Food tastes good, not a lot of it for the price which is disappointing. My order has come wrong a few times, or something has been missing. When you ring back up and try to explain, they aren't very interested in helping you come to a solution. But it does depend on what staff are in as some of them are very helpful. The food does come quickly and hot which is good. Overpriced for what you receive as its mostly filled with sauce or rice with little meat/fillings as it saves money filling up containers with cheaper items.

(DONT EAT FROM HERE) I Ordered my food and it did not come as described. when I called to complain I was spoken to like dirt and they would not send out the replacement meal or send a refund . I will never eat from here ever again and I will also tell my friends and family all about there rubbish service and cold soggy food .. (DONT EAT FROM HERE)

My go to for ordering. Always early & they always listen to my requests. We get chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice. Curry sauce. Sweet and sour chicken balls too. All delicious! Piping hot and so much food we have the next day too.

We had some Chinese Sunday and my sister woke up feeling very unwell and went to the doctors and turned out she had gotten FOOD POISONING this is disgusting this shop NEEDS to be shut down and has very very bad service

The curry is tasteless and the food is always really greasy and the little meat you get is so small you struggle to find it don’t think I’ll be ordering anything from there again ever never again

Great food, tasty, great customer service but the Chicken dish labeled as Cantonese was not really Cantonese(I had a guest from Hong Kong)

Only order from here when man po is closed but its getting worse and worse... Tasteless, chips look and taste off and cooked over again or left under lamp, soggy and hard, stake also. Customer service is good, 2 stars is for that alone.

The spring roll was battered like a chicken ball very random and not what I wanted to eat talk about over fried food. A standard chinese, and the chips tasted hard like they were re fried too. and no Diet Coke!

Food from here is absolutely fantastic and the delivery service is second to none. Always comes before time stated never disappointed.

My son bought us a meal.spent over £30 It was bland and tasteless. Never again, prefer to have a frozen meal from Tesco, that says it all

Arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Was ok, but chips weren't cooked thoroughly so they ended up in the bin

Ordered our food at 5:45 and was given a delivery time of 7pm. It came to 20 past 7 and after waiting over an hour and a half for our food I called to check on the order. To be told they had an issue with their driver and that they only just got one on duty and our food was waiting to go at the shop and they were waiting for the driver to come back and it would be at least another 20 min wait... I had no apology. I had then asked why we hadn't had a call to let us know of the delay to an answer of I don't deal with that unfortunately and after a pause .. finally an apology! The food was then delivered 5 mins after I got off the phone, (so the story of our food being at the shop was a lie!) But it still wasn't over! The bag given to us was the wrong order. However luckily! It was in the other bag in the drivers car. Such a fuss for a simple order of 2 chicken chow mien and a bag of chips, which were cold and very greasy! Very disappointed...

Chips were very soggy the bag broke Ordered egg fried rice, an was sent plain rice!! Prawn crackers were disgusting We called twice, an was told the driver left ages ago but left his phone at the shop!! Just disgusting

Ordered food for 9pm on Christmas Eve. Order came at 9.10pm which isn't bad at all given the fact they were busy. Forgot to mention something in my order so I rang them and they were polite and corrected my error. Food was piping hot and the quality was excellent too. Never have a bad meal from hear. Yes they might be late sometimes, but they are a small shop and do deliver to some far places at times which then slows things up

Food arrived 20 mins early which was excellent plus it was still nice and hot. Probably a personal thing but I didn't like the way the mushrooms were cooked in the mixed vegetables. The texture was quite unpleasant. Other than that I enjoyed it very much and won't hesitate to order again. The free prawn crackers and chopsticks with serving mat were a surprise added bonus

Was going to never use them again as the food was nearly an hour late and they were hard to contact -but.... the food was out of this world and I guess they're a small place and were busy. Really good food -much nicer than the place we usually use - all freshly prepared and you could taste that. Only complaint is that they should give a realistic delivery time.

After placing an order at 7:30pm our delivery did not arrive until 10pm!! I am absolutely disgusted phoned the restaurant up numerous times to then be told it'll be 5 mins then an hour later still not arrived and they then said its cooking now. When food eventually arrived it wasn't worth waiting for at all I'm so disappointed .

Was told a time to collect and had to wait 15 mins over the set time, would have been easier to have it delivered rather than wait the length ov time I waited

Food was good. But they need to change the pick up time as when we arrived after the stated time to pick up, the guy at the front was so busy and we waited a further half an hour in the Chinese. For busy times like Friday and Saturday the correct collection time should be stated.

Very fast delivery, but the food was rather bland and forgettable. Had sort of a reheated feel to it, a bit dry and half of our poppadoms were stale. (Worth mentioning we only tried the chicken fried rice/chips and sauce in a tray and the salt and chilli wings) It was ok, but I would never go out of my way to eat from here again.

Food always nice but on more than one occasion the poopadoms have been stale..and for some reason even though we always ha a the same thing...the price changes slightly...watch him-he's a clever one lmaoo

Took hour and half to get food delivered, then when I did get it had wrong sauce. Ordered sweet and sour and a small bbl but ended up with a sauce not even sure what it was but definitely wasn't either what I ordered and was disgusting! Then again that's what I get for ordering on a Saturday. Bit disappointed this time but have used in past and had good service

Asked to collect at 17:50 when got there they told me they were busy so was waiting for 10 minutes then when told them was there to collect they sent my order in to the kitchen to be cooked so didn't get my food till 18:20

Waited for my food for 2 hours! When I phoned the man was overly rude and didn't even apologies even though I had to call them 3 times! Next was told it had left and clearly didn't as was another 40 minutes! Very very poor not even a sorry!
