Every time I've ordered, I've had nothing but delicious, red hot and tasty food. One of the best takeaways I've had. Good job guys x

What I like about this takeaway is that the food isn’t creasy. The chips are a decent portion and it’s redeemable in price.

Been going here for twenty years, never had a bad meal, always get plenty and cooked great right price and always go back again.

Best Chinese Food in Nottingham! Portions are great and the taste is amazing. I really recommend their Salt&Pepper Chips, Prawns and their prawn toast is beautiful. Love it, will buy again.

Fast service. Great portion size and value for money. Could be a little more meet with noodles but in general cant complain for 6.50. Wont look anywhere else. Also restaurant quality taste. Gem takeaway for our area!

Was looking for an edible Chinese as my usual one had gone downhill. Wanted a takeaway for my birthday treat. After reading the reviews I came across China Garden, definitely an excellent choice. Thanks, guys for the extra birthday treat. My new go to takeaway.

As I recently moved into the area, I thought we’d try this Chinese and thought it was really good great tasty, food great service 100% Recommend to try recommended to my parents who has never tried this place before and now they have a new Chinese takeaway.

Use this regularly for Chinese food and the meals are good. Portions are a good size.

Phoned for collection so it was ready when I got there Straight away. Was absolutely nice. Will be definitely going back. So much for the money. Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Also it was still hot when Serving up.

Ordered from China Gardens and was pleasantly greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. The service was brilliant and food was delicious. I’d recommend the kung po chicken if you like a bit of spice and the egg fried rice as a very tasty addition to any meal!

Absolutely incredible service. 17 people needed feeding with a really short time scale. On a Friday night. Ordered over the phone for a collection. When we arrived half an hour later the staff were so friendly, they even gave us some freebies. Food was amazing. portion size was huge. The guy up front I think the owners son is an absolute credit to this place. He is super charming. 17 fed and happy bellies

We collect from here on a regular, spend lots of money and generally enjoy the food......so as a treat we opted for delivery.....waited 2 hours !!! We were told it will be 45 mins......called a after an hour to chase up and said be 10 mins...waited another 40 mins .....called again and they said 10 mins .......after 2 hours, finally got the food.....it was not hot and we'd lost interest at this point. Delivery driver was rude also.

We have had our Chinese from China Garden longer than I can remember and have never been disappointed until tonight, my husband only has fish and chips with curry sauce, tonight's fish was more sloppy and stodgey, nothing like fish at all, no taste either

I have used China Garden since I used to get off the bus from town after a night out in the 80s. We still use it now, Always family owned with 5 star food, 5 star service, 5 star friendliness, 5 star cleanliness and 5 star prompt and friendly delivery. All you need to know really. Staff are always very polite and friendly, in person and on the phone, the food is always on time and can't fault it, tried many in the Nottingham area and this is one of the best :)

Nice and friendly the only down side is that is a cash only place :(

Order from here nearly ever weekend but tonight not happy that I received 2 curry sauces instead of a sweet sour did ring them and they said I could go collect 1 but food would of been cold by time got up there and back was offered a free sauce next time but £14 wasted cause couldn't eat it

I really enjoyed the Singapore Fried Rice with the salt and chilly king prawn 🍤(very delicious 😋). Friendly staff and quick delivery.

I've just had the most amazing chilli, salt and pepper fried chicken. I live nearby and have been going there for almost 25 yrs. The friendliest staff you will come across, the meals are always good. Top stuff!

Was driving back home from work and did not want to cook. Fancied a chinese and must say the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken two in 1.

Ordered 'sweet sour pork Hong Kong style' and was very pleasantly surprised-- handsome portion and authentic taste! One thing to note is that the food was also not overly seasoned so it is definitely a better place for authentic Chinese food in my personal opinion. The ordering process has been very pleasant too as they were being friendly.

My favourite Chinese takeaway. So much so, that I travel to pick up my order from there, as I moved outside of the delivery radius. Spare ribs in BBQ sauce and deep fried beef in spicy sauce are highlights on the menu. Always happy to serve sweet and sour prawn, chicken and pork balls in a mixed bag, despite it not being a menu item. No peas in the egg fried rice too (that is a good thing 😁).

Just delivered and opened. Really not happy. Chips are bad and shrivelled up. Mushroom chowmien tastes horrible and rice dry and stuck together. Very bad. Cannot eat so rang them to complain. Not happy will not order from again. Waste of money.

We order regularly and we are satisfied with the service and food.

28/02/18 placed order 1845 approx hour later rang to see where food was reply on its way. 2010 rang again food on its way. Turned up 2035 (nearly 2 hours) used these for approx 25 years ! Never again its there loss.oh yes reason for late food.....its slippy

I ordered beef curry, chicken curry, boiled rice, fried rice, banana fritter and pineapple fritter. They forgot the fried rice and put both fritters in the same bag SIDEWAYS so all the syrup ran out into the boiled rice(which was then inedible) and all over the rest of my food. I had to throw the whole meal in the bin, I will not be returning.

The food is amazing it's the best Chinese takeaway i have ever tasted, the customer service is fantistic and the whole family were very welcoming, I'm going to tell my friends about this place and I would highly recommend to anybody else
