TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Ordered at 7:29pm and it arrived at 9:39pm absolute joke

Food quality was great, but the delivery times were completely off. They need to be more realistic so you can trust in the delivery.

I am very unhappy with my delivery I had to call a few times and it still arrived 1 hour late and was cold

2 and a half hours late rang 3 times each time been lied to still haven't received my order just avoid at this point

didnt seal the sweat n sour chicken tub properly so it leaked everywhere in the bag

Will never order again we ordered at 7.30 food was delivered at 9.40 extremely disappointed food was cold when it got to us

order placed. Money Taken. Never delivered!!! Tried calling the restaurant, no Answer. JustEat Query takes 5 Days. No Wonder your reviews are sat on 2.7. Horrible, scamming service going on here!

It was a very long wait for a place that is located near my flat and also the food was very cold and my chips were like mushed up and too spicy

food not too bad, plenty of it. but just makes too long to arrive, 90mins.

Ordered off just eat the food came cold the chips was dry and chewy didn't even taste like salt and pepper was disgusting missing items didn't receive the milkshake i ordered they sent out a cheap can of coke never ordering from here again

Good was cold that first thing.Secont chicken or rice wasn't fresh . All good just looks not nice .After few bites all goes to bin .Not recommended 😕

Curry was great but could have done without the mixed vegetables

The food was 2 and a half hours late!!! No call, or anything. They just kept increasing the delivery time. Every time I called they said it was out for delivery and would be with me in 5/6 minutes. An absolute joke. Will never be offering from here again.

These guys take 3 to 4 hours literally delivering and when you call em they don't even answer, do not buy from these guys service is mental.

Called at half an hour late. Guy said they were just setting off. Around 40 minutes later, still no food. Food turns up 5 mins after another call. Food is cold and stale

1st time ordering and won't be coming back... food was very bland basically looked like was swimming in gravy all tasted the same

ordered the food at 22:35pm and had it delivered for 00:20am. The food was barely warm had to reheat it was less than a 5min drive however the food was still cold.

Bought 4 different dishes and everyone of them disappointed. Barely any flavour in curry, slimy texture in black bean, and ribs were fatty and unflavoured. Really disappointing. Not authentic Chinese food

Given the weather I expected a delay so that’s not the issue. Really wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food. Could tell the veg used was frozen and meat was grim. Prawn toast was nice but the rest was inedible.

Driver got lost.Apologised for being late but food was cold and restaurant had closed.

Update info on App said food had been delivered when It had not even left tye restaurant. 2hr wait for salt n pepper chips that arrived cold and under cooked

I have been waiting over 90mins for my order. It is still not in as I type. I called the restaurant who assured me the delivery was on its way ten minutes ago, yet I still await my fully paid delivery service.

The worst place to order from. Ordered for a delivery, took longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes just to cancel my order after me contacting them. I understand that there wasn’t any drivers but If that’s the case then cancel the order after 30 mins not after waiting for the customer to call then telling them over the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t order from this place.

I hate to leave a bad review but this has been my worst experience on Just Eat & the food was terrible & didn’t get eaten as not what I ordered. All gone in the bin so my kids were upset but I would never let them eat something that tasted & smelled like the meat was out of date. Apart from the food been a walking nightmare I did speak to the Manager who was absolutely lovely so give him 5 stars but if i could rate the food at 0 stars I would as now we have to wait for a refund so no food 🥹

China Chopstix was amazing. Food was delicious and came piping hot around 25 mins after ordering. It was amazing 100/10 would order again

Food arrived, late but worth the wait! Massive portion and really warm. It was Christmas Eve, so can forgive the delay.

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering, called to chase twice and told it was on its way. Passed hungry and there was a lots of wasted food because of this. Absolutely gutted, not worth the money at all.

ordered two flavored boxes and they were terrible the noodles were stuck together and in some places they were cold and it felt like it has been frozen and then just stir fried, all i could taste is spicy-nest also ordered a drink with it and it didn't came. would not recommend.

