We always go there but today the two people that served us Frank and Domingo We're absolutely amazing there customer service was second to none We always get the same thing They told us about the new waffles Which we got totally amazing Thanks to Frank and Domingo they made our experience there so much enjoyable There smiles made our day

Chin chin labs itself was very welcoming and the staff were great but I found their signature hot chocolate very lacking. For £6, the hot chocolate was very small and was 50% marshmallow. The marshmallow was too sweet and tasted quite fake, and then the hot chocolate itself was only okay. I would not recommend if you are only coming for the signature hot chocolate.

The girl who took our order was sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, with regards to the food, I was quite disappointed. I had the Brownie Cookie Sandwich, with Banana Miso as my ice cream flavour, and I found it didn’t taste good at all. The cookie wasn’t tasty, and the ice cream tasted very medicinal. I would’ve found the price fair enough if it had tasted good, but I left unsatisfied.

Another place spotted by my son on Tik Tok, I was stuffed after lunch but he’s always got room for Ice Cream, and he thought this was a different level to the usual places, Only a little place, three tables inside, same outside but pods all over to sit in, A little bit of theatre as they prepare the marshmallow part of the desert with a blowtorch, Would recommend

We arrived at 16:30 PM today the queue was very very large but that was alright as it was only a few minutes, there’s not a very large range of flavours and sauces and nothing is overly delicious. The hot chocolate was bitter and dark however the marshmallow fluff was very sweet and indulgent

So unwelcoming. I was so cold and they would not let me close the door, it was freezing. They said the manager insists on the door open I said I’m a customer and they matter. The guy did not even care. They also started sweeping around me, and said not whilst I’m eating. I don’t want to go back there

I briefly visited Chin Chin Labs with my boyfriend and grabbed a Marshmallow Waffle Cup Sundae with burnt butter caramel ice cream. It was a bit sweet, even for my taste, and I have a sweet tooth! But still, it was nice. My boyfriend is a type 1 diabetic so he couldn't have anything, so it was nice of him to take me to this place to sample something from the menu, after having seen this business on Ed Gamble and James Acaster's YouTube series "Just Puddings" years ago. Quite cool that they freeze the ice cream rapidly using liquid nitrogen!

Visited here with my girlfriend and her family. It was a warm summers day. The place itself doesn't look overly appealing but do not be put off. They make the ice cream with nitrogen in front of you. I had the Sundae cup, burnt butter caramel flavour with pistachio toppings. This was bloody lovely. Highly recommend that flavour it was really nice and a good amount for the £4.75. Staff were friendly and service was quick. If I could I would go to 4.5/5, only appearance letting the place down. Nice find, I will go again some time.

Gotta love the effort in making the desserts here, chemistry lesson 101, nitrogen to freeze ice cream…. Without a doubt the best waffle cup sundae I’ve ever eaten… awesome ice cream…. Signature chin chin hot chocolate with all the trimmings is definitely worth a try… got to hunt for the place amongst Camden market but you definitely won’t be disappointed…. Love my desserts, love chin chins 👍

Loved our trip here, I had the Tiramisu ice cream and OMG was The best ice cream I have ever had. will 100% return next time we have a visit to London . The Staff were super friendly and welcoming too 🙌🏻

Loved the hot chocolate that we shared, the space and tables are small and crowded to sit with my partner to plan but great for a pick-up treat and a walk with friends.

For those with a sweet tooth, this place has interesting options including cookie dough, ice cream, marshmallow fluff and blowtorched items. On the pricier side and can be very sweet, but if you’re looking for a sugar overload then this is the place.

The desert and hot chocolate was fine but they were expensive and I’d say not worth it. I’ve been wanting to try the hot chocolate for ages and it didn’t really live up to the hype (and it was £6!)

Little bit overpriced. 5.95 for 1 scoop of ice cream and a bit of toffe pudding is little to much. Ice cream were ok, very long que.

Chin Chin is soooo good. Such a great dessert concept - everything is 100% vegan. It is high quality ice cream and great selection of toppings. Super tasty and a good portion!
