The service was about average, all the staff manly spoke in their own language, used English when serving costumers only! Ordered double Mexican chicken burger, what i got was is , i would only describe a single- but the price of a double! The chicken fillets were very thin! Won't be coming here again!!

I want you to teach your staff member to know what does extra crispy fries mean cause according to him it meant burnt fries.

Best chicken wings in Brum IMO. I eat there a lot as I work nearby but my first delivery was just as nice. We live quite far away but the delivery wasn't too bad at all. The staff in the restaurant are also pleasant and polite.

The food was lovely my only critic would be that the Tandoori fries are way over priced for what you get,stick to normal fries as they charge you double just to add some spice dust.

Sadly, not sure how this place has nearly 5*s. Took my brother to this chicken shop after a great comedy night (Matt Rife), hoping that this would be the perfect end to the evening. A belly full of laughs and banging fried chicken. Unfortunately, Chicking really disappointed. I ordered x2 classic fried chicken burgers with extra cheese (as a meal). After incorrectly taking the order down, the burger was brought out first and then 8 minutes later I was given the fries. The burger was dead and the chicken tasted like it was microwaved. No passion or love put into the meal when putting it together. Cold bun and stingey on the quantity of mayo. The fries were decent - surprisingly hot and fresh (hence the 1 star for that) but ruined by the overpowering masala powder. All in all the chicken was not chicking.

The chicken they sell here is very juicy and crunchy has so much flavour that makes you want to come back for more. Overall delicious place to come and eat in.

The food here is very affordable but service is very bad. I came in yesterday and ordered a super deal in which there were two sides which I did not receive. People standing in the till had a very disrespectful behaviour when enquired about the issue.

Personally, I like boneless, so I was looking for a place that does boneless well, but this place doesn't seem to be what I wanted because it's so dry... But the staff's service is good, and I think it's good because they sell blast. I had a Mexican burger... but it was more spicy than delicious. Not salty, but a strong taste? I feel it. It was worth eating. The french fries were unusual in that the batter was very crispy, but the potatoes already looked like they were lumpy. It's unique.

Bit of a dead place, food wasn't nice, coating on burger had no taste, smell from bags which fries are placed in and just a sence of grime as you walk in. Probably ok for uni students but not for anyone with decent taste buds. Plenty of decent places near by. I personally wouldn't be returning back here.

The food is very good and affordable. But the service is very bad. We went there 2 times but the service was very poor at both the times. At first visit, the man at the till was very rude and couldn’t solve the issue that we had and he was trying to blame it on us instead of suggesting a better solution. Then the other person had to come and solve it. At our next visit, we were 4 people and ordered the biggest combo meal that is the sharing bucket for around 25 pounds and the woman there only gave 4 sachet of ketchup and when asked more gave 2 more. It was not enough and then we asked again then she said we have to pay extra for ketchup in a very disrespectful manner. She was not even smiling and had bad customer service.At every fast food chain, ketchup sachets are free. How are we supposed to eat 9 pieces chicken, 10 pieces wings, nuggets with fries with just 4 sachets of ketchup?? Now to the management team: your food is excellent. That is why people come to eat again and again. Train your team to be more respectful and welcome the customers with a smile. Thats all we ask for.

I often order from Chicking via Deliveroo as my family and I really enjoy their food, especially their hot wings and fried chicken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place as you will not regret it!

If you have a spending budget on you're food then this is definitely not the place the food is a very expensive small portion not a great atmosphere considering I was alone in there. small chicken and chips for £5 and I was over charged for a oreo muffin £2.99 and a ice blast at £4.49

The hot wing of this shop has the best fried chicken in the UK! Crispy, delicious, spicy and spicy, it awakened all the good memories of fried chicken in my memory. The clerk is very warm and polite. Although the store is small, it is clean and tidy. This small store has a very good dining environment and atmosphere. I like it very much!
