Terrible service to why I didn’t even rate they gave me a weak plastic bag didn’t even want to double it my food ended up falling. They both looked at each other and acted like I wasn’t there. They don’t wear hair nets or gloves which is nasty because I also found hair in my food one time wicked people and bad hygiene I want the old people back these new ones need to go.

I've been going tot his shop for over 6 years now and ever since the food has changed to new people the food is just disgusting the chicken taste different everyday the people aren't welcoming or nice and the chips are always raw and cold. And the prices are now worth it

the food here is always amazing, tastes home cooked and the food is always perfectly crispy, juicy and full of flavour. definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!!

Hi i placed order from but your driver did not deliver my food, the owner is a con, this is very bad for business

Just ordered from just eat. The chicken steak burger had chewy ligaments which is what happens when the food is not cooked well and on the other hand the chicken fillet burger was over cooked and inedible. Please don’t order here save your money 👍

First , the costumer service is the best . The price is cheap but Chicken Express has the best meals i have ever tasted.Lots of children and adults come after work , school or a even have a break to come get their food.The burgers are amazing including the wings.5 stars to them always.

Re visited recently. Omg this place should serve food in the NHS! This place is amazing! Most chicken shops like this serve small portions, set meals, charge mad prices. But this place. I prefer this place to KFC, no joke. Big portions here. Big family meals too such a wide selection too. Closed for a while during lockdown I need to go visit again very soon.

Food very nice good value for money friendly staff

The food was ordered at 11:14 a late order but it went through was meant to arrive at 11:55 it arrived at 1:15 in the morning I had fallen asleep. 2 hours late freezing cold wasn't able to eat it. Want a refund!

I have never tasted much delicious fried chicken in my Life Best Customer Service Delicious Food & Best Price.

There was hair in the chicken and my guy sneezed on the food to give it some flavour. The chicken was alright but there was too much oil. There wasn't enough chicken. The chips were poor, small in size and taste was disgusting. And to top it off it's so expensive compared to other shops.

I always find fresh fried chicken, delicious for a good value. Owners of the place are always very friendly. Recommended.

Good taste chicken. Wings were better than a chicken pieces. The place is a little messy. The person serving gave me an extra wing with my menu because they were small in his opinion.
