Absolutely disgusting. Was given a battered bone and stone cold chips. Milkshakes were the only decent things I got. What a waste of twenty pound!! SNM I won't be purchasing from there ever again. Don't waste your money folks.

Totally worst service.. we ordered a large fries for takeaway but instead of large fries they give very very less portion.. when we complained about they said about credit.. but when my husband gone there for fries the lady who took his order was too rude with himm .. she doesn’t no how to talk with customer..

This has always been my restaurant of choice, since about 10 - 15 years basically since they open a store in West Bromwich. The customer service is outstanding, the food is prepared with quality ingredients and is always served hot and is juicy. I am cautious about chicken breast but theirs is tender and juicy. Everyone please come and enjoy this experience.

I pacificlly told the ladie about 3 times that im allergic to mayo so no mayonnaise and i get home & there’s mayonnaise on it. I am disgusted with the service here as if i took a bite out of that i would be ill.

Chicken is bad! They're undercooked and the fries are even uncooked, I called the restaurant at home and they said it's too far, this restaurant should go through a 4 month upgrade! Never eat this restaurant for safety

i asked for a chicken fillet meal but they didnt put anything on the burger, the manager threatened to fight me when i complained, he asked if my kids were on a leash and told them to wait outside if they weren’t. The manager told me i smelt and asked me if i had an attraction to men, there was a fat man in underwear in the bins outside eating the rats, overall i wouldnt reccomend if you dont want to get food poisoning

Manager was rude, smelt like BO, chicken was raw as was the atmosphere, my children were told to wait outside and overall 1 star + i found a hair in my chips

This place is a JOKE ordered from them, food didn't arrive on time. The staff don't use gloves or anything, used to order from them nearly every week know i don't bother with them.

Horrible service , just tried ordering my favourite meal which i basically eat for Breakfast , lunch AND dinner . Yet one of the Employees had the ability to raise the price of my meal which is insanity. I also till this present moment feel disrespected as i’m now rethinking my options of choosing another store UNLESS after several years and months i receive a decrease in price. However the food wow unmatched . I reckon i spend about £50 on chicken . com per week , please treat me as a loyal customer and never disrespect me with your stupidity again . You could also consider giving me a VIP card which i can use to get points and receive discounts I want my personal Initials on this card 👍🏼

Been here few times food gave extreme stomach pain and was vomiting all day and night the pain was unbearable recommend not to order from here dirty food unhygienic. Chicken is very salty and meat was uncooked red bloody. The owner has a huge chip on his shoulder, clearly on steroids and suffering from rage. His Attitude absolutely stinks seems to look down at everyone. He is Rude and Desperate to take your money but has Zero customer service skills. Avoid him !!!

I go here quite a lot whenever i make stop at west bromwich. however, now im deciding not to go again. I once ordered a small pizza with the toppings chicken, green peppers, cheese and corn. (I don’t like jalapeño) they put exactly that on my pizza. I ignored the first time thinking it can be a communication issue. next time I ordered the same pizza, i was glad they got the toppings right cuz i repeated myself. they burned my chicken!!! the staff (two ladies working there) are very rude. they don’t know how to communicate kindly with the customers. the owner seems to be like a nice guy. im not recommending this shop to anyone! until they change their staff who listen properly and don’t show attitude. the food is alright though

Poor Uber drive had to wait an extra 20mins while the store prepared our order, delaying delivery. When we got the delivery it was cold & the chicken was raw in the middle, we didn’t realise until it was too late. 🤢

My sister recently ordered food from this restaurant and our food was delivered elsewhere - confirmed by the driver himself. we called the restaurant to complain where they then spoke to her extremely condescendingly and were accusatory towards her in regards to not being truthful. they then refused to accept her calls. i (the brother) then called and they spoke to me with an extremely different tone. i was told to go and find the food from the address it was delivered to (the driver had no recollection of where this was) and then they eventually said they would resend my food and call me back to confirm my address. this was over an hour ago and i still haven’t received a phone call. do not order.

