Food was horrible like it was sat there all day

The food was really good today, the chicken was bang on, the halloumi wrap was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were done just right. The 3 hot doughnuts were such a bargain at £3.49, full of toppings and flavour. Only thing I'm disliking about this takeaway is why are there no free dips sent on request, all take aways even McDonald's give a dip or two but not here.

Fast, fresh and hot food. Always high quality, never miss any items and read the additional instructions e.g. spicy mayo on burger or no whipped cream on milkshake as these are not currently options to physically choose.

If I want chicken then I always order from here, and yet again it was spot on, got a bargain bucket tonight with chilli cheese bites and was gorgeous

Tater tots were nice with the cheese sauce. Spicy Wings we're not anything special and the cheesy curly fries was good and had an okay amount of seasoning. The gravy was watery and didn't have a pleasant taste. The price was quite good and the delivery was surprisingly quick.

unfortunately I have ended unwell since so I don't think I'll be ordering again

Bangin chicken burgers, peri chips are mega.

I would normally give this restaurant 5 stars all the way but this time my food was not good my burger was like rubber and I got the complete opposite of what I ordered and paid for for my dessert

Chicken wasn't fresh today. They gave me no drumsticks at all only old thigh pieces. I can tell it isn't fresh, the taste was off and so was the texture. Not happy with this order.

The chicken patty in the burger was hard on corners. Felt like frozen and reheated one and that too not properly.

Friendly staff, fast delivery. Generous amount of cheese on cheesy curly fries and burger was delicious too.

Burger was very good and filling. Fries were a very good size portion considering they're listed as regular - but they could have done with being warmer, though I'll grant I'm not super close to the restaurant.

Missed vital items on order, then want to deliver missing vital items 40min later when they are only 14 mins from where I live. Food cold and inedible at this point, returned to driver. Not acceptable. Don’t tell me you have already sent driver out with missing order when you haven’t. Must do better.

My son normally buys from here so I wondered what was so great, I got a chicken sandwich with a hash brown n cheese on it also chips, sandwich was really big very filling and lovely n fresh, couldn’t eat it all same with the chips, got a piece of chicken looks lovely but again couldn’t eat.

Food was cold, dry and just not up to the usual standards. The food was really late too, my kids had to wait up for their tea and were really hungry. This delayed our night massively.

Always hot, tasty and on time. Great value chicken buckets with something for everyone.

normal a very good experience however today the food was 45 mins late and arrived cold, the driver didn't read my delivery instruction meaning he went to the wrong place so I had to sand outside in the rain for 10 minutes whilst I directed him. opened my cold food to see i am missing some items. very poor experience today

chicken burger was luk warm and very tough. chips were really cold. chicken wings not too bad. milk shake nothing fancy. was going to give it a 2 star but milk shake kinda makes it 3. chunky chicken you can do better. turned up 30mins early but wife was having home cooked food. tried to time same surving time but unable to track next min knock knock I'm here. dissatisfied

Absolutely awful tasting chicken, looks nothing like the pictures and overly spicy, never will eat here again!!! And the gravy, no you can't call it gravy, it's just awful spicy water!!!

I'm a regular here. The spicy chicken wings is so good that I randomly buy it even when I'm not hungry

Usually love the food from here however so disappointed this time. Food arrived lukewarm. I asked for legs/thighs for my chicken and got breast instead. The halloumi wrap which is usually very nice was overcooked/dried out including the tottilla wrap and my bbq dip didn't arrive either but usually most chicken shops will give several dips. 😔

soggy warm up of an excuse called fries! Stone cold gravy. Some of the chicken was passable if you were to call it crispy. Most soggy , like the food had been sitting there for a long time. No segregation between the hot wings and fried chicken which cross contaminated. Overall a pathetic excuse of a meal. I have ordered before and the food was nice but this was an expensive joke! Will never order from here again!

Ans as for the cost I got 40% off so really cheap as well plus early delivery. the only negative which certainly would normt effect my rating was the bottle off pepsi, no option to pick sugar free only full fat pepsi which I don't like.

We been ordering Chunky chicken for last 5 years but today they really disappointed us!! Food wasn’t up to that standard as they normally. I didn’t know that how to return the order otherwise I would take it back to their restaurant.

Paid for a chicken burger and 15 piece strip meal recieved a great chicken burger but the "strips" had been re-fried and re-fried over and over then driest chicken ive ever had! THAT POOR CHICKEN!!!

Went in for a king burger meal for first time in 6 years. Exactly what I was expecting. Top food! Also the chicken strips and gravy are banging

I’m so sorry but this is the worse food we’ve ever had, chips so cold & over cooked the peri salt was not a real one didn’t even taste right. The chicken nuggets for my child wow I’ve seen better frozen, flat no nice batter and looked to taste, so cheap. And my burger was awful too all in the bin what a waste of money. Chicken used to be amazing here but most definitely not anymore.

The delivery was really early so pretty impressive but only disappointments would be that the gravy was very watery, there was no variety of 6 piece chicken that I ordered (all breast pieces), the halloumi wrap for £10 could have had more to it and the cheese tots where just tots not covered in cheesy sauce as I thought it would be. overall 5 out of 10 from us. Lemon flavour chicken gravy in tiny pot! 1 of the boxes was missing popcorn chicken, Chips tasted weird and stale, chicken on bone was slimy and I had one piece that was pink in the middle! I understand it’s a Saturday evening but nothing was good! We won’t be returning here again.

Fries under cook stale. Wings were just mess all coating were of the wings, no crunch at all. Really disappointed with the, probably will not order again.

MANKY SKANKY and RANK(y)Today's order my daughter placed via just eat was absolutely rank, ordered 2 strips meals one spicy one original which weren't labelled so we didn't know which was which, then the strips were as tough as leather weren't fresh and the bun was stale and fell apart in hands.lastly the chips were full of black bits TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Went in the bin.... AVOID!
