I'm sorry to leave a poor review but last night we waited over an hour for our food and were told over the phone that it had been forgotten. The food was warm on arrival but I'm not sure whether it was remade or left under a hot rack. It's now the day after though and I have food poisoning. Diarrhoea, vomiting and chills. I have eaten here before and it was good quality but even if yesterday was a one off I can't see myself eating here again.

Chicken hut is the best place to eat ever, the burgers, the chips, the wings, the chicken, everything is so good, taking a bite out of it is just so unreal, it feels like all my problems are gone, and I don't have a single worry at all while I'm eating their mouth watering food, it is unbelievably tempting. I cannot explain my happiness in simple words, the service is amazing as well, and the atmosphere makes me feel at peace. If you are ever wondering what to eat, I recommend the spicy chicken burger meal, it is my top pick and I highly recommend it, I hope both sides of their pillows are cold tonight !

Food is okay but when they tell you 15 minutes for collection and your still waiting for a hour is an absloute joke .. everytime you go in there they will say fresh chicken and it's not.. Once again i ordered online and it says 15 minutes .. i arrived after 20 minutes and i have been told to wait another ten minutes . . Im sure they dont start cooking it till you get here

It is so yummy 😋 and I think everyone should come here even though they only do cash 💸 I think this place is one of the best in the UK 🇬🇧 and I think the food sooooooooo yummy 😋 I always ask my mum and dad if we can come here.

chicken hut, i can never explain how much i love chicken hut imagine a cold cloudy day and the sun comes out but instead of the sun you see a amazing juicy succulent immaculate burger i order chicken hut almost every week and they taste better every single time when i take a bite out of their burgers or chicken i feel like all my life’s problems js flew away, this place is so underrated and it deserves more. need a cheap but amazing place to get food for family? chicken hut is the way to go if you have no idea what to get get a cheeseburger never disappoints

I’m currently at chic n hut， I ordered 20 mos ago. Order total £24 was told they don’t accept cards I thought by now they would as they accept card payments online. I went to Sainsbury’s to withdraw cash on my return I see one client pay by card and I asked the cashier why we are not treated the same, wondering if this is because of my colour. I asked him if I don’t look trustworthy. Can someone make it make sense to me please.

Best fast food I’ve had in whole of liverpool, price wise everything is spot on and well worth it. Front till staff was brilliant as well I was served by the brother mudassir and he had got me intrigued for nearly everything! Honestly this is one of the best about hands down!

We ordered tonight. Really nice fresh food. Delivery on time. Polite staff. Everything came hot. Fries were still crispy and nice on arrival. Some of the food/chicken definitely has a bit of a kick to it (something to consider when ordering) but it was all absolutely delicious. We don't get takeaways very often but as we received a menu through the door and it looked like a healthy enough option (for a takeaway treat) we thought we'd give it a go and it was 100% worth it

The chicken from this place is delicious and tastes so fresh… difficult to find a nice place nowadays where the food is fresh, not greasy, doesn’t make you sick and reasonably priced, but this place is great. We ordered on Just Eat first time and driver advised us that ordering from their own website would be cheaper, so we did the next time. We’ve ordered from here a few times now and every time the food is hot, tasty, milkshakes are so good. Gravy is nice, however has a spicy and zesty kick to it so not to everyone’s tastebuds. Missing items one time and after phoning the restaurant they were apologetic and very friendly, they brought the items the next time.

I had an issue with my order a few days again but the manager contacted me tonight and put that right. Wow the food we had tonight arrived hot, fresh and really tasty. The chips were amazing! And the bbq sizzler is consistently good. Thanks chickn hut

Got to the shop and found they only take cash(unless ordering on line) but they took my order anyway so it was being prepared while I went to the cash point which was great. Ordering was easy, and the food was quickly prepared, there is so much choice and desserts too. Staff were informative and thoughtful ( he gave me a carrier bag incase it rained on the way home) The food was still piping hot when we got home, the portions were huge and the food tasted so good. Definitely not going to another large chain of fast food restaurants again as food here is so much better. 😊

I didn't even get my food, was told that the delivery guy couldn't get any answer at the door, (I live in a flat on the first floor) no one rang the bell or phoned to say it was there. Then they said they would re-do the order if I paid by card (if I had money on my card, then I wouldn't have selected cash when ordering) so In short I placed an order eventually to wait for an hour to get nothing.

