This rating is based off two recent times at this Chopstix. 1. Took so long to get anything and the guy genuinely seemed annoyed to serve us. The food was also burnt, like the sweet and sour chicken was inedible. To say this is part of a holiday park, for kids too, it was a shame. 2. We ordered it to the caravan and when we opened the food, everything, and when I say everything, I mean it, was completely wrong.

Edible, but the wrong side of mediocre. Portions are tiny. Egg fried rice isn’t fried, and contains no egg. Ordered ten spring rolls but only got five (can’t be bothered to go back because it’s freezing out). Smells nicer than it tastes.

Arrived hot. Food was delicious. No complaints only that I can't move now 😂

Tried chopstix for the 1st time as when we walked passed it smelt amazing. I had noodles with s&p chicken my partner had the rice with teriyaki beef both were delicious! Ordered some veg spring rolls & they were the best I’ve ever eaten! Love how you can have it delivered to your caravan, it came really quick & the guy who brought it was lovely. I would say it’s definitely expensive for the small portion sizes though

Great food, tasted really good. The girl on the till was really helpful. Recommend food for our tastes and told us to get the side and dips bundle ! Would definitely recommend!

Food was great, staff were great but meals are slightly over priced.

I have just had my lunch from Presthaven chopstix . It's was lovely. Just cooked hot delicious 😋 team were very helpful and knowledgeable. Good value for money .

A lovely tasty treat to enjoy, went for the extra large that me and my partner shared and was pretty filling!!!

I'd like to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent visit. Not only was my order incorrect, but also the majority of the meal arrived cold. The rice, in particular, was inadequately cooked, remaining hard and unappetizing. As a result, the only enjoyable aspect of the meal were the toppings, which were the sole redeeming factor amidst an otherwise disappointing dining experience.

Found it really nice a lot of variety things like spring rolls 15 for £3 odd bargain !! Same for chicken balls can not complain the only thing I can say is the people are terrified!! Can see it in the eyes off giving you to much the xl boxes ain’t very XL !!!! Apart from that well done ! I am a professional reviewer I know what I am talking about !!!

food tasted nice especially the chicken, however the noodles were slightly dry and the portion size disappointing for how much we paid. overall good though 👍

Had tea twice here had a few different dishes between us all , we all enjoyed everything we had, and the spring rolls were lovely too, we had a small box £6.50 but there was enough, lovely staff , really enjoyed it 😊

Vile! Tiny box of tasteless food! Didn't even know you could burn rice like that!

Nice food but closed 45 mins before the stated time on google we took our kids into the arcade before coming out to get food at 10:15 but it’s was closed, google said it didn’t close until 11pm

Food is absolutely appalling you pay WAY over the odds for a TINY box of horrible food. The man serving is the nastiest man I’ve ever encountered. I witnessed him shouting at a man with young children because he got their order wrong. Food isn’t even bearable - service is even worse

Overpriced food for next to no portions of whatever you choose, rude staff especially the middle-aged scouser that bobbles his head like he’s on vibrate should be sacked in my opinion but that’s just me Conclusion: For the price, avoid and treat yourself to a Burger King because believe me you’ll enjoy it more

Give one of your staff members a pay rise ( Delyth) We come down an tried your noodle bar for the first time an Wow the food was amazing, Delyth had no issue guiding us with the selection of food that you serve but also helped you as we bought more then expected, customer service done by her was the best we’ve had around, with a skill like that is hard to come by. Give the girl a promotion thank you again for your lovely service Delyth

The staff are so nice especially delyth (del) she was so lovely and kind she would sort out any problems that i had and she was so lovely 10/10 from me

Tried the chopstix on the Presthaven Holiday Park, the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely food had caramel chicken and salt and chilli with rice . Chicken was tender sauce was delicious . Lady on till suggested a box meal which I never knew they did which was great as it was a rather hot day so benefited from The nice cool Drink . Had a nice little seating area outside which was nice to enjoy with the family away from the busier areas . Would recommend very filling so only needed a light snack later in the day .

Great food, great portion sizes, whether you have a big appetite like my husband or a small one like me. We always get the Chinese chicken curry and it’s always top notch!

Great place with fresh food and really nice team. Really helped we had nice and sunny weather to enjoy our food outside.

If i could give 0 i would, small portions for extortion amount of money, ran out of rice which is fine if they could communicate properly but clearly none of them know how what customer service means, just stared blankly and said dunno like were supposed to settle for just noodles in an £8 box? Paid with two twenties for £23 bill and somehow they “forgot” to give change and when reminded said they already closed the till like that makes any difference, food was terrible. None of them seem to care or know what they’re doing. Wouldn’t recommend going unless your happy with disappointment or just enjoy a good argument.

Went for a large boxes for £10 each. Never felt so ripped off in all my life. Frozen chicken breasts, 3 green beans and water sauce topped off with soggy noodles. And the large wouldn't even feed a baby!! Terrible!!
