Chinos Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

Took over 2 hrs to arrive and was freezing cold, never ordering again

Absolutly brilliant phone service even saved me over £5 on my order highly recommended

Called whilst passing, instead of a delivery. Ten minutes and our food was ready. Had a laugh with the staff. Food was spot on.

Food sent back cold, sent back out supposed to be freshly cooked, was reheated still cold even driver admitted it was freezing. Manager tried to say it was freshly cooked (lie). Offered 50% off next order. What a joke NO MORE ORDERS.

chips were soggy, not normaly soggy but were today #fuming 😡

absolute 100% top service tonight again. gorgeous food delivered hot and on time. never a bad word to say about this place they always go above and beyond. nothing is too much trouble. such a friendly team aswell. all the cadets at coulby newham are very grateful for your sponsorship. keep up the good work.

Used to love chinos, and don’t know what’s happened recently but the chicken turns my stomach, huge lumps of unflavoured rubber. My chips were uncooked and the Donner looked like someone had gone at it with a spade. Awful food I won’t be back

Worst takeaway ive had couldnt eat it chicken burger was processed and soggy not a quater pounder way to thin salad was soggy lettuce and onion no tomatoe or cucumber nothing like picture just a soggy greasy mmess

Food is really good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with anything missing from order or mistakes etc. Only pizza shop we will use now.

Ordered the munch box supreme. Pizza - The base is nice - good dough The toppings are just too much, I appreciate the effort but it just falls to absolute bits and the base can't support the topping. Donner meat was thick, dry, tasteless - been on the spit too long or just allowed to dry out, as for the taste, I think they need a new supplier. Chips were dry and scabby, similar to the donner. Cheese Burger.. The bun was nice but again the burger was bland and dried out. Garlic sauce barely had any garlic in it and just tasted more like mayo. The only saving grace was the parmo, which was better than the rest of the box. It's a good deal for the amount of food.. If the food is enjoyable. I left so much and unfortunately ended up in the bin. I hadn't tried in a long time and won't again to be honest.

Came to visit some family in the area and ordered from chinos. Fast delivery very good quality food and the parmo was delicious

An hour and half for delivery Delivery driver didn't have any change and gave an old pound coin as well as short change I won't be ordering here again

We have just moved to the area and thought we would try Chinos. My wife had hot shot Parma and thought the chicken was very tough, I got kebab meat with chilli sauce. I can honestly say that this was the most blandest kebab meat and chilli sauce I have ever tasted, will not be trying chinos again.

Food is always great from here.. The only thing I'd change is the chips. Prefer the thinner, crispy style. You know the ones, 3am with garlic on 🤤

Made an order by phone at 6.10pm Friday 26th January Waited an hour for delivery ? No food had arrived within the hour ? Phoned chinos the lad answered the phone and knew nothing of the order we made ? I had to reorder my takeaway again by phone then telling me it will be another 15 mins before the delivery driver arrives with the order ? Very poor lack of understanding communication with orders This is a business they cannot afford to lose business because of there'own lack of communication They need to book there ideas up on the phone orders . Order still hasn't arrived since the order was taken over the phone order was made at 6.10pm time is now 8.55pm This is just takin the piss now it's beyond me that how long it's taken them deliver just 10 minutes down the road by car for them to deliver wat a joke Will go elsewhere in future

Ordered for collection. Portions are massive, Food is delicious brilliant pizza shop and buzzing there do ice blast slushes ! Lovely defo recommend 👌

Two hours into our order & waiting round an hour after it said it was on its way, they told us twice it will be an extra 15 minutes, never showed. Then the final time said it’ll be an extra half an hour Used to be a good place to eat but the food quality and service is shocking nowadays. Don’t take orders if you can’t deliver them.

Foods gorgeous but I would order in advance and check your orders before leaving the shop or before the driver goes! Waited 1 hr 40 mins for our first order from there (I ended up collecting it or it would have been longer). I then got home and realised I was missing part of the order. Just ordered again and delivery time was much better but I was missing part of the order again! Both times they did bring the missing items within 20 mins however we have had to wait whilst the rest goes cold.

Said food was in the oven after an hour, then after an hour and half they said they are putting the food in the oven then after two hours still no sign off it. And they said he's delivering to to and address up the road Then 2.5hours later it didn't show. De to do it all while putting the phone down on me twice

Started to visit in lockdown. Food is always good. Almost the perfect pizza 9.5/10 keeps us going pack.

Really tasty kebabs and descent portion sizes, square pizzas are great and nice milkshakes but I just wish my milkshake was cold as it was served to me at room temperature and it was a very hot day! 🥵 garlic sauce is lush as well!!!

Top service, it wasn't on the menu but i fancied a cheese burger with pepperoni and they just made it for me, over the moon amd the food is great quality

One of the best places for fast food

Not up to the normal standard we have come to expect, overdone, cool pizzas when delivered and drinks forgotten and had to be sent later.

I've only had good food here. I usually get some sort of kebab. I haven't had a parmo or pizza from here so can't comment on them. Service is good and fast

Made a few ventures here in the last few months: - Prompt service and reasonably priced. Parmos are very good. Chips are good Burgers are excellent. Garlic bread and cheese nice Garlic sauce spot on More to follow, Im sure.

Poor not enough toppings no taste counted the pepperoni 8 slices wafer thin on a 16 inch pizza no crispness Afraid not to my taste

Ordered pizza tonight, a reasonably large order, everything came and was fine…. apart from my own order. I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza with garlic butter, jalapeños, peppers. The pizza that was delivered was a chicken pizza (not at all in any way tandoori), there was 0 taste of garlic butter and there was no jalapeños. And to make sure it wasn’t just me/my opinion, I asked my friend to taste the pizza and he said that there was no taste of anything that was described on the website/just eat. I was gutted. The pizza was literally a chicken pizza with peppers on it.

Foods good but a 50 minute wait for a Margarita pizza and chips and for it to be cold is unacceptable especially when they keep saying "2 mins mate". I would have walked out if I hadn't of already paid.

ordered food for collection in an hour, arrived 4mins after planned time, got home 5 mins later and food freezing Cold!!!! never again

Pizza's were okay. However, they would benefit from less dough and more topping.. Staff friendly just need to focus on adding more customer value on each pizza !

Absolutely love this place!! The kids are obsessed with the Parmos and the meal deals! I love the cheesy garlic bread with mushrooms on!!! The desserts are nice aswell! Ice creams and cakes!! Always delivered really quickly to our door and still piping hot… they’re not stingy on the ingredients, and portion sizes are big!! If you’re on the local FB Groups they’re always helping local people out too… and not always under the company name… often the manager/owner does it, without even advertising where he’s from! That says good ethics and morals to me, so they’ll always get my custom and support.

Best place in middlesbrough for kebabs. I've tried chinos kebabs for the first time few months ago, and I won't go to any other place now. Never had a problem with their food, always fresh. Shop is always clean, staff are very friendly and always look professional. Especially Deniz the manager, he always gives amazing customer service, very polite, and always a very happy chap. 10/10 good job lads

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Me and my family tried chinos for the first time yesterday, we ordered some pizzas. Paradise pizza, parmo pizza as well as pollo venzo. On a busy Friday, we received the food very quickly, so the food was still very hot and fresh when we received it, this has never happened to us when ordering from other takeaway shops. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Especially big thank you to a lovely gentleman called Ayaz, for recommending some great food to try when we order next. First time trying chinos food but definitely not last. I will be recommending to all my friends and family. Great job 👏
