Chicken Plaza in Derry

Terrible. Fries were old, meat wasn’t fully cooked. Worst fastfood we ever had. Luckily they couldn’t mess up our coke and fanta.

Right, wandering contractor from Yorkshire. Staying at a hotel, meal booked, restaurant closed. Had to find sumert else for tea, place popped up on je. But we went to the place direct, ordered my usuals. Counter service really friendly and funny had a laugh whilst ordering. Ordered a lot, big appetite. Was cooked quickly but not too fast if'n ya know what I mean. Reasonable price too. Got back to hotel and unpacked it, smelt great and the portions sizes wer bonkers but food was hot and really good quality, very tasty. (There were two of us and yeh I kinda over ordered). 100% seriously, highly recommend.

Ordered food in the drive through. Ordered one large chip and 9 nuggets… when paying, the guy just handed me the card machine so I paid came to 20 euro and 80 cent obviously told the next window I think I paid for the wrong order… they were pretty busy I said it doesn’t matter it’s Christmas the car behind me can pay for for mine even though it’s cheaper. The staff were very nice and said no it’s ok then the manger came over and just goes it’s the same price anyways… like does he think I’m stupid 20 euro for some nuggets and one chip. The one star is for the manger. Feel sorry for the staff having him as their manager.

Asked for delivery and got collection and didnt get my food

Husband called in am caeliac not my joice brought home something that totally wasn't but he explained to receptionist about my allergies said this be grand to start off fried rice need I say more totally fed up with takeaways saying u be grand taking ur money at closing time but I would suffer big time next day
