China Chowk is not the place you will want to eat. My beef was very bland and salty! I don't think any parent would like the kids meal as its not even chinese!!! But on the other hand, service wasn't bad.

No vayas aquí!

If you like your food spicy than this place is recommended. It is not authentic Chinese but it doesn't claim to be either. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Overall, an enjoyable visit.

I love a good Chinese meal but this was absolutely the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of being served. Sesame prawn toast had never seen a prawn before it was fried to a cinder. Kung po chicken was like a bowl of chicken cat food with some under cocked mushrooms and other assorted veg covered in spicy tomato sauce. Sweet and sour chicken similarly serves and just as appealing. Service was okish. Best I can say about this place was it was a pleasure to get out.

I have had my fare share of Chinese food in Pakistan and some in London too. From the place in Leicester Square London to the Chinese at buffet places, none comes close to the standard I came across yesterday. I may not have even gone their at my own accord living an hour away and of course my scepticism towards these one shop restaurants. However, immediately after entering the place I knew were up for a surprise. It was packed. Smelt good. Staff were extremely hospitable.Food. Tasteful and brilliant. Unlike any other Halal Chinese in London. Every dish had its own unique taste. Everything saucy and cooked perfectly. Staff. Very responsive and friendly despite the pressure that night. Service. Slightly slow due to shortage of staff and a completely full restaurant.Money. Menu seemed very reasonable. Two people could comfortable manage within £20. But then, I was only a guest.I would most definitely do the 50 mile return journey for that food. A must-eat place for IndoChinese lovers. Do make an advance reservation. This place is busy.

With stylish interior and nice atmosphere, its great for family outings. The food has a great indo-pak taste and would definitely visit again. Food also arrived fast, however the plate service and cutlery requests were dealt with slowly, but was a minor issue.

I was a bit sceptical eating here but that scepticism was short lived. The restaurant was full had to wait 10 mins for a table which is always a good sign that you are not walking into a damp squid. The food arrived in 20-30 mins which is again a good sign it's cooked fresh and I can assure you it was just awesome. Haven't tasted Chinese so good in while and this place really lived up to better then expectations.

Upper tooting roads packed with restaurants from around the world and being the only Chinese restaurant in the pack (newly opened) we were tempted to give it a go. Quiet Monday evening, me and my partner entered and were greeted by one of the waitress. Looking at the menu which had a lot of varieties to chose from. The waitress then got us prawn crackers. We ordered flavorsome Chicken manchow soup which was accompanied by crispy noodles and crispy Chicken lollipops in schezuan sauce. Just as we thought chinese food could be. Our main course, chicken fried rice and chicken schezuan noodles. The quantity of every portion was generous and the quality of the food was just as you would expect from a chinese restaurant. Would highly recommend this place to my friends.Thank you for the wonderful food.Ps: We were so full by the end of the starters itself that we had to take away the portion of noodles.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews for this place! I've ordered from here on Just Eat 4 times and each time the food has been fantastic. Ignore the negative reviews and try this place. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and wings are 10/10!

So expensive for what it is. Would expect top notch for that price but is a bit meh. All a bit bland except for the spicy dishes which taste of raw spice. Better options out there for half the price.
