Highly Recommend. The Chips are Lovely.My Partner likes Salad with Hallomi. The Staff are Nice and Polite.You get Big Portions too.

£7.80 wasted Popped in for a special because I usually like the food here, not been for a while but tonight was extremely disappointing! the chips were undercooked and mushy, fish was rubbery (even my cat wouldn’t eat it) the peas were tasteless, also very lumpy gravy, the best thing I brought was a can of Vimto won’t be returning!

Knowing the cafe closes at 2.00 we arrived at 1.15pm having travelled from Newcastle to try these recommended chips. The restaurant was empty all but two which were just finishing off, Just about to sit down when we were told it was too late to sit down but you could order a takeaway . What a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT Now I’ve been told to read the notice on the door to find out restaurant opening times not the website A review is about the overall service not just the taste of your chips. It’s the attitude I was complaining about and now you are calling me a bully when you are wasting my time and fuel. The latter part of your reply says it all

First time having Chippylicious and queer with ourselves we had not been there before now! We had made up our mind that we were having pie before we went in but all the amazing looking food made our head spin. We stayed with our steak pie option accompanied with chips mushy peas and gravy. They were amazing. So fresh and delicious. We saw they have an eat in area and will definitely being trying a breakfast there. Will be returning soon!

Great all day breakfast. Suffered from poor quality sausage especially when the best butchers in the area is across the street. Kebabs are not great but everything else is spot on

Been a regular for 6 years now, both takeaway and sit in, it’s a great chippie! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great and portions are huge!!! Highly recommend to anyone.

An amazing,clean,happy place for either sit in or takeaway. Lovely staff,always polite. The place is immaculate always. Well worth a visit. We travel an hour to go for fish & chips and proper cups of tea & coffee.

Came here as I was working in the area, ordered a chips with mixed meat and salad with a cup of coffee.. The food was quite good and to my surprise the portions were massive, it was so big it could of easily fed two.. The coffee was spot on also..Good value for money, I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Great little cafe with plenty of parking out front, Plentiful portion of Fish and Chips, Tasty haddock with really crispy batter. Nice seating inside too and choice of drinks and other food.

Ordered tonight the chips were awful all dry and crispy my children couldn't eat their kids meal. And the fish wasn't nice at all it had a dry texture to it not a nice flakey texture

I recommend! A few months ago I bought food for mandem and the fish was half a meter long! The garlic sauce is great!

Ordered VIA uber eats, food arrived however had a missing item. Rang up and the lady was very apologetic and sent out not just 1 item but also extra chips. Can't be more grateful they didnt have send out the chips again very helpful

A firm family favourite for me, the kids and my mum, nana and great nana. We always order from here for work too and never have a bad experience.

Last 3 times we have had the same order and every time burgers have come without any salad on..when we order we say cheese burger and all salad..then they ask if you want sauce we say yes please red...and every time we get home no salad on burger...never said anything the on the other occasion...but for it to happen a 3rd time not acceptable..I phoned down to say I was not happy they say salad was refused....why would salad be refused when we wanted and ask for it...and why did it happen the previous occasions...I said it was unacceptable..only to be told ....its only salad....so that's how bothid they are but it's OK...its our money and its up to us where we spend it..and it won't be at your chippy....this is not how customers should be treated..

Shame that the food is not consistently good. Four weeks ago I was given a small fish, it was inedible - it must have been standing for sometime under the heater as it was rock hard and extremely chewy (like leather) the 2nd time I went was last week and the fish paper was soaked in oil and once again my mother's fish was hard and chewy. Lovely chips though. Shame this place was renowned for it good fish n chips. In fact, I had recommended it times to friends and family. :-(

First time I've ever been here and it was excellent food and very clean would definitely recommend this place

Was not happy with the pizza we ordered, the cheese was over done close to burnt. when eating The pizza it was cold or some bits were warm not hot. When talking to the staff they come across as unfazed and not bothered about the situation. Will not be going back ever again.

Great chippy that is always busy. Good staff whi are very efficient. The special's are well worth a go, chips, sausage fish and a choice of curry, gravy or peas. They have a selection of pizza's kebabs and chicken also. Donner meat is very good. They also have a good breakfast menu. There is a cafe or you can takeaway

Best Chippy in Stoke. Friendly staff and great food. I drive past 2 chip shops to get there and I wouldn't change that.

Great selection of chip shop food plus has a small eat in area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large (chips ....) are large. Good value for money. Only down side for me is that the fish can be quite greasy.

The outside appearance of this establishment is daunting,as the car park is full of weeds,as are the flower tubs, the car park holds about a dozen cars,the entrance is ideal for wheelchairs etc.and they have toilet facilities.its clean and gets 5 stars from the food agencies.the food was ok,but we only ordered pie and chips.

Nice chips and food but had a fishcake the outside was dry and the inside middle was cold has happened twice now But apart from that its a nice place
