food is good but workers give very little portions. Unbelievably stingy

never in my life have I seen a food chain so stingy with the toppings. You will only be given 2 or 3 small chickens pieces with each topping. You can see how much caution they take when serving incase they drop you an extra piece by mistake. Oodles give you good portions for a fraction of the price and the food is far better than this stingy chopstix Thats how they make there 💰 money i guess.

the food is nice but very expensive for what it is. extremely small portions to the point staff will put back stuff to make it even smaller. seating area is not very nice and their staff just seem miserable. i had a code from their app and they did not accept it as their scanner wasn’t working but clearly could see what it was for and on their app. not worth the price. not filling.

I placed a too good too order, I seen how much food they had, firstly the gave me the rice right at the bottom of the pot. There was soo much rice, secondly she gave me tiny amount of meat. It was really disappointing. So I will no longer place an around with them. They are very stingy. It literally looks like they are saving meals to take home to their family. It’s not a moneys worth. They are very stingy. Honestly it doesn’t like your buying the food the way they are acting I’m very disappointed.

Never in my life have I ever seen a food chain so stingy with the topping. They give two small peices of chicken with each topping. I ordered food from uber eats, spent around £18. food was cold. No vegetables at all in noodles and noodles were very dry and didn’t seem fresh. Very little toppings.

Love the quality of freshly made food however the portions are not good enough , the server made sure she put minimum food in the regular size box which wasn’t filled properly. Please be generous with the portions to match the price! This is the birmingham city centre branch i visit regularly.

Very friendly service with attentive staff and polite conversation. Quick service and the food tasted delicious and was decent value for money, which is surprising these day! The restaurant it’s self was kept very clean and tidy, didn’t use the bathrooms, so I can’t comment there. Would happily go back to Chop Stix in Birmingham city centre :)

The staff were kind and patient, and the chicken that was sweet and sour flavoured were very tasty and paired perfectly together. The apple pie rolls with sweet caramel dip, reminiscent of honey, were also delightful.
