Worst Chinese shop ever ordered from, every time I have ordered it has sent the wrong food then refuses to give a refund.

Cheap but good, you get what you pay for, not the best, but definitely not the worst, would visit again!

food is alright portion sizes however always seem to get poorly after eating a regular customer and it was just bland. ordered chicken noodle soup and was just hot water with chicken barley any noodles. the egg fried rice tasted like pure water no flavouring at all and salt and pepper chicken balls just salt

Great food, great customer service and complimentary crackers are always included.

They are reliable and they were open unlike sopranos who said it was but wasnt

Ordered takeaway tonight, 7 people including a baby and toddler ended up with food poisoning, rang up to speak to someone about it and the boss shouting at the workers and shouting abuse towards us, the poor worker getting shouted at whilst trying to help, got told they would come take the food and check it themself, if it was cooked then we were wrong and if it wasn’t we would get a refund, the shouting we heard down the phone did it so we said we’d ring food inspectors, rang 111 for advice, ordered from here before and wasn’t that bad but the Chicken this time was slimy and hard in places, won’t be ordering from here again

The food is only take away. The food is always delivered hot like it was just cooked in your kitchen. The food is outstanding and prices are unbeatable!!

I attempted to order over the phone and the guys attitude was very poor. I asked for beef curry with rice etc and then asked the price. He went down my throat saying that the meals did not come with rice etc. I asked why I was being told this and asked if something had changed. He angrily replied that the same management had been there for years and that if I was a regular I would know how to order properly. Very disappointed as I was a regular. It is normally a lady who answers the phone and she is most polite but sadly this bloke let the side down very badly

Alright food speedy delivery ok for a quick fix but the thai honey chilli chicken is amazing

Used tonight absolutely disgusting 3 of us are from there were all bad with stomach pains food tasted like it had been cooked in old oil and tasted like moist foist never using them again deplorable

We've ordered many meals from here & some have been lovely, and others not so much. However, recently, I had several visitors & i placed a decent order. My meal in the order was wrong, and they said they were 'too busy' to rectify it. As i was well out of pocket I won't be using again. Their loss.

Ordered food tonight (Christmas Eve) for my husband and daughter, ordered Domino's for my son and me. We ordered both to be delivered at 7pm, Domino's delivered at 7pm, chop chop rang me at 7pm saying they are too busy and if we want our food we will have to collect!! Absolutely horrendous service!!

Chop Chop is the only Chinese I go to. Absolutely love it the only downside is you can’t order on just eat. I highly recommend it ☺️

Absolutely disgusting, and now that I ordered. House special contains no pork or duck...... House special is suppose to be a collection of meats the establishment uses. If you think this is Chinese food then your kidding yourself. Absolutely joke

One of the best Chinese takeaway's around Durham very rare they make a mistake and they treat their customers with respect I have had a good hundred takeaway's I would rate them all 5☆ even my friend who has been to China said it was the best she had tasted since she came back home

I think the negative reviews have the wrong place. One of the best Chinese places I've ever ordered from, and I've moved around a lot, so there's been a few. Have ordered from them about ten times now and it's always consistently very high quality. The food is just great, and it comes in generous portions. Highly recommended

Worse chinese takeaway ive had in my entire life! So i ordered about a month ago and got the same thing i always get, crispy chili beef. It was neither crispy or chili flavour instead a soggy dark brown tub of honeyed slop and they forgot some of my order! Not one to be easily discouraged (this and my friends said its the best place in durham...lol) i thought id give em the benifit of the doubt and try again. Even worse this time around, i ordered chicken satay skewers and noodles without the veg. The skewers were rank tough mini fillits instead of juicy chicken breast and the pot of sauce was a joke honestly the size of two mac'donalds ketchup pots, were most other pllaces are drowning in the good stuff, and the noodles were laced with veg despite being asked for none. This place is an absolute joke and will never order from them again! Want a good chinese in durham? Little china in willington is the best we have tried and will only use them from now on. Oh and on a final note when you call to complain? They dont speak much english so think your a prank caller or somthing and hang up mid complaint! People giving good reviews either have no standards or are not real people! STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

On 15th January, Saturday 8pm. When I spoke to the staff on the phone, the lady was very polite and helpful. However, the delivery driver was very rude and when I received my meal it had spilled all over. I was extremely disappointed and I won't be using the service again.
