Excellent service, speedy delivery, food is excellent and tasty. Every time we come to pickering we always order our food from here.

Wonderful pizza, excellent professionalism and friendly.

After travelling 9 miles each way from our hoilday cottage ordered a 12 ich spicy chicken pizza to get back to find its barbecue chicken that non of the family like ..how hard is it to take a telephone order...never again..

Kebab wrap, 2x build your own pizzas,chips,onion rings. £35.50 also came with a free cheesy garlic bread as we spent over £35 excellent value and food was lovely. Would definitely use again if in the area.

As we are on our last night of our holiday in Flamingoland we decided to get a take away. We went through reveiws and decided to go to Pickering. I asked a local couple who they would recomend and they advized Chicos Pizzeria We were not disapointed. It is a cash only shop, (well done to keeping cash circulating and not cash less). The man who served me was very freindly and patient. Food was fresh, hot and very nice. I would also like to thank the gentleman who works there who helped me and my granddaughter round to my car with the order. 100% recomend Chicos pizzeria shop. Every one was very professional we will be back next holiday thank you.

Warning to anyone - shut in September without warning just driven from Rawcliffe for food to find it shut

Ordered pizza and chips told only take cash ?? Really ? What take away only takes cards? Unless they are money laundering

Don’t often review take-aways but having seen some bad comments on this one, felt i should add support. Dropped by for pizza… yup! We did. Great selection of options on the menu and Mrs S and I opted for a 12”er each. They were excellent - but eyes bigger then bellies!. We’re not local but we do visit this part of world fairly regularly so if we’re stopping near Pickering again and wanting something quick and simple for tea, we’ll definitely come back here. Parking was a bit tricky but they can’t help that.

This place is terrible , never think to mention its cash only when placing the order, upon arrival with card they make no effort to help at all if anything they come across rude. Wouldn’t ever try go here again.

Absolutely first class Pizza take away. On holiday locally and decided on a take away pizza to save us cooking back at the cottage and so we chose Chicos Pizzeria, having looked at on line reviews. On arrival, the takeaway was bright, very clean, well organised and the staff very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 large thin crust pizza's, a sea food fiesta and the spicy beef. Both were piping hot and excellent. The pizza base was exactly just how an authentic thin crush should be. The dough was perfectly cooked, no stodge here, but thin, lovely and crisp. The fillings were great too. Generous mix of seafood which tasted great and full of individual flavours, prawns mussels etc. The spicy beef again was full of flavour. Spicy but not overwhelming and great taste of beef along with peppers, jalapeños and onions. Highly recommended

My son ordered a pizza for dinner whilst we had an Indian takeaway from Spice4U next door. He had a Pepperoni pizza, it was hot, fresh and tasty and he managed to eat the whole pizza and said how nice it was. Highly recommend.

Visiting the area and fancied some fast food. Staff were polite when taking my order. There was a queue so had a little wait, but not an issue. Ordered a regular doner kebab and doner wrap. Both lovely, not greasy and tasted great. Sauce comes in separate tubs, which I prefer, that way the pita doesn’t go soggy. Would recommend and would visit again if in the area.

Always brilliant food! Their chicken strips are gorgeous and pizzas can't be competed with we get one every time in pickering!!

Ordered food for family and never tasted absolutely disgusting food like it, burger was tasteless and like rubber and same with cheesy chips, really dissatisfied 🤢🤮

Lovely Yogurt garlic sauce with a nice chicken kebab but what made our experience 5 stars was the great employee who helped to jump-start our car. Wonderful service, thank you!

Tried to order a delivery to near flamingo Land caravan park - they said no they don’t deliver even though we said we would meet them at the entrance and then just put the phone down! Absolutely no need for their terrible attitude

Not really sure what the pizza's are like as they would not deliver to our caravan park which is 5 minutes away. He also put the phone down whilst I was talking to him. Thank you Richard.

