Really nice food, friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful when I have my stick and help me to my table with my food :) Aidan is a particularly excellent addition to the team

I recently visited Chopstix and had a mixed experience. The food was generally decent, the noodles were especially nice and flavorful. However, the rice was quite dry, which was a bit disappointing. The most significant issue I encountered was with the attitude of one of the female staff members. Her behavior was quite rude, and she seemed to be in a rush, asking what toppings we wanted with an impatient tone. We barely had a second to decide before she pressured us to choose, which made the ordering process stressful and unpleasant. I initially hesitated to leave this feedback, but her attitude persisted as I observed her interacting with other customers, all with the same discourteous manner. It felt particularly disheartening as we are Asian, and it seemed like we were being treated differently because of that. It's a shame because the food could make this a go-to spot, but the customer service needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all patrons.

Lovely quick friendly service.. daughter enjoyed k pop music. The only thing to work on is wobbly tables and hand dryers outside the toilet when sinks inside.

I usually like chopstix it is my favourite. Food was good as usual but while filling my box sometime the person filling only with veggies, less chicken or noodles. I got medium noodle box with 2 chicken topping after I finish I found half of the box just only veggies.

Worst customer service , I had a birthday treat box and they refused to give it , I then paid for my order and told the guy I would like to scan my rewards card but he didn’t put it through in time . He kept asking the other workers but they clearly have even worst customer service ! Highly don’t recommend it !

Amazing. Food is delicious and staff are friendly. Meals are a little pricier than other places but that doesnt damper the experience. You are paying for exceptional food. I would definitely eat here again

First time there was good it was a new place when we went this was back in June, we just went yesterday and we got food poisoning so not the best place but don’t recommend going there again!

I used to love Chopstix so my mum and I decided to order a medium box each plus sides. Both medium boxes contained the wrong toppings and the portions were extremely small for the amount of money we paid. With my box I ordered the cauliflower rice and it was almost black in colour from what I assume is soy sauce. The food was also very bland and dry. Again I used to love this place and it's food, but I was extremely disappointed...im sorry but I don't think I'll be ordering again, or at least not from this location.

It’s a lovely place to eat in the centre, the staff are so lovely and helpful and create a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend

Food was lovely as per however there was altercation between staff. We were being served by a guy with blonde hair not sure of he was new or not but as far as we could see he was doing nothing wrong. A girl with blonde hair and eyelashes who was watching over his shoulder snapped at him telling him to go away and proceeded to barge in and take over chucking out the noodles he had just dished up for me. The guy walked away and visablly looked embarrassed. I found her whole handling and attitude to the whole situation very unprofessional and really uncalled for. We felt like there was no issues with the service we were receiving from the guy. Not sure what the companies training policies but dont feel that it was any way to treat anyone.

The atmosphere in the chopstix in the centre is amazing, staff always greets us with a smile an amazing attitude! Food is delicious warm and beautiful seasoning! Would recommend!

I went today its Thursday and the place was quite .. the staff one of them was very rude like trying to rush me to tell her what I want. Then they had cleaned the place and kept chairs so noone can go but they were far and noone could tell you are not supposes to go and no sign of wet floor. Then she tries to insult me that could you guys not see the chairs etc .. I wouldn't go here again that girl needs to mend her ways she has no friendly personality at all. I wish the manager was there would have complained him or her.

First time eating in a Chopstix. The portions aren't the biggest. Food was ok. Service was a bit confusing and unhelpful if it's your first time there. Seats and tables were clean.

The portions are small for the price. However, the selection is okay and the toppings were very tasty. However, the service was quite impatient and not really helpful, even though we were the only customers at the time. The tables were clean. If you want something quick on hand you will definitely find something here. Everyone else should go somewhere else.
