Woke up with a bad stomach. Never going here again. Very disappointed with food quality.

My family liked the chicken omelette. This was tasty, plenty of chicken, peas and chips yummy accompaniment. The duck pancake rolls were also delicious along with the plum duck and egg fried rice. Came with free prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Which was lovely. Food arrived very quickly. Although I didn't order any Vegan food on this occasion I have spoken to the staff and there are lots of options on the vegetable section of the menu. The staff were very knowledge about vegan/non vegan food. You can park outside for free if picking up yourself. Would order from again.

Disgusting. Years ago as used to be our local to go to. But now awful. What chicken do you use in your curry? Is it chicken. Watery chewy hard grissly chicken? No taste. Didn't trust the chicken so didn't eat it. Egg fried rice was tastless. Only thing we ate was the chips. Expensive meal for chips. Try another takeaway!

Possibly the worst Chinese I have eaten from. I have to order a Chinese 3 miles away.bland fried rice not even fried tasteless dishes curry is creamy.really really poor.

Ordered a Chinese this evening, we are regulars but tonight in the chicken balls we found this. Not sure what it is but I’ve felt unwell ever since. Went back to show them and complain they argued it and refused to give any sort of refund we said it’s not fair to serve chicken like this and we asked what it was and they could not tell us. All they did was argue, will not be returning.

The chicken chow mien was vile wouldn’t feed it my dog. Absolute disgrace to the Chinese community

Have eaten from here for years and never had a problem. Had a meal last night which resulted in my wife being sick all throughout the night. Started about an hour after eating so was pretty clear to us that it was food poisoning having shown zero signs of any illness all day up to that point and the speed at which it came on.

Excellent friendly service. Great that you can see through to the kitchen & see the food freshly cooked. We always collect. Food always consistent (not had a bad meal yet in years of going here) and tasty. Flavours are personal things but our favourite is the chilli beef.

China Garden is the best Chinese I have been to. So very kind and helpful, I am allergic to various things and they always accommodate my requirements without any fuss. They always remember whenever we ring to order. The food is always tasty and fresh.

Over £18 for a chow mein that was missing any vegetables, a portion of chips and a mushroom fried rice that, for some reason, had egg in it so I couldn't eat it. 😕

Singapore curry’s are amazing, Chow mein’s are very tasteful children usually have plain noodles or sometimes have different rice dishes and they absolutely love them all. Highly recommended this place. Staff friendly, food always hot even when delivered and absolutely delicious.

Every time I’ve ordered from here they’ve gave us the wrong order had multiple missing items , it was freezing and they’re customer service is absolutely appalling they did nothing but argue.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had!!!! First off the chowmain was watery with boiled chicken bits floating on top 🤮 the delivery driver walked off with my change only 70p but would of been nice to of been offered it, the prawn crackers were like they were cooked last week, only ordered because my usual Chinese was closed, but I’d rather go without next time 🤢🤢🤬🤬🤬

Today is the second time I've had food poisoning from this takeaway. Chow mien must NOT be inspected as its being cooked. Thanks for putting me in hospital AGAIN China Garden. Do not recommend at all.

Lovely hong Kong style chinese food, and the lady also spoke Cantonese with me . Food is nice and tasty, not very expensive. We had chow min and chicken curry with boiled rice for about £12.

Not very good at all. Ordered a chicken chow mien which came watery and sloppy. Went back to ask if it was even chicken chow mien. Poor Custer service and was told I can’t change it for something else. Not the best Chinese I’ve been to in chellaston.

We always have China Gardens, food is always fabulous quality. Only down side is you only get 1 slice of prawn toast which is quite expensive but still very tasty! Can’t fault the quality or service.

taken wrong order! charging for large portion of food but only delivered small size. pretty crappy!

poor listening on phone. took wrong street number after double check. waited for ages but next door got the order. Last 2 orders have been wrong. give us spicy rice but requested not spicy . Last time we will order from them.There are plenty of takeaways so why accept this service.

Not just very small portions but also charged 15-20% more than other takeaways in small villages. Chow mein cost £5.60, chicken curry £6.00, cheapest main course is at least £5.20.

An average Anglo-Sino fast food takeaway nothing extraordinary except their rainbow rice is excelent when one is "pissed". The premeses can sometimes look a little grimy but ive neverfound anything out of the ordinary in my food.

Best Chinese in South Derbyshire 👌🏻 🇨🇳 🍚 Always polite, service is great, food is delicious. Slightly more expensive than some but you pay for quality.

Always have a great meal, wether it's delivered or picked up myself. Staff are all pleasant and polite. Certainly beats Mings Court any day.

When we fancy something a little spicy, we love the salt & chilli chicken, curry sauce and chips, although the wife prefers the Peking chicken. We don't go anywhere else for Chinese cuisine.
