Absolutely unacceptable and horrible experience. Accidentally ordered rice instead of noodles, my mistake. After chewing on the rice It was like they just took the rice out the bag and served it, absolute atrocious! Missing items and no customer service. Phone line doesn't even work. Last ever time I order from a despicable place. Came back from work all day to just end up eating the sides and scraps of the meal. 1/5

I have visited this store plenty of times and staff are always super friendly and helpful. Portions are very generous and service is fast. Was served by Alina today, friendly as always and working very hard to ensure all customers were served quickly. Thank you! The food is always super tasty. Recommend in particular: caramel chicken, salt and pepper chicken and firecracker chicken with noodles. And there is calorie information which is always a bonus.

The best noodle place on town! Not only it tastes amazing, portions are big as well. Anyone who likes spicy food, I recommend taking the “feel the firecracker”, absolute banger! And almost every time I come, I get served by Sonia, she’s such a sweetheart!

The food was cold and lacking some things like the noodles were bare and didn’t taste like they were cooked the chicken was a lil pink inside and the bbq sauce tasted spoilt

really enjoyed food, nice atmosphere and kind/understanding staff. one of my chicken bits where spicy which i didn’t know however that was a user error. apart from that very great food will dine again

Uber Eats order £49 - terrible, never again! We waited 1hr-10mins once picked up from driver to get to us, and as expected the food was cold. Our spring rolls (skinny cheap from frozen style) were so cold they felt like they've come out of fridge. The food is such poor quality and thrown together like leftovers. Really cheap prawn crackers, sauces like water. The packaging is the only bonus, you're better off eating that then the actual food. Don't waste your money, do not recommend anything from this place.

Zafa, part of the staff team, was very nice and uplifting, as my first experience in Chopstix, I was quite calm rather than nervous, the atmosphere was good, as well as Zafa. Very nice and uplifting character. Thanks Zafa!
