to take away!! How about that for customer service!! Definitely going back with that kind of service and delicious food!!

Always the best food and the best staff. My first review (First line) was when Kobe owned the restaurant, I wish the new owners luck but it's not quite the same as then. Something is missing.

We usually have lovely food from here, but on this occasion we order at 18:50. The food turned up at 21:00 and was lukewarm totally disappointed and not up to the standard I would expect.

Me and my other half ate at cinnamon last night and what a pleasant experience it was. The service, from the front desk to the servers was excellent. The food was unbelievably delicious, would easily recommend.

Place was busy, which was amazing to see. 5* rating, waiters and waitresses were all lovely. The food was just delicious, the meat just melted in the mouth. I go to alot of Indian's and this one is one of our top places. Definitely recommend.

I am a seasoned Indian food fan and was highly impressed with the quality and the taste of the food at Cinnamon. Best chicken tikka I have ever eaten , absolutely delicious, in fact everything was good from the popadoms to the naan breads! Very friendly service, highly recommend and will definitely visit again. It’s being your own alcohol and there’s a booze shop nearby if you forget or are unaware

Haven't been for a while for a take away, cinamon gone down hill big time. Ordered 3 currys, 2 x lamb currys minimal lamb very watery, chicken tikka maharaja not spicy at all very salty. Onion bhaji cold and uncooked . Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Korma was runny with minimal chicken. Veg pathia was in no way a pathia, tasted and smelt more like a stew no sweetness or spicy. Shaslik had minimal onion. Ordered and paid for a coconut chutney which was not in the bag. Naans very dry.

The food wasn’t great so don’t think I’ll order from here again. Ordered a delivery. I asked for the food without onions but they were in the food. Only time it’s happened whenever I’ve asked a restaurant as far as I can remember. Basic stuff! Also the popadoms were stale which was taking the mick at 60p a pop.

Absolutely shocking to say the least ordered at 5:30pm didn’t get the food until 7:20pm rang up twice to ask where it was and even the guy didn’t know, by the time it got here was not even worth it gave us STALE poppadoms disgraceful clearly don’t care about what they give customers, ordered a chicken tikka masala came absolutely dry, and the nans burnt an absolute waste of £34 will not be supporting this business!!!!!?

Brilliant Indian, best we've found in the area by a country mile - everything we've had had been good. Friendly owner, bring own alcohol. Just needs pistachio kulfi deserts.

Exquisite food. Very impressive!

My partner and myself went here tonight for a takeaway. He had a special balti with special fried rice the balti was runny and watery. The rice was dry and garlic naan was like rock. I had a chicken sagwala with mushroom rice and there was a hair in the rice. It was disgusting. The sagwala was watery way too much water. My naan was also very dry and hard. Definitely wouldn't have a meal here again.

Good indian food, great service and excellent value for money. I ordered the Tandoori Chicken (on the bone) which was tasty and perfectly cooked. It came sizzling, with a salad on the side. My friend ordered Lamb Tikka Biryani where the meat is cooked with the rice and it was delicious. It came with a bowl of sauce with veggies on the side. We also ordered some onion bhajis which to my surprise were some of the best I ever had, definitely a highlight, and a saag aloo which I din’t like that much because the spinach was overcooked and mushy. The waiter was very helpful and genuinely friendly. We didn’t know what to order because there was so much to chose from and we were also very tired but he explained the food to us and made proper recommendations. He was also spot on about how spicy I wanted my food to be. We were both very happy with our choices in the end. (thank you!) all in all, a great place. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again. PS: 1) They don’t serve any alcohol but you can bring your own if you wanted. 2) They do deliveries but the menu for it is slightly different than the one posted here and they only take cash for deliveries. 3) The restaurant was recently taken over by a new owner and some of the photos here are outdated.

Fantastic food and very reasonably priced

In holiday for a few days and wanted a great curry. TripAdvisor recommended Cinnamon restaurant so we gave it a go. We weren't disappointed. Friendly welcome, helpful recommendations with menu choice, great food and good company. Thank you Majd and team.

Ordered online order waited 1.5 hours after order was accepted to have a text saying they’ve cancelled our order due to high number of orders. Also have to wait 5 days for a refund. Will not be eating here again

Best curry we've had since we left Birmingham! There weren't any paneer mains on the menu, but they were happy to do one when we asked. The gentleman who served us was lovely, very friendly and attentive. The place could do with a bit of a face-lift, chairs a bit worn etc, but the delicious food keeps it at a 5 stars for me

After a long trip from the Netherlands we were looking for a nice place to eat. The people at Cinnamon are very friendly and helped us with the menu and in the end asked what we like and made a typical Indian dish that was not on the menu, but specially made for us. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you again!

Really excellent visit to Cinnamon last Friday.. Staff are really friendly, service discreet but attentive and food simply delicious!

After a long period of indecision with the menu, the maître d approached me and asked what flavours I liked. I said “I like strong flavours. I like spice. I usually go for lamb. I love the taste of roasted red chilli.” He recommended a curry based on that profile, I have no idea what it was, but it was top notch. Extremely delicious. That’s what the 5 stars are for.

Arrived when they opened, seated immediately. Until it got busy, the waiter not only chatted with us about life and travel, but gave his personal recommendations for dishes he thought we would enjoy. Really appreciated the delicious food and personal touches!

