The second time now, I've ordered via Uber eats, and the food is stale. The noodles were bland and lacking in flavour. The egg fried rice was bland, rubbery, and hard. The salt and pepper potatoes were soggy. Given the price you pay, the portion size is very stingy. I'm not sure whose packing these orders and if they're saving the food for themselves at the end of their shift. I literally only had 5 pieces of sweet and sour chicken when I opted for the 'extra' box! Sort it out! I'm not sure why this is the case for delivery orders. However, when I've ordered in store my food was OK. Although the portion/serving still seems stingy.

Food was very dry, like it had been sitting on display for more than a day and to make matters worse the portions were child-size. Only eat here if you are in a hurry with no alternative

It’s really difficult to eat noodles with no cutlery, also the bag it was delivered in looked like it had been kicked around the road

It doesn’t matter what size you get they will still put the same small potion of noodles in the box. I ordered a Medium size but when I opened it there was hardly any noodles inside. I could have saved money and just ordered the small instead, the box was half empty. I don’t understand why they are so stingy with the amount of noodles they put in. Acting like it comes out of their pay checks.

I’m a very regular customer at Chopstix. It’s my go to place for lunch because the food is really yummy and super filling. The menu is quite simple (you pick either rice, noodles or both and then add toppings of your choice. The number of toppings depends on the size of box). The prices are pretty decent too, even though they have slightly increased now but they have a 10% for students (and used to have a 20% if you have the UNiDAYS app). But I still recommend and the service is really fast too. :)

I'm unhappy my delivery was not delivered. I am disabled and cannot get downstairs out of the building quickly. So I want a refund due to not receiving my order. The delivery guy called but I didn't have my helper here.

ASOLUTELY VILE 0 STARS. Ordered via Deliveroo spent over £20 for food to arrive not up to standard. Food clearly looked like left overs, item missing and hardly proper portions. Even the rice smelled old and fermented full of burnt scraps. Couldn’t even eat the food. Then I tried to contact regarding my order and the number doesn’t even go through… It’s like when you order online there’s no care whatsoever.(Maybe because nobody is watching) Completely different quality to when you order in person which is just wrong and unfair really…