I have order twice from this place and I have to say it’s one of the best experiences I have had lovey staff and great food I will defo be returning on my next visit to flamingo land 😊

The best cheese burger and chips ever

We rang up in advance and was told 15 minutes for our £30 order when we had got there the order was all ready to collect. Fast and friendly service. Food was good. Will definitely visit again next time we are around the area.

Didnt even fill half the box and 10.50 joke! Go to boro and learn to make a real parmo Asked for chips Bechmel sauce and cheese.. Just got cheese and chips but charged me a extra 2 pound for good measure. No card machine had to walk 15 mins to bank machine. Finally when i get back to where im staying... Looks at menu says free garlic bread with orders over £22 which was news to me as i was robbed £23 i could of used that garlic bread as im about to go throw up! Terrible

Great food nice staff highly recommend

Great food varied selection of meals to take away! The onion rings were absolutely fabulous, real rings of onion in crispy batter. The chicken kebab was scrumptious and so much moist chicken and salad, really filling. Pizza full of topping all fresh. Will be calling again! x

Cash only, which surprised me in this day and age and because of the pandemic. Wide variety of choices on the menu, reasonably priced. Pizza tasted nice.

Had a parmos which we were told about when visiting a friend. Tried one from here and was something different i've never tried before. You can have many different toppings with it. Good value for money.

We cycled here on our way to campsite they were so friendly owner and his brother took our order from us 30 minutes Before opening and oh wow the food was super delicious too, when we come back to Pickering we will definitely be back again, Mandy & Mo x

I wrote a review for Chicos nearly 5 years ago. I still highly recommend them for faultless food every time. The bonus now is that Chicos will deliver your glorious meal to your door, Food is delicious and hot. Will carry on using them hopefully for another 5 years. Happy customer.

First visit and it was lovely food, all of us enjoyed what we chose and will certainly visit again on our next holiday

It was my 1st visit here,they have a very good choice options of different size pizzas,kebabs, garlic breads etc. i ordered a medium Bolognese Pizza,which didn't take too long & was very tasty ,the staff service was very pleasant.

Great takeaway with a large menu. The family pizza is great value and my donner kebab wrap lovely. Be aware they haven't entered the 21st century and it's cash only.

We bought a cheese burger and it was over cooked/burnt My daughter paid nearly £8 for a donna kebab she was lucky to get a pitta bread full ....pure rip off!

Getting greedy, The pizzas have gone down hill, skimping on the toppings, also skimping on the kebab's they are now shocking they have gotten a lot smaller hardly no meet on them and salad is half the amount and going off colour & soggy as if it had been the box for days.

10 minutes food on the door step fantastic food by the way you just need to tip the delivery guy job done. We've got enough for lunch tomorrow as well happy days 😃😃😃 they've looked after us for years the lads are awesome nothing is a problem you ask they will do there best to do it never been disappointed enjoy. Absolutely loved the pizza I had from here while on a short break.

Nice presentation in boxes and quick service. Not as cheap as some but nice tasting. Nowhere to park so that was our main problem thats all.

Really nice pizzas from this takeaway. Very friendly and the woman behind the counter knew lots of the locals so must be good for repeat business. Not just pizzas, but we only tried the pizzas, chips and burgers so can't comment on the rest. Small car park out front for easy collection. Worth a try...

Good takeaway for a smaller town. Very reasonably priced and nice food. Small delivery charge for local area. Give them good time on Friday and Saturday because they get busy.

We visited York recently and found ourselves in need of a quick meal and this place met our needs, as it offered both Fish and Chips and Pizza. Everything was cooked to order and arrived piping hot and met all our requirements. Our grand-daughter loved the pizza, which she said was really nice. Overall, no issues and a nice meal.

Probably the best takeaway I’ve had. Shared a BBQ Doneroni with my partner and we loved it. Would recommend to anyone in the area as other takeaways lack effort & quality in their product.

Just returned home from a 4 night stay at a nearby farm. We had purchased a pizza one night and honestly it is one of the best pizza's we have ever had. Freshly made and full of taste.

As 2 tourists visiting the village we were unsure where to eat but we fancied pizza and it did not disappoint! Lovely homemade pizza- if only we lived closer!!
