Very poor really frist time and now again to night . I thought I give then benefit of dout but chips are like cardboard and chicken was very very dry also frist time around I had pizza few mths ago . Again very poor and very dry pizza

We came all the way from birmingham and tried this. Food was Very good and fine in taste. Great customer service by ( Rahat ).

Used to go here every night after work extremely cheap and affordable nice bossman and food taste better the price you paid so I'm happy

I like these guys but the problem is consistency and quality. If I’ve ordered 5 times from them in a month, something is wrong with it 3 times out of 5. It’s disappointing because the owner seems to care about his business but his employees do not.

My food did not arrive neither was I left a call prior regardless of the fact that I spoke with the colleague at the restaurant beforehand. Was advised to contact just eat for a full refund which I am expecting to cover the delivery fee also paid by myself thanks.

delivery was really late and the time kept going up took almost 2 1/2 hrs in the end

Took a bit longer to arrive but it’s a busy Saturday night so understandable, pizza, and chips were slightly cold had to warm up in the oven but tasted amazing afterwards. Great value, large portion size and tasted good. I will be ordering again soon

On the afternoon of the 22/08/24 my partner and I placed an order to sample the well spoke about delights of thos eating establishment. Once ordered we sat on bated breath in expectation of such succulent poultry perfection. Rumoured to be the best in Cardiff. Alas as the bag arrived and my partner bought the food to the living quarters. My heart sunk as I looked at the food bag in trepidation and my heart began to sink. This bag looked awfully small and light for our orders? Something was wrong Had a can of coke suffered a careless calamity and been left in the shop? Had a box of chips, been lost to the ides of march in some brutes sequence coup? Surely not the burger? Bungled and bruised? Hidden away from us in a cruel twist of bovine retribution? Alas No. A chicken. A WHOLE CHICKEN has been cast aside and left in poultry purgatory. Left to be tomorrow's Nuggets. Alas poor chicken. I knew you not.

Food did not arrive although it says delivered, not happy , please refund myself for this inconvenience and waste of time waiting.

Ordered through just eat. They got my order wrong, there were missing items but they charged quite a lot for the quantity given. Tried ringing them many times but kept going to voicemail. No solution reached, just a waste of money

I ordered 10 in pizza but it was too small

Ordered food worth £60 including pizza, burger deals, bbq ribs and wings deal. Was told that it will take 15-20 mins. After 20 mins when I came back, they just started making the bbq ribs which technically should be the last thing because they go hard and chewy quite quickly. At this point there was no sign of the pizza in the oven, when we asked about the pizza, that's when they started preparing the pizza which at the end was burnt at the top and uncooked at the bottom because they were rushing it. The thing which I really hated was that the guy on the grill making the beef burgers was blowing on the burgers because the grill caught fire. The wings were really crispy and burnt. I wouldn't be going there ever again.

This place use to serve really nice chicken. The chicken strips was as hard as car tyres. The fried chicken was not edible as it was soo hard. Very very hard to chew on the chicken. It’s a real shame few years a ago the food was so nice not anymore. Disgusting for what they charge for rubber chicken.

Orderd on Just Eat a meal deal for over £30 one chicken pizza hot and spicy and cheese pizza that they messed up and put chicken on that. Part of the meal was 2 chicken burgers that they completely forgot to pack. When I rang up to ask for the missing food they said they not going to deliver it and said that I should come and collect it if I want it. No apology and stinking attitude and also just hung the phone on me. Shocking service.

The Pizza was missing it was left in the takeaway by the driver and now I have to go and pick it up, what was the point of ordering from just eat if I have to go and pick it up and what's the point of the service charge of the service is rubbish....... It seems like one thing or another going wrong with my orders with just eat maybe you should conduct thorough checks before hiring rif rafs....

My food was half an hour late and when it came the chips and burger were not fresh. I complained to the restaurant and they would not take any responsibility and said for a FULL refund I would have to contact you. I am expecting a full refund.

