late delivery, requested a time but didnt come on time.

Delicious food was piping hot, order was quick. Clean place, polite and helpful lady at cashier.

opened one of the burgers today and it has fungus on it.

The food took 40 minutes to come however this was not the fault of the restaurant. The food came warm but not as warm as I had expected. The chicken burger was like any normal chicken burger, the wings were okay. The only thing I liked were the chips and the cookie (I ordered the chocolate chip but for some reason I got the white chocolate chip). Was only able to eat 1/8 of the food. Rest was thrown into the bin.

restaurant rung saying it was going to be late 15 20 mins late turned up way later the food luke warm/ cold and tasted like it had been warmed up probs because it was mega late

Delivery is a little slow (1hr tonight), but more concerning was the quality of the chicken burger I ordered. Clearly squashed in transit. This is my first gripe regarding this place, as usually everything is excellent...i.e. tonight's Hotwings were as delicious as ever! 🙂

Unsure what's going on with this place. Have ordered many times before no issues. Today, the order was 30 mins late. I rang to check where it was "it's out for delivery" no apology etc. Food cold by the time it got here. Unsure if I will order again.

don’t underestimate chicking, this is not your average chicken shop. this place knocks them all out of the park, the seasoning on the chicken is delicious and the portions are huge. i think this is one of the best chicken shops i’ve tried and i will be reordering

Delivery was late, call the restaurant was told it was it would be a extra 5 minutes. Food finally arrived but almost 20 minutes later. Will not be ordering agian.

I can't believe I paid £6 for this burger meal. everything is small. The burger is child size and the fries were a small size too. I ordered for 3 adults and this is not enough. ridiculous pricing!

Tasted like kfc and popeyes fr fr, their wings are sooo goood

the chicken pieces and wings were stale. we regularly order them but recently it feels like the wings are reheated multiple times. they don't feel fresh at all. really disappointed. leaving a late review as I was away when the food arrived. family didn't even eat it. I wasn't available to make a complaint.

They allways delay for uber delivery..

Beans was delivered cold, just like they had came out of a fridge and what didn’t help they put them in a bag with 2 cans of cold pop. Rest of the food was good.

We ordered spicy burger fillet and one beef burger instead they sent us two beef burgers but I contacted them and they apologised and and delivered us not one but two burgers great service

I placed my order at around 18:50, they told me it would arrive between 19:30 and 19:50, it finally arrived at 20:20, exactly an hour and a half waiting for delivery. My husband and I got up at 4 in the morning to go to work. That a restaurant that is 6 minutes by car from my house takes more than an hour to make a delivery is shameful to me. I have called the restaurant 3 times and all they would tell me is that it is on its way.

It took them an hour and a half just to deliver a small order. The service was disappointing

Had a chicken burger and fries for a quick snack one Saturday lunchtime, the service was prompt and the burger was warm paid just over £5 for both items so relatively good value.

Chicken wings had so much crunch was a madness. I will be back

Wings are delicious and one of the best fried chicken spot in westbrom . I highly recommend the peri peri it is so yummy and soft . tandoori burger is also a must try one
