Took an hour for my food to be delivered and it has arrived cold

I had to go and pick it up myself

Liz was so helpful and accommodating today and really made it such a pleasant experience for myself and 2 girls :)

Me and my husband come here a lot, the staff are always so lovely and welcoming especially Chris he’s very friendly and helpful.

Celebrated our daughter’s 9th birthday with 10 of her friends. It was chaos, but Chloe did a great job of looking after us and even replaced a pizza which one of the girls dropped on the floor. It was a disaster thankfully averted by Chloe. Eleanor was also great helping us order and getting the kids to the salad bar to keep them occupied whilst we ordered. Thanks for a great time.

This pizza hut is really great, we went for the buffet and there was constantly new pizzas coming out. The staff were really friendly and checked up on us. The restaurant is clean and there's nothing bad I can say, i come here all the time especially for the buffet - great value for money.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent order from the Teesside Park location. As a long-time customer who has always had excellent experiences at the Sheffield branches, this was a massive letdown. First and foremost, the meat feast pizza I ordered was advertised as 9 inches, yet what I received was only 8 inches in diameter. This is simply unacceptable, especially when the size of the pizza is a key factor in the order. Additionally, the margherita pizza was incredibly unappetizing—it looked sad and miserable, with the crust taking up nearly a quarter of the pizza itself. The new "crispy" base was anything but enjoyable and only added to the overall disappointment. I’ve never seen such a poor attempt at a margherita from Pizza Hut. To make matters worse, the chicken wings I ordered were absolutely miniscule. They were more bone than meat, and frankly, they looked like they’d been forgotten about in the kitchen. As shown in the attached pictures, the spread I received was far from the enticing and satisfying meal I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut. This was my first time visiting the Teesside Park location, and based on this experience, it may very well be my last. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has left me questioning the quality and consistency of the brand. I look forward to hearing how these issues will be addressed.

Come to dine in with the family, was very busy in the restaurant. All the staff were super friendly and very attentive nothing was too much! Everywhere was super clean and the food was delicious would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back with my family! Debi was amazing and Daniel our server was Fantastic nothing was too much and he went the extra mile with everything. Thankyou!

The pizza was cold and rock hard, the base was really thin for a stuffed crust, much thinner than usual when we have ordered and hurt to chew. Was like cardboard and not enjoyable at all which is disappointing

We visited Pizza Hut teeside park and were served by Amy, her service was amazing throughout the experience, everything was spot on and explained thoroughly, any questions we had were answered and the food was top notch, will definitely be returning.

Everything. My kids have Asperger's and don't like a lot of noise or overly busy atmospheres, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. And the buffet is reasonable value and easy for my kids to manage with a good selection of salads and pizzas.

Loved our meal here. We visit Pizza Hut a lot as a family and this is the nicest one we have been to so far! The salad bar was really fresh and looked really appealing (this isn't always the case in Pizza Huts in our experience!) The pizzas were delicious, the dough was fluffy, the toppings were generous and the sides and desserts were spot on too! The service was lovely, friendly and fast. We would 100% eat here again but sadly for us it's a two and a half hour drive away!

The food was completely cold and not worth the cost

absolutely terrible service imagine paying 55 quid for this fries we're cheap and baked till dry not fried. pizza was missing the 2nd topping and I didnt get my onion rings. ice cream was delivered opened and the delivery driver had the cheek to try and act like it was my fault asking for my name why does he need to know my name? then he said why did I write z instead of my full name I should've asked him why was my food late order wrong and why does he need to know my name. terrible service.

Food was late (took almost 90 minutes) however I would’ve forgiven that if the food was to a good standard. All food was absolutely stone cold in fact the warmest item was the bottle of Pepsi! When paying top prices I expect quality food and this was a huge let down. Will stick with local takeaways from now on.

Greeted not so friendly....🤔 Waitress who served us friendly 😊 Salad bar... a little sad, very tiny bowls and lettuce rather limp 🥗 Atmosphere...not one felt like a school cafeteria

Excellent, arrived very early as cinemas were closed. Promptly shown to a table and shown how to use the app, even saved money as explained how to use meerkat code saving 25% off… despite being the only 2 customers in the restaurant we had a wide range of hot delicious pizzas served within 10 minutes to the buffet section… definitely recommend the garlic pizza bread 👌🏼😋

We went as a family for a meal and we got tha buffet deal and it was all the same pizza all the time I was there not happy with just cheese or pepperoni

Great atmosphere for the lively children. Food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait very long at all. Staff were very helpful and sorted us out quickly, even though they were very busy.