I ordered food.and driver didn't knock the door and left the food out side in cold weather.and when I trying to call shop they bzy shop phone.when I go to shop they said talk to uber.honestly really bad food and bad service. The workers were friendly and they gave large portions. They had great prices and I would suggest eating the beef burger, I could eat that thing for days and because it tasted so good. They also gave a much larger amount of fries than I expected which was great too

The burgers tasted great, they don’t give mini burgers like other restaurants, and the peri peri chips were delicious

Fillet absolutely awful for the price very thin and barely any chicken mainly batter. Prepare the food like they are about to give it to a dog for example they got the fillet burger smacked it in 2 buns that were dry and hard and had no sauce. Wrap was also poorly made barely any filling mainly bread. Overall the food was terrible the service was OK and the prices were horrendous. I recommend you go bennies on Albany Road as they serve excellent Burgers including fillet that are worth their price and also have kind staff.

Driver left my food on my doorstep and didn't knock, fortunately I went to check as I heard a noise outside, very unprofessional and stupid of the driver.

Chips were squashed on top of the tasteless chicken. The box the food was in was a mess all squashed. Pot of coleslaw was enough for 1 person really disappointed I won't order again

Such a bad Biriyani , we ordered three Biriyani like seeing the pictures . It was just cheap rice and chicken . In each our plates just two small piece of chicken . The rice was cold . Not fresh at all . Not happy about his place definitely not recommend . We had to leave the so called Biriyani not eaten

Cheesy chips are mediocre at best soggy and unseasoned and grated cheese is just dumped on top after being stuffed into a small cardboard box which then turned the cheese into a rubber consistency

The chicken was dry and tasteless and the garlic bread had a strange taste to it was very disappointed with the whole meal and will not be ordering from them again!

I never got my order at all I want a full refund how can u expect my order and say you will deliver it at 2.20 and put u have delivered it 3pm it just said waiting for a driver to be assigned and then no update I didn't get it at all and the store is closed now and it says it's been delivered shame on you how can u do this I didn't get anything delivered at all no delivery attempt was made and yet payment has been taken I am very disappointed especially if it's because of a fellow Muslim how can u do this may Allah have mercy on you

You couldn’t even bite the burger it’s so dry and cold chips were uneatable to how cold and dry they were and I got a wing instead of a drumstick for my child never again will I order from this place

Do not order from here they are scammers. I have ordered from here over an hour ago they bring me the wrong order and do not even help me. The items they have brung are worth pennies compared to what i actually ordered. Stay away from here

Ordered didn't arrive and then I was repeatedly told on the phone that it had been delivered and after saying it was delivered to wrong place over and over I was then told to call just eat customer service and hung up on. Very disapointing we were waiting for almost 2 hours for nothing.

All I can say is this shop is certi. Have to visit it everytime I'm in Cardiff. Their spicy or BBQ wings are 🔥 . Prices are very good too. Would definitely recommend.

Many people giving it low ratings ordered from there and maybe that didn’t appeal to them but me and my friends absolutely loved it the experience was great and the prices were better there were songs playing so we decided to sing a little karaoke and the whole atmosphere including customer service was great

Really happy with the burgers, myself and a colleague couldn't fault them and will definitely consider ordering them again! However the majority of the rest of food was cold and the chips went straight in the bin as they were awful. The food did arrive on time and the delivery driver was great

The delivery drivers service is exceptional I had made a mistake with the address and he called to check and confirmed correct one. Very professional.

More than two hours waiting for my order and nobody answer my calls. There is no reason for them to ignore my calls. It’s paid order and I haven’t received my food.

Food wasn't delivered. No one rang doorbell. Phoned up, phone number was incorrect as they tried to ring (but didn't bother trying door). Asked if it was poss. to redeliver, they said no. Asked for a refund, they hung up.

Ordered a pizza and biryani. Didn't get the toppings I ordered on the pizza plus it wasn't cooked. Couldn't pick up a piece without it falling apart. On top the biryani had a thick long hair in it. It wasn't fresh, probably cooked a few days ago. One of the worker had very poor hygiene after cleaning the tables he straight went on to make burgers for other customers, other guy told him to wash his hands first. Food was horrible. Not recommended at all.

Amazing and lovely food, always fresh service, freshly cooked and very happy staff. Well reccomended. Place to sit down as well.
