Always i get my order in time, take maximum 15min to wait . Pizza and any burger with chips fresh , hot and delicious .

Donar pale cold and very greasey it tasted as if been done in microwave disgusting will never order from here again

Would say normally everything is perfect but ordered my mother in law tea and unfortunately she got completely the wrong order. This is not a normal thing just wondering who got her food but she did say it was nice what was sent lol. Didn’t realise until she opened it and driver had left.

Even tho it was 15 minutes late the food was as good as always. Rang the restaurant and the bloke on the phone was so understandable and apologised because of the wait time being longer then expected due to being busy. Delivery driver also apologised.

Normally lush and never have a problem but today I spent £6 on a jacket potato with barely any toppings, the tuna smelt funny and tasted how it smelt:/ even the apna style garlic bread wasn't up to standards.. very disappointed won't be ordering from here any more

Arrived before time, hot and a really good pizza

I ordered a selection of chicken with chips through Just Eat. It arrived promptly as always but the chicken pieces tasted funny and had this dreadful thick stogdy coating on them, I couldn't eat it. I called Chilli Sizzler to ask for a refund and he said they'd changed chicken supplier and admitted the chicken wasn't good, but refused to give me a refund. I used Chilli Sizzler quite often in the past, but won't use them again after this bad experience.

Disappointed that the wrap had no salad and the sauce was in a tub, all because they want to charge for them now. Who wants to unwrap a tightly wrapped wrap to add them. It would never re wrap properly. New name, possibly new ownership but definitely nowhere near as good as before the name change

I have always used chilli sizzlers since living in Peterborough and I must say it's always been a fantastic kebab. But in the past 6 months they have put there food up by alot of money and the portion sizes are not good at all I ordered a mixed kebab and it arrived like a pancake hardly and meat in it at all when it used to be packed to the brim. My wife also ordered spirals and when we opened box you would have fit the spirals in half a medium box not a large box. Rating is not for taste or how it's cooked just not good enough

Mistakes happen but to then take a further 45 mins after the wrong food was delivered. Was obviously the same wrap just over reheated, tasted disgusting. Normally pretty good but will seriously have to consider whether to order again.

My and the family always order from here and always love the food, these guys are awesome, needed some milk but couldn’t go shop as my youngest is poorly so I wrote in the order section if they could bring some milk with the order and they did, thank you guys, much appreciated

I'm really not sure what happened here. The food always used to be hot, delicious and really well prepared and presented and then, it was as if the whole requirement to present and prepare just went out of the window. The food offered up suddenly became a health risk, undercooked or nuked on the outside and uncooked in the middle. I don't think I could face eating from here again. It's a shame because they were very good at one point. Really need to get their mojo back and get a good cook back.

Kebabs are normally lovely and hot, though recently the kebabs have been extremely.greasy. Chips are absolutely disgusting. Undercooked, soggy, tasteless. A waste of money.

Absolutely foul, how anybody can rate this place a 4 or 5 star Absolutely baffles me,1 hour and 40 mins wait,then the food came,mish mash of dried meat with soggy salad and undercooked chips...don't waste your money 😡😡

Disgusting food and service. Took over an hour to delivery the food where we live literally around the corner. Chips and chicken was burned and they said it’s normal and thats how they been selling them. I had to go back to get my money back as no driver turned up to give my refund. Charged me for service delivery😂 when food was disgusting, and I had to go get my refund myself.

Moved to the area and having found this takeaway on just eat i must say im very impressed. Everything you expect from a local kebab shop. Portion size is brilliant price is fair. Highly recommend these guys. I go for a donner in pita partner chicken tika and we are always happy with what we get. Overall decent quality food good customer service and fast delivery service.

First time ordering from here, my brother recommended it to me.ordered a munch box and OMG talk about value for money, you get so much variety of meats , salad,chips its endless. Horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to order from this place. First of all the food took over two hours to arrive for a simple small order. When called, I was given excuses and lies about why it was taking long, each time 'it'll be there in 5 mins'. They lied, it took two hours. When the food arrived, it was freezing cold. The chicken was burnt (see pictures) literally all black, it was dry with no flavour. The chips were soggy, wet and cold. It did not have any sauces or salad as was requested. Honestly, worst experience ever.

RAW CHICKEN!! So dangerous, I’m Super disappointed, it could of made my family very ill eating it. There was still some BLOOD in one of the chicken pieces, so sick! I’m very glad I checked for bones. PLEASE please be careful when eating there food.