I received three separate texts saying there was a delay. Ten minutes after the last estimated delivery time I rang the takeaway. Fifteen minutes later it was delivered.

2 hours and 15 mins to be exact and the young lady on the phone attitude stinks! I dont know why they have such a large delivery radius when they clearly cannot keep up… pls guys fix up as your food actually isn’t that bad but delivery times are ridiculous…

Food is always delicious i mean really delicous finger licking good i even lick my girlfriends fingers and her mums fingers its that nice value is on the money cannot complain there either I just don't understand why uber eats and other delivery company's take so long to deliver the food and after thinking about the food placing an order and waiting for the delivery guy to arrive I almost die of dehydration as I sit and drewl for sometimes upto 2 hours nearly I'd walk but I'm too fat and I can't ask my girlfriend to drive down for it as she will end up eating it before she gets back and then tell me someone did a drive by snatch on a moped

The service was shocking. I ordered the food at 18:20 and it didn't arrive until 20:05. I requested my money back so I could go to a different Chinese shop but they refused to refund me. I ordered sweet and sour chicken which the chicken was mostly dry and chewy. The Szechuan chicken was also not great and dry and the sauce was gloopy. I would not recommend this restaurant and won't be using it again. Very poor.

Waited nearly 2hrs for delivery . Spare ribs were ok but veg uncooked. Chow mein noodles were ok but chicken really dry and chewy no sauce or flavour found bones in chicken. Chips were cold. Food was not good won't be ordering from here again

can I always ask why I was charged £2.50 for a 1.5 litre of Pepsi and all drinks turned up with Barr cola bottle was £1.19 on bottle and cans was ment to be coke cola but got Barr cola this isn't right. food was leaking out of boxes it looked like it was thrown together

Ordered salt and pepper popcorn chicken with chips and received 4 small scraps of chicken. Chicken curry meat quality was tough and chewy, the sauce was totally flavourless. Salt and pepper wings again were awful meat quality. Overall very very poor and very disappointing, even with the 40% off bonus this is still not value for money. Advice would be to avoid

Ordered food for delivery… i had the worst experience ever, I ordered appetizer Box which was supposed to have : Salt & pepper chicken & chips prawn toast spring rolls onion rings, dry BBQ ribs prawn crackers curry sauce. but the tray came with a oily spring roll & few bits mostly just chips & was disgusting yuck🤮 tasted reheated & drenched of oil, I phoned to complain & the lady was very rude kept saying ring back later the manager is busy & I rang back 30 mins later & the lady said manager is very busy ring back later again, I have waited over a hour now & wanted to speak with the manager but she just cut me off! Yes it is definitely the bd5 branch ! 🤢 is that your cover story for all your complaints, saying wrong branch when definitely the right one! So rude & ignorant staff

Honestly speaking, i have tried so many chinese places ,but the salt and paper wings and chip here in china chopsticks is amazing. atmosphere is 10/10 and staff are very friendly and easy to approach and have wonderful attitude to work, quick service.

I came today to eat wings and chips and the food is stunning and the staff are polite and kind and have a great service and good mannerisms the environment is amazing thank you and you are 10 out of 10 thank you

Ordered at half 5, i was thrilled when it said it arrive in 40 minutes. 10 minutes after the expected delivery time i got a text saying it would be late & the time online added an hour. At quarter to 8 the food arrived cold & missing items.

Ordered again ordered today the 10 augest 2024 once again outstanding service, food great and hot and the delvery driver is the nicest one ive come accross. Whats wrong with waiting for food do you want it fresh or not. Honestly great place. They deserve more. I don't know why these guys have low stars. I recently got their food and actually was one of the best I've had, they are respectful,polite and presented well. Place was clean , portion size was great. The cook knows what their doing and got the flavours on point. They deserve more credit for sure.
