ChicKing in Hartlepool

Ordered through Hartlepool Eats for the first time tonight and the delivery was super quick! We ordered 1 large mixed special with salad and no sauce (they sent sauce anyway). 1 x mozzarella sticks (the website doesn't stipulate that this includes chips) 1 x cheesy chips (as we didn't know that the mixed special and mozzarella sticks came with chips!) 1 prosciutto pizza with a garlic butter base and cheese stuffed crust. Total price was £29.20 which i think is a little on the expensive side. We did however, get a free garlic bread! The food wasn't great the mixed kebab didn't include enough meat. It had about 4 strips of donner meat, and the kofta looked like a burned burger (see picture). The mozzarella sticks were massively overcooked. Sadly we won't return this takeaway but at least they deliver quickly!

Got wrong addrees and phone number on bill. Couldn't find my flat. Food was very medium

Not happy at all ordered food came 2 hours later freezing parmo was burnt rang up they said they send me fresh one oit and still waiting not happy

Food was freezing so I binned it. Never beeen so guttered in my life

please change the chips back they were better before

Garlic bread was soaked in so much garlic butter it was un edible and the large grilled chicken looked more like a medium size

first time ordering from here and definitely won’t be the last. my partner got the southern fried chicken & he said it’s the best he’s had and it was piping hot..

Excellent food and service. Forgot the garlic sauce but was straight out with some. Very pleasant driver. Parmo was delicious 👍

The chicken kebab didn’t take as nice as it normally does, looked different to it normally does too cooked but not as I was expecting

the kebab rap said it comes with chip but didn't get none

Gave Faz's the benefit of the doubt after receiving below standard food recently but really wish I hadn't bothered. Parmo was awful and went in the bin. Won't be using again, sorry

This place used to have gorgeous parmos. Very disappointed after the last 3 visits, the chicken used to have a lovely taste, it doesn't anymore! very bland, used to be thick chicken, now wafer-thin, and absolutely swimming in grease, and the cheese is really chewy.

Absolutely lush, had a Kabab wrap. Wife had a burger n 6 spiced chicken wings to share. All for under £10! Was bang on! Defo fav take away in town, delivered in 20mins too

Ordered a shawarma wrap a few nights ago ( never had one before) very disappointed, rang the shop & he promised me a free one, just got it absalutly beautiful, definitely will be ordering again,customer service 2nd to none...10/10👌

This is a very clean well attended little chicken take away. The food is wonderful, and you get plenty of it. There is a few seats inside, but most business is take away. The chicken Tawook grill is a great choice for 5.80 pounds, and the meal deals are very good value.
