The baked bean pizza is to die for!!!! Every slice is a taste of paradise. I personally have been all around the world, Hawaii, New York, Paris, Cancun to name but a few and I can honestly say the Chicken Hut in New Brighton baked bean pizza is the best dish I have tasted. What a delight! Thank you Chicken Hut!!!!

they supplied my friend with the best baked bean pizza I have ever tasted. I personally enjoyed some scrumptious popcorn chicken and red salt fries which tickled me to the point of climax, 10/10 would visit again.

As far as fast food and burger and chips go it tasted great, and the chips were piping hot, nicest fast food chips had for a while, it was disappointing that cheese slices are used as they are not real cheese, molecularly similar to plastic, enough money is spent to be given real cheese, but this is something that most fast food outlets do not do so chicken hut is not the exception here but if they wanted to improve the already tasty food then yes use real cheese and also offer more salad options for the burgers. The only other small thing that needs working on is to not automatically up-sell a customer's order without asking them, I asked for a burger and chips, they did ask did I want one patty or two, but they automatically added it as a meal with a drink without first asking did I want a drink, when they said the price I said that seems wrong have you done that as a meal they said yes, they then said it is this much, I said that's still higher than it should be, they said we have a burger and large fries, I said no I only wanted regular fries, so again they added large fries without asking so these are the reasons I can't give the last star as you shouldn't do this, you should always ask first. But overall the customer service was great and it was a cool friendly atmosphere.

Having chickn’ hut since covid days always had the leading quality they got the finest pizza in town. Chicken, wings and large size fillet burgers are always remarkable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Rip off don't bother- ordered here and charged more than what the menu stated. Food was very average considering the price. Save money and go elsewhere.

Ordered fillet burger meal. Chips were nice however the burger was cold and I had only walked from restaurant to car to eat it. Normally happy with the food however this was not a good experience unfortunately

Very similar to KFC, but cheaper, and more tasty. I’d 100% recommend going to Chicken Hut on your days out to New Brighton, friendly staff, cheaper Prices, don’t just sell chicken, they’ve got more stuff such as Kebabs, Pizza and burgers, and obviously chicken. Great facilities place to eat. I’d recommend it to others.

the BEST burger and chips i've had in my LIFE!! the shop was so clean too!! Definitely worth it for your money, got the supreme burger with fries and a drink and was struggling to finish because of how filling it was! And the chips are seasoned to perfection!

The staff are a bit rude and being in seaside area its too much expensive. But honestly food is amazing fresh and tasty. Only the stafg were they frying inffont of you are upset like they are forcing to work. And the manager is like moody.

I have been coming to Chicken N Hut for quite some time. I come with my family, work colleagues, along with Young People I work with. Staff are always pleasant and polite. What a difference a year makes. Went a year ago and everything was 5* We went tonight and frankly had the most awful meal. We waited nearly half an hour to be given such poor food. The chicken was so dry it was trying to drink my Pepsi. The fries were so soggy and limp, not even a viagra tablet would have stiffened them up. The donuts tasted so much of onions, I was tempted to pop them in a salad. On a positive note, the Pepsi was cold and the coleslaw ok. Everything else sucked! I certainly hope things improve in the future.

These sell uncooked pink chicken burgers, ended up wasting a whole meal but only got refunded for the dodgey chicken. I wouldn’t go to this restaurant unless you want food poisoning.

They have halal food. Tried their tex med burger meal. The burger was really good. Also loved their fries which had plenty of salt unlike most food places here.

Very disgusted with this place. Ordered on just eat and burger came nice and early, only to check the burger and the lettuce was brown and soggy! Now I know lettuce is suppose to be green! I rang up the shop to ask if someone could redeliver a new burger as I refuse to eat out of date food. To be told I had to walk to the store to return the burger to get a refund and a new burger. I explained it’s 9pm and I have a child in bed to be told well it’s either that or wait 40 minutes for a driver. To then be told aswell to take the lettuce off and just eat it without? Absoutley disgusted by the staff and how they treat their customers!!

I cannot believe this restaurant. I asked for a supreme burger and there was a hair in the burger. When I went back in to tell them they didn’t care that much and tried to give me it back. I would rate this a 0 stars if it was possible. Customer service is 0 stars two. DONT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

Visited the new Prenton restaurant on its opening day. I was not disappointed. The restaurant is modern and menu has so much choice . The team here cannot do enough for you and really care about giving great service. I ordered the large spicy supreme burger with fries and some spicy chicken as a side. The food came really well prepared and freshly cooked with lots of extra dipping sauces. When comparing the value and quality of this food to McDonalds or KFC I have to say this place is much better. A real quality place that I recommend you all visit. The menu is huge and great value Thanks to the team for a great experience

100% recommend! Popcorn chick and chips is amazing. Well all the food is. If you love mozzarella sticks piping hot then this is your place. Staff friendly! The beuno milkshake is amazing, my partner had flake it is amazing maybe a drizzle of chocolate sauce would make it even better! But overall where sat in the car still outside eating it as we refuse to move until we’ve ate every last chip with red salt on and piping hot perfectly cooked chicken! Also 30p for sauce is so amazing and cheap most places are 60p-£1 for the cheap stuff so this is brilliant on there behalf! Loyalty scheme on the website aswell who doesn’t love free money of after spending so much! We travel 30 minutes for this food as you just can not beat it! Family of 3 adults , extra sides and garlic bread and two milkshakes so amazing value!