Gross. Don't waste your money. Ordered for takeaway, staff polite and friendly on collection but food was dreadful. Chicken passanda had consistency of soup and tasted vile, full of artificial flavourings and rubbery chicken. I have uploaded a photo. Don't waste your money on this embarrassment of a place.

First visit and the experience is the worst. Slow service, dint get what was asked, the quantity lol lets not talk about it. Pathetic service. I would definitely not recommend this if you are really hungry, you may die out of hunger while you wait for the food.

Ordered a takeaway last week, placed an order online, status showed order was being prepared so drove to takeaway to collect order. We waited 20 mins but it was clear they were closed. The order status showed it was still being prepared 12 hours later ! They have taken the payment via credit card so will take this up with the card company. I left several messages on there chat system but have not had any feedback.

Terrible service. Ordered to collect and food wasn't ready for over and hour after our told time to pick up. Food is not worth the service.

We love this place and was so disappointed last night with the standard of the food. It’s gone completely downhill. Phoned the order through and told it would be an hour and a half. Waited a bit and took the food home. No salad with the starter. My chicken pathia was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was tasteless and it was as if there was a batch of sauce, they added some chillis and put plain chicken in. Really watery. You get better from supermarkets at half the price. The chicken biriyani wasn’t much better. The boiled rice wasn’t nice either. I’ve been dieting and was looking forward to this as a treat. I ate a third because I was hungry and put the rest in the food waste. Don’t waste your money or time. Such a shame as it used to be stunning.

Don't bother ordering it doesn't turn up. Second time I've ordered though foodhub. Gave them the benefit of the doubt wish I hadn't bothered. Walked down after no answer on the phone and it was shut.still says open on google though 🙄.

Shambles of a place. 2 times we have ordered on food hub waited 3 and a half hours the first time no food arrived had to drive to them and my order had not even been made owner was just sitting in the shop looking off his face with a bunch of kids(chavs) he has delivering for him. had a refund. Ordered again weeks later thought it was just a one off before same happened waited 2 hours, went to them and they were closed even though they had accepted our order and the money.both times nobody has answered our numerous calls. Stay well away

Ordered online for delivery, food was over an hour late, cold and not very apertising. Phoned the restaurant who were quite rude, they eventually told me-to call in for a refund. Called in and was then told that as I had ordered on line through food hub I had to contact them! Finally managed to chat on line and 🤞I will get my refund. My advice, don’t even bother!!!

The owner Kobi Ahmed still owes me my wages of £450. Was being funny and rude at times when i worked for him. Standards in the kitchen are low! The chef is scruffy as hell! Bynch of boys running it.. Hygiene is very poor!

Visiting the area, wanted an easy but tasty dinner. Seriously disappointed at the total experience - food was boring. Worst of all, realised we got overcharged after already bank transferring the money - they don’t give receipts nor take card payment (?!) A v o i d

Often had food from here, but seriously disappointed today. Ordered takeaway at 6.13pm and food was not ready until 8.25pm this was after initially being told at the scheduled 7pm collection time that the chefs just need 10 more minutes. Really really bad communication about what was going on and took over an hour to get some truthful explanation from a member of staff. Supposed to have given a full refund to my card, not seen that yet! If I could give 0 stars I would based on today's experience.

Had a mediocre curry and worst of all they don't support card payments.

I ordered online through foodhub for delivery. 4 hours later now and I've still not recieved the order. I've tried contacting through facebook messanger and numerous phone call attempts but had no response. I can't even get hold of anyone for a refund.

Called to book a table and spoke to someone at the restaurant who adopts an aggressive tone over the phone and seemed they couldn't get off the phone quick enough, also greeted by hearing the person shout at their colleague. Upon arrival there was no friendly welcome, delivery drivers in and out of the front door, customers waiting for takeaways and a general feeling of chaos. Upon being seated, we ordered drinks (confusion with regards to the orders), then we had our orders taken for food. During our time at the restaurant we heard the person who appeared to be in charge aggressively speaking to customers waiting for takeaways, taking a similar tone with their colleagues and towards customers over the phone. This made for an uncomfortable dining experience and unfortunately overshadowed what would be considered high quality Indian dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant as a result until they improve the way they treat their staff and customers.

Food was tasteless the place smelt damp and it was cold the wife ate with her coat on. The owner tried to short change me even had the cheek of laughing about it to a colleague ! Won’t be going again

Decided to try Cinnamon again after 2 lots of bad meals 6 months ago, Had Delivery tonight, Onion Bhajis we’re oily and tasteless, as was the Chicken Korma which was cold on arrival. Pilau Rice was different and tough. Won’t be seeing me again as was a waste of £17. Would rather buy a ready meal in the Coop as tastes much better and half the price. Disgusting although the Driver was pleasant.

Gone down hill. Used to be tremendous but last 2 orders have ranged from poor to dreadful. No point picking a time for delivery as send it when they fancy it, arrived cold the last twice and tonight the driver was clearly hungry and decided to eat the popodoms. Ordered 4, got crumbs. If you like your takeaway microwaved save £20 and get a Tesco ready meal

Terrible service, 55 minutes late, same excuse we are busy, marked as delivered, but nothing, food was cold and pretty poor. We ordered the food 1.5 hours ahead to ensure it was on time. Won’t be using this place again.
