Spent New Year’s Eve having a lovely dinner , very relaxing

Delicious food and great service!! Will come back.

This is our 3rd or 4th visit and never been disappointed. Absolutely worth a visit and a great local restaurant.

Family New Year meal and as always food was delicious. Staff are so friendly and polite. They were run off their feet but still attentive and everything done with a smile. Wishing you all even more success for 2025 and hope it is a good year for you and your families.

First time at the restaurant and I can honestly say it’s the best Thai I have had. Food was amazing and staff were so friendly. We will definately be back.

Had a small gathering for my birthday and it was lovely. Food was amazing nobody didn’t enjoy it. Good portions and a quick service. Very clean and tidy. Table service was excellent and on hand to check you are happy with your food and drink. Nothing was a problem very pleasant and kind staff. No pressure to eat up quickly and go you are left to enjoy your meal and relax and chat. Would highly recommend and we will be back again. Thank you for making my birthday special and my surprise birthday cake topped off a wonderful evening.

We love locally but had never been until tonight and now we're regretting not coming sooner! High quality fresh food! You don't usually find this standard of Thai unless in the big cities. The massaman curry was the best curry I've ever had.

Beautiful meal on Christmas Eve with the family. Each dish more delicious than the last. Can't wait to visit again. Very reasonably priced and lots of food for the money. Would highly recommend and will return very soon!

This was my first time at this restaurant, but will certainly not be my last. 3 of us enjoyed starters and main courses and we all loved the food. The waitresses were all lovely and the service was prompt. I will be back soon😀

Our first time visiting yesterday and won’t be our last - the food was amazing and the customer service was even better - Jeng was genuinely the nicest server ive come across, really made our experience! I love this restaurant for Thai food. I almost don’t want to share this review incase others start using my little secret. The food is always freshly made for each person, the spices very delicate and flavourful and the staff so friendly. Thank you for your amazing dishes they are a delight.

Lovley restaurant, staff and food, but service very slow, when we arrived there were 3 other tables of people already eating we ordered ours and it took almost an hour for food to arrive, meanwhile other tables filled and their food served but when we asked when food was coming they said it was cause we didn’t order starters and others did so they were served 1st. Couldn’t understand why that was a problem, first come should have been served no matter what course we were having. Wouldn’t stop me returning because the food was Lovley.

My wife and I went for an early meal before going to the cinema and it was delicious. We are not from the Livingston area so we were going by reviews and fancied something a wee bit different to the chain restaurants. The restaurant is situated in the middle of a housing estate and not in the main dining area of Livingston but please give it a try. Yes the heating wasn't working but we soon warmed up and enjoyed a very tasty Thai meal. The staff were excellent and very attentive. We had Chicken Satay & Corn Fritters to start with followed by Thai Green Chicken Curry & a Spicy Thai Beef dish 1 x portion of rice and 1 x Salt & Pepper chips and we were not disappointed. With 2 soft drinks the bill came to £47.80 - very reasonable. We would highly recommened Sabannga and will definately return if we are down in Livingston again.

Very nice local restaurant which was surprisingly busy for our 5-30 table time Food was very good and service was excellent,if in the area would definitely recommend Only down side was when we arrived their sign outside wasn’t switched on and we drove past and eventually had to ask someone where to go ( when we finished our meal sign was shinning aka Blackpool style )

We love sabannga. It’s fantastic.

What a gem. We drove for twenty minutes in the rain and it was totally worth it. Lovely service in a cosy environment. The food was made according to your own preference and was delicious. No fuss and no waiting around. Finished with a perfect jasmine tea. Beautiful place.

Very good food, which was quite authentic Thai. Well there was one item that was more Scottish than Thai, but even my 2 English colleagues agreed that the haggis spring rolls were fantastic. Even the papaya pok pok was 'almost' as hot as it is in Isaan.

Visited here for lunch today with friends and we were all again very impressed. Friendly staff, excellent menu and good sized portions of lovely Thai food, what's not to love ! We all ordered different and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended and we look forward to visiting again soon. Just wish we lived nearer !

What a hidden gem! This place is absolutely gorgeous. Our meal was 10/10 and the service is also 10/10. Not only that but it’s very reasonably priced! We paid literally double the night before for a nice meal elsewhere. You’ve got two new regulars 😄

First time at this restaurant after it being recommended to me. Food tasted delicious and service was efficient. Portion sizes are good although i would have preferred a little more rice. Prices are very reasonable for what you get id say. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

AVOID !!! Went home with my collection order to RAW chicken satays. Phoned up to inform them as me and my partner already ate some and request a refund as it put me off eating anything else from my order and got nothing but cheek from the manager. Told them I wouldn’t be back for the manager to reply ‘I don’t want you to come back, goodbye’ and hung up the phone. Was told I can microwave the chicken to cook them?? 💀 .. went back down and took them a good 15 minutes to decide if I get a refund or not .. the customer service from the manager was awful and 100% wouldn’t recommend!! Please share!

Great setting, and atmosphere! The staff were very attentive and friendly! The menu had good deals and plenty of choices. Espically for people like me, who are vegetarian! Definitley a great place if you like asian food, with different spices and varations. Michael

Sunday lunch, very quiet, not surprisingly the service was good. Small food portions and flavours below expectation, the menu descriptions did not match our experience. Egg fried rice included a hair, the side dish was promptly replaced. Rice did not taste fresh and was stodgy. After reading all the glowing reviews we were left disappointed.

Two couples visiting fora a few days & decided to try this restaurant after looking at Google & TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed, the decor is very nice & clean and the staff were friendly & attentive. The food was excellent in quality & flavour but we felt the portions were slight on the small side. The wine was very reasonably priced & the dessert cocktails were delicious, and again very well priced. Well worth a visit. Only got photos of the starters as we were too busy enjoying the meal to remember & take more.

It was a delight to dine at Sabannga's. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. We will be back.

Stood for 30 minutes waiting for take away , and Penang was a poor Chinese version. Lovely green curry though.

First time visit for us for a late lunch and both food and service were fantastic. It was very quiet, which was a real shame as this place should be a regular for anyone who's local. We'll definitely be back!

Wow, this was good. I asked for Thai spicy papaya salad and it did not disappoint.

Because I have eaten at this restaurant before, I recommended it to friends for a carry out. The food was ready when I arrived (I was 5 mins early) However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The sticky rice was inside a plastic bag inside the plastic container . It was a very small portion and it was so dense it had to be sliced. However it tasted awful and was thrown out. Of the five main meals we ordered, only one was a decent sized portion. We had to hunt for the meat and vegetables, though the flavours were very nice. The pad thai was an unusual salmon pink colour. I gave it wide berth.

The meal was wonderful!! Service was quick and the food came out fast. Great restaurant and super tasty food! Can’t wait to come back and try more :)

We had takeaway from Sabannga on New Year's Eve. The food was beautiful. We will definitely be back - looking forward to the opening for dining in! Update: we have dined in several times now, and the food and service are both excellent.

Without a doubt the best restaurant we visited in a long, long time! We were blown away by the food and the service. We couldn’t fault any of the dishes and can’t wait to go back!
