Was here today, served by a young girl, she was cashing up later so am gonna say Supervisor or above...anyway, not a pleasant vibe, felt like she was annoyed as I was making my topping choice, to be fair, there wasn't that many. A table of 4 girls came in later, served by a young lad and I heard him ask everyone of those girls if they would like to make their noidle/rice box a meal deal. Kudos to this young man. I was not happy as I when served was not asked this, I would have taken a juice and spring rolls but I keep forgetting about the meal deal it's only when prompted by staff member that I do have it, so for this reason I was really unhappy with the "senior" member of staff who served me neglected to ask me what she expects her staff to ask! For an extra large box was poor portion size, especially for the money you pay. I usually get my chopstix from Designer Outlet and never disappointed I'm always asked and take the meal deal offer too. Portion size - poor My server - poor Choice of toppings - poor Only saving grace was me witnessing that young lad serving the girls. Well done young man. *****

Just leaving a review because the server(Kirsty) was very polite and was great at making conversation on top of that the food was fantastic. Will be back again!

Service was slow, one person having to cook food and serve a queue of people, need to employ more staff over lunchtime as the team member was working hard and as best she could but one person covering lunchtime is insane. Not the servers fault. Food itself is good, tasty and hot, pricing and meal deals are also really good as were the add ons and sides, clean tables and pleasant atmosphere, highly recommend if wanting a fresh snack/meal and not just the usual burger and chips offered elsewhere. Certainly will visit again next time I'm shopping here.

Overall quality of the food is questionable, the chicken can be pretty good but the rice is always horrible never had good rice from here it’s always hard and tastes so artificial. It can also be a bit expensive for the portion size. Staff are usually friendly enough.

If you have hyper tension and if you want to live longer avoid this place like plague So we ordered what we wanted. The timing was ok, but I can honestly tell you, the food wasn't. It tasted salty and horrible. They use so much oil that it generally seems like you're just drinking straight oil. And then, the SALT. We ordered salt-and-pepper cauliflower bites, but it felt like they were literally just salt bites. Nothing good about them. The noodles also didn't taste great. Lukewarm, with a whole barrel of oil poured in. At least, that's what it tasted like. The spring rolls were ok. Now I can see why their service is so fast; they put no time and effort into their food. They have severely let us down and we are never coming back. Our money was completely wasted. The staff were arrogant. A 4 year old could cook better than them. I would give them -1 stars if I could. Costa, Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway, they're all better. I think we all get the message here; steer clear of Chopstix unless you want your money wasted.

So this is a little noodle bar in the centre, they have a larger one in the food court of the designer outlet, but this one is in the “regular” shopping centre, near boots, Krispy Kreme and opposite Costa. At Chopstix, you can choose from a base and one or two toppings (two of the same or two different) in the size of box you like. I got a medium box meal deal, with a couple of spring rolls and a small 7up for around £10. Noodles and regular (not cauliflower) rice were on offer for the bases and four or five different toppings. It looks like a small box, but is pretty filling and I had to take the rest home. The boxes they’re served in are super cute and can be folded up to take away. They have chopsticks and also wooden cutlery; which I opted for! I chose two toppings of the caramel chicken which despite looking so tasty (see pic), was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn’t tough, but tasted of nothing….no caramel. I miss their lemon chicken, they should bring it back. I wasn’t madly keen on the fried rice either, it was mixed rice with black rice included and tasted quite strong. It would be great if they had a plain rice, but I might try the noodles next time. The spring rolls, while obviously frozen ones, were tasty and on par with the mini ones from a Chinese takeaway. There is plenty of seating and toilets. Not super atmospheric but I think people tend to takeaway from here, or kids from the local school sit in at lunchtime. I can’t comment on the toilets as I didn’t go in them. There are bins and places for your tray after you eat, this is not somewhere with table service. The staff serving were quick, while letting me make up my mind and explaining the meal deals. I couldn’t hear them very well due to the music playing and other customers talking, but they were patient. Overall, I would maybe go again to try the different toppings and bases, but it wouldn’t be my first choice. I wasn’t hugely keen on my meal. There is plenty of wheelchair access in terms of the restaurant, however I can’t speak for the toilets as I didn’t use them. There are disabled access toilets in the shopping centre nearby, but you will need your RADAR key. 3 stars.

Received poor service from your employee named Ginger, when I came in I had seen the noodles were almost empty and politely said I’d like to wait until they were refilled to which Ginger responded in an annoyed tone “you know these ones just get put on top, right?”. I said that’s fine and let another customer go ahead in front of me. The noodles were refilled before the other customer was served and Ginger served this customer fresh noodles and seemingly to spite me served me the old noodles. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I think I’ll go to the other Chopstix in the food court from now on. Maybe some fresh customer service training for Ginger in order?

I recently visited Chopstix and had a mixed experience. The food was generally decent, the noodles were especially nice and flavorful. However, the rice was quite dry, which was a bit disappointing. The most significant issue I encountered was with the attitude of one of the female staff members. Her behavior was quite rude, and she seemed to be in a rush, asking what toppings we wanted with an impatient tone. We barely had a second to decide before she pressured us to choose, which made the ordering process stressful and unpleasant. I initially hesitated to leave this feedback, but her attitude persisted as I observed her interacting with other customers, all with the same discourteous manner. It felt particularly disheartening as we are Asian, and it seemed like we were being treated differently because of that. It's a shame because the food could make this a go-to spot, but the customer service needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all patrons.

I usually like chopstix it is my favourite. Food was good as usual but while filling my box sometime the person filling only with veggies, less chicken or noodles. I got medium noodle box with 2 chicken topping after I finish I found half of the box just only veggies.

Worst customer service , I had a birthday treat box and they refused to give it , I then paid for my order and told the guy I would like to scan my rewards card but he didn’t put it through in time . He kept asking the other workers but they clearly have even worst customer service ! Highly don’t recommend it !

I used to love Chopstix so my mum and I decided to order a medium box each plus sides. Both medium boxes contained the wrong toppings and the portions were extremely small for the amount of money we paid. With my box I ordered the cauliflower rice and it was almost black in colour from what I assume is soy sauce. The food was also very bland and dry. Again I used to love this place and it's food, but I was extremely disappointed...im sorry but I don't think I'll be ordering again, or at least not from this location.

Had a great lunch here today wanted to get home and leave a review about the excellent customer service from a girl named mhairi i was with my auntie who didn’t have a clue what to do or what to get and she helped her to the best of ability and my auntie was able to get exactly what she wanted very well done !!
