Cheap bread and cold food Donner was cold and horrible all wasted I ask for garlic mayo not given will not be goung back !!!!!

The kebab was cold and the pasta cold too completely a waste of money please look into a refund. Will not be using just eat again

I have contacted you before regarding the stamps which should be awarded after each order. No stamps are being allocated to my account since the last time I redeemed them some week’s ago. I should now have four stamps. Would you please sort this out now .you have known about this for a while now but no action has been taken

Really nice curry and pakoras. Enjoyed it all. Delivery took about 30 mins which was quick. Will order again.

The food was absolutely disgusting to the point where I and my wife have been throwing up all night. Seriously bad. Avoid at all cost.

The best curry place in the World. And it’s in Burnley!!! If you like hot with onions and thick sauce, go for the Dupiaza.

Prawn puree tasted like meat, shami kebab was rubbery and tasteless pakora was missing most of the chicken, I will not go back

Garlic mushrooms were really lovely and got s huge portion. They are made with coconut and were really good. Chips and korma sauce was good. Chicken tikka masala super as usual. Was worried in case you had changed the recipe for Dupiaza but was just the wrong curry. Thank you as always xxxxx

Oh dear. Unfortunately I could only eat the prawns from my Curry. I had to throw mine away. That was definitely NOT the King prawn Dupiaza I always have. I knew when I took the lid off the tray. It was very light. The same colour as chip shop curry. Then I took one bite and it was so hot. It was swimming in green chillies. You always make with loads of onions and green peppers, but this didn’t. It had lots of very hot chillies though My Son was going to swap but he even found this too hot. Have you a different Chef? Very disappointed as I adore your Dupiaza and won’t get again if it’s your new recipe. Had to have some toast instead WASNT happy

After waiting an hour I didn’t receive anything and when I rang the restaurant there was no answer... I want my money back!

Chips were burnt and cold and no sauce but charged for it!!

Half tandoori chicken was 2 very overcooked legs. Rest of the food was lovely

Kebab meat was to chewy and taste like plastic. The box the chips were in had a hole in the bottom that’s either rotted away or been chewed at so the soggy chips had fallen through. Even put the can of coke next to the food so the can was warmer than the sun, Shame cause it used to be my favourite takeaway but that was abysmal, thrown in the bin and ordered from a different place.

Very DISAPPOINTED that I was sent a fried chapatti INSTEAD of the paratha I wanted.

Fantastic as always!! I always get the king prawn Dupiaza. I want to try others but it’s so good I just never do!!! I’m going to surprise them one day and get a different dish!!! The onions bhajis are the best I’ve ever had. Try them One last compliment please. Can you pass our compliments on to the driver. He’s so lovely. Always friendly and says enjoy your food. Food was okay but we had to reheat it.

It said between 17:40 - 18:00 and didn’t turn up until 18:25.

Used chilli master for over 20 years but tonight phoned for our order and they read it back to us absolutely fine then when delivered my chicken kebab was a not a chicken and was a doner and my pepperoni pizza was a margarita when phoned and told them my order was wrong the person said he had taken our order and we had ordered Margarita i no the person who was speaking on the phone was not the person I ordered with so ended up with a completely different order can not believe they do not correct there problem such a shame to treat your long customers like that

Delivery time was great. Food on the other hand really wasnt the best. Could have got better elsewhere for cheaper. Thick hard sliced donna meat soggy chips. Wont be going here again.

Enjoyed another takeaway recently. We ordered the 12" vegetarian pizza. Mutton dansak.1 donner kebab salad with garlic sauce and 1 mixed kebab salad with garlic sauce. Great value and great service. 👍

I've used Chiĺli Master for years and never been disappointed, the food was hot and tasty as always and delivered on time as always. If your looking for a good Indian then I'd recommend Chilli Master any time.

The worst takeaway I have ever had. Dripping with oil and no salt!

My food hasn’t even been delivered!!! Been delivered to the wrong address, I have been waiting a hour and half already and now have to wait for it to be re made!! I’m fuming

I've used Chilli Master for years and they have never disappointed. The food is excellent and the delivery is always on time.

Had a great curry and pizza, both was really enjoyable, nice food and good value.

A lot of local takeaways usually excel in one or two fields but Chilli Master really impressed me with this one. Food was piping hot, exactly on time, wasn't soggy or too dry and the delivery driver was very polite. Can't fault them in any category, would whole heartedly recommend them, definitely one of the very best in Burnley.

Food was delivered on time and it was piping hot. The customer service here is amazing. There was a small mistake made with one thing i ordered, i called the takeaway and the man on the phone apologised for the mistake made me a new order and delivered it to me. The customer service is definitely up there. The food itself was nice i asked for plenty of sauce and they added plenty with an extra tub of sauce to! Everything was fresh. First time iv used this place but i will definitely order from them again.

Great tasting meat in the kebab but really disappointed with the lack of sauce we both ordered different sauces on our kebabs but didn't seem to have any on despite the wrappers being marked up with what sauce was on. Maybe be a bit more liberal with the sauce as that's the added flavour your customer orders and expects. Great kebab unfairly let down by Penny pinching on sauces unfortunately

Dont know if i have covid now because the chicken tikka masala was bland as anything.

The most blandest and tasteless pizza I have ever had despite ordering extra cheese and garlic. I will not be ordering pizza from there again. Absolute rubbish. Chicago town frozen pizza are better than this muck.

Chicken pakora was really good. The keema korma was like a porridge the nan was crispy and burnt and the chapatis were rock hard and burnt. Won't be coming back here in a hurry for a curry. I'd get the pakora again though.

I ordered a chicken kebab as per menu but received a tandoori marinade chicken not stated on menu as I'm allergic to GARLIC and other SPICES they will end up killing someone obviously not following food allergens as per food standards agency set out

One of the best kebabs I have eaten in a while, delivered. Wet quickly and made fresh was piping hot when delivered and very fast the delivery driver was very polite and friendly (the bosses son) very nice chap keep up the good work lads

It's a takeaway. One of many along the Colne Road. They do pizzas, burgers, kebabs etc. I 've only ever ordered a curry. It's reasonably priced and always tastes good!. Try it.

Couldn't eat any of the food as it was all extremely spicey. The bolognaise was more a spicey chilli. And the chicken on kebabs was burning our mouths. Full order gone to waste

Delivered much earlier than stated which I suppose is good but the food was lukewarm at best with very little sauce. Delivery driver practically shoved the order into my hand without so much as a hello, might have mumbled a thanks but who knows

I ordered a chicken korma it came and was really watery and didn't taste like it should, my partner ordered a donner kebab and it was just nothing but pure grease. never again will we order from here.