Not sure where to start, I used to love going to pizza hut when i was younger but the place needs a revamp. Dated decor, funny smells, expensive for what you get, margarita pizza looked like cardboard, 2 of the staff were just wearing their own scruffy clothes. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

Had a table booked and were greeted by staff and was told that we order what we want by scanning the table or whatever. Then were taken to tiny table and that was it. Very weird way of doing things. Anyway, we just walked out and went to Borges restaurant instead which has a much better atmosphere and you are waited on. Like you are in a restaurant.

The sauces weren't the best, in my opinion like side and salad sauces but okay to eat, ordered a pizza with honey drizzle and they forgot to put it on, no drama we asked for some and they put some on with no problems. Desserts were delicious.

The food was tasty and hot. You were seated quickly, however you were positioned next to people when there were lots of other places to sit. Packed in like a tin of Sardines. Our table was moved back for some overweight man but he still managed to pull his seat all the way out and slam into my partner. I waited almost 30 minutes for my pizza and then the worker came out and said we dropped your pizza on the floor, so I had to wait even longer, but I guess I got a free drink for it, which still doesn't really make up for it.

Workers were loveley they wonder around checking on you and when asked questions were responding very nice the food was okay just very filling me and friends got pizza and loads of other stuff for only 10 pound.

Food wasn’t the best, was like it had been sat for about 1/2 an hour then delivered. A bit cold and chewy. Pizza hut is still king in my opinion but I would never order in again - restaurant only ! Massively over priced too!

Food was cold, hardly any toppings on pizzas , cheese was plastic, no taste, pizza base of both pizzas were very dry and chewy. Mozzarella sticks were dry and cold for nearly £50 very disappointed won't be getting takeaway again

This is best eating in the restaurants. The food was hot but hard and the fries were soggy. Wont be ordering again... Its better eating at their branches than deliveries.

Pizza was ok sides were barely cooked and luke warm we asked for drinks with no ice got ice, (petty but part of service so will be mentioned) 4 serving staff in a restaurant with max 3 tables in use including ours at 1230 lunchtime. They were to busy talking amongst themselves to give information on deals on offer or even that buffet was avaliable, had to give my order 3 times as she didn't appear to be listening watching the other staff taking even then my mum checked she got it right due to allergies (she hadn't got it!) When food came the server carried on conversation with other server over the 2 tables just plonked food down on table and walked off . This was after waiting 35 minutes for 2 pizzas a garlic bread and fries fries barely cooked and barely warm garlic bread was like tepid stale bread salad station was disgusting bits of salad scattered all over half filled as other half was either on floor or over rest of counter. Had a slice of pizza each then asked for bill and 2 boxes to take pizza home with us to be told not allowed as it was buffet offer we had! Big mistake server was corrected that we'd not been informed buffet was on and we'd ordered of main menu we git boxes took pizza and left. We paid full bill as we just couldn't get out fast enough was the worst ever experience we've had and its certainly questionable if the staff there were there to ignore customers or just nit be aware on how its supposed to be done. A shame really as teesside Park pizza hut until that visit has Ben nothing but 10 out of 10, I won't be going back there for the time being.

Fabulous dining experience, the staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs, as OAP it was reassuring the help that was given to us regarding the new technology of ordering and paying for our meal on-line.

Staff and service were good but they all looked a little flustered by the chaos with people coming in and those all over the buffet table and drinks machine. The middle area of the restaurant is just a throng of people. Everything is now pretty much self-serve in Pizza Hut restaurants, but the single drinks machine in this branch is not enough, constant queuing situation. The buffet was getting mauled by all sorts of people, and half the time you visited, there was no interesting pizza, or even none at all. The salad was excellent, though. Cheesy bites are a winner, and the ice cream factory is still a winner with the bairns. Buffet food is overall OK. The put off is the environment. It's just not a nice restaurant to be in, overcrowded and poorly laid out - and looks really tired after years of carnage.

Diabolical, the pizza was tasteless with hardly and sauce on the base and a micro amount of cheese. This pizza was so hard it felt deep fried. Salad bar was also rubbish. Practically fully self service, scan the table get your own drinks ect....card only too. These big businesses like this only do this so they can run on skeleton staff. It felt like sitting in a takeaway shop to eat your pizza but at a ridiculous price. Overall I would never go back and this had no reflection on the staff any bit of interaction with them they where polite and helpful. The food is just really bad and I don't like the atmosphere or lack of customer interaction.

To start with you have to order your food using your phone, scanning a QR code on the table! Not for me! I want to speak to a waiter or waitress when I order my food, so did everyone else that was with our group! They don't accept cash, its card only! What world are we living in! None of us want to be dictated as to how we pay for our food! We support businesses that support cash so we walked out and took our business else where! We are all aware of how depressing a cashless society would be, we do not want to live in a world where we are controlled though a cashless society, none of us will spend money in a card only establishment we support businesses that support choice!

We came late, about 30mins before closing and we took our time ordering because we are useless at getting organised. The staff were very patient and got us fed.