Been here several times as walk in and delivery. Service is always efficient and the food is so obviously cooked fresh for each customer. Food always tastes amazing and is phenomenal value compared to competitors. Delivery drivers are also always friendly and efficient at their jobs too. Ps. Their spicy wings are something else!

Food is always delishious. Love the lemon and herb chicken. Spicy rice and salad. Always so tasty.

Highly recommend. The fried chicken is amazing and always crispy and the chips are easily better than maccies. The pripri chicken is also really good, especially the wings. I have been to both New Brighton and Prenton stores 20+ times and have never once had an issue. I'd recommend anyone who hasn't tried it to try here instead of KFC or any other chicken place on the Wirral.

This has been the best takeaway ever I visited for the reason that their presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Why not try chicken hut instead of kfc according to food quality and prices. Must visit again🤗Recomend this place to everyone ☮️ out.

Atmosphere is elegant and attractive.They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy in view of fact that serving fresh and tasty is their main priority. I tried Chick n Hut last week as an alternative to my beloved KFC and it certainly didn't disappoint! The food is 10/10, the staff are lovely and very helpful (especially the guy in the glasses). Highly recommend!

Such lovely food we ordered for delivery took the expected hour but it was well worth it the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious it's a fave of my sons and we get it as a treat!

AMAZING FOOD!! Especially the chicken and rice, not tasted anything better, came as dropped my dog off at vets and it was made so quickly and efficiently! My local take out now, absolutely incredible

Placed an order via uber eats. 2 minutes before order was set to be picked up shop cancelled the order. Clearly a lack of customer service and a waste of my time as I would've ordered elsewhere had I known you couldn't provide food to people. Thanks for waiting til the last minute, late at night, when other places are closing for the night. Disgraceful.

Bought the family mix for my grandchildren’s tea. The only thing they enjoyed were the fries. Chicken was greasy and tasteless and the coating wasn’t crispy. Huge thumbs down and won’t be going again. I’m editing this post to assure the respondent that I am not a man, do not own a takeaway and trying to get business. I am a local resident, a grandmother and simply tried to buy my grandchildren a treat for their dinner. One of them was with me when I was in the shop and waited on his own while I went to the cash point as they don’t take cards. As for remaining anonymous, I’m relieved I did given his aggressive tone. Unfortunately the system won’t allow me to read his whole reply, keeps giving an error message, so I dread to think what the rest of it says. I would point out that you don’t get more customers by abusing them if they don’t like your food! Perhaps his favourable reviews are fake?

the burgers are one of my favorite, the food is fresh and hot and is package very nicely can't fault them at all the delivery is a bit slow but i believe their is only one delivery driver so am not to bothered defiantly worth the weight i have already been 3 times

Have wanted to try this place since it opened and I seen everyone saying it's like KFC. Ordered last night and wow it was even better than KFC they even do their own gravy and it's soooo good. The chicken wings are the best I've ever had ! Definitely ordering again only problem they mixed the spicy burger up with the normal burger but not really bothered as it is really nice and comes piping hot !

Food was good only let down was i had ordered extra garlic sauce and it did not arrive also with one of my mexican wraps there were no jalapeños. The chickenHut New Brighton is much better in my opinion the food comes hot and tastes nicer.

New chick n hut just opened in Birkenhead. Tried it for the first time on Wednesday and was blown away with the quality of the food. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are great. Ahmad and his team are doing a fantastic job. Definitely found my new favourite take away.

Food came within 15 mins hot fresh and fast was amazing delicious and definitely our new go to takeaway !!