I’m a foodie and I do quite a lot of reviews for foods. I give honest opinions but this restaurant needs to grow a pair. I have always ordered food from here and unfortunately I hate to say it but this has been the worst experience in my life with Just eat. I never get refunds for food or anything. If I have my food I pay for what I get. But if I didn’t get it, what do I do then? Imagine you ordering food at 9ish pm and waiting over 3 hours for the food to actually not being received and saying that they delivered it. It seems to be the driver is not reliable and they actually think they delivered the food. Since the change of management, this shop is crippling. I was there since the Russian lady at the front was welcoming but everything has gone down hill since the change of management. You cannot say wait and cut the phone and disengage my phone when I’m trying to call up but when my brother calls, why do you pick up? It’s very strange. And you’re telling me that I’ve given the wrong number when it’s the Just eat number. just eat gives a different number which contacts me. Not the direct number. I suggest you need to retrain your staff because you don’t know it’s actually affecting your image of your business. I never leave bad reviews but honestly you lot deserve it because of the way you treat your customers. Will be spending my money somewhere else better. In the end I never received my food nor eaten it. What a waste of money. Even with the Punjabi woman at the till saying it’s delivered when clearly it isn’t. The driver can’t even recall the door colour or what the person receiving the order looked like. PS: Just do not order from here. It’s better to order from the chicken shop across the road.

If you're not eating in make sure you check your order before you leave. I got home and found half of my food missing. Paid for 12 piece wing meal but only got 6 - and the smallest "wings" I've ever seen. Ordered 1pc chicken with Donner meat fries and drink from one of their posters- chicken was missing and Donner meat looked and tasted 3 days old. And the masala fish was burnt to a crisp. I have to say I will never go here again. The only reason I was there is because pfc over the road don't take card payments and I didn't have cash today - I will not be doing that again.

Lady asked me if I wanted coleslaw or beans , I told her baked beans when I got home there were no beans in the bag . Rang them and didn't even get an apology too much distance for me to go back , the freshie ladies working there are complete idiots . They don't even have papers to work in the U.K . Use to go here regularly from 2015-2018 stopped going once the staff changed and I think management/ ownership? Walked in and saw the prices , ridiculous , walked back out. Lady's behind the counter don't know how too communicate properly either, Use to be good back in the day food use to be good , heard the food standard here is low.

First of all went to the shop few weeks ago with my friends, ordered a pizza, the staff ( 2 Indian women's Motu and Patlu) they couldn't understand properly repeated 4-5 times and still made the wrong pizza... Got late for work... But still didn't complaint because it was my first time visiting the shop ... Today after work went with 5 friends ordered different type of items...one of them was large pizza that my friend ordered...took a bite and there was a large piece of plastic... The owner was there and he apologized and admitted that the piece probably was from the "kitchen" and told me to get another thing for free and i was ok with that, The ladies took 15 mint to make a simple kebab role and when went to pick it up from the counter the Motu women told me how did you put the plastic inside the pizza!! Besically she started blaiming me and couldn't admit their fauld....I got angry and nearly argued but "I looked the owner and he was like leave her" Didn't want to leave the feedback but they need to take responsibility what would happened if a child would eaten that plastic piece inside the pizza? 📍The Owner is a good person always chill but need to make sure the staff follow the health and safety procedures and should hire new people that can manage the shop because if we talk about food is good... The Motu Women Need to learn how to speak and not to blame others.

Might aswell go to PFC and get more food for cheaper. Food takes long to arrive aswell

Awful restaurant! Food still not arrived after 2 hours! The shop is about 15 mins from us! Lady on phone just said driver on his way!! Must be via London!!! Would not order from this place! Only scored 1 because I couldn't score 0! Avoid!

Ordered food at 6:38pm and still food hasn't arrived. Was estimated at 7:20-7:40pm now 9:38pm and still no food. Rang restaurant and they said they will contact the delivery driver. Requested a particial refund but they refused. Rang again to be told they would make it fresh and send it again...... still no food. We live 13mins from them. Will definitely not be ordering anything from them again.

I ordered 2 large fries and got given small boxes of chips instead. The last time I ordered they were in bigger boxes. Had to ring them up and get a refund. so disappointed with the proportions of chips they gave me.
