All staff very friendly, especially Shahnoor who provided exceptional service during my visits to Pret A Manger. She has consistently been very welcoming and efficient. The service has been amazing on every occasion. Thanks to Shahnoor, all of my visits have been great overall, and I’ll definitely be back! Would highly recommend this coffee shop

If you are accustomed to drinking coffee, you should subscribe to them for the first month of 15 pounds. You will get 5 cups daily for a month, provided that the interval between them is half an hour. Today I signed up with them because we are close to our residence 🌹

food was wet almost.. made 3 days ago I guess, very bad

We arrived at 18:01, 29 minutes before closing. We chose hot sandwiches, which were cold because they were in the refrigerator. We were refused because supposedly they turn everything off half an hour before closing to warm up. Coffee was also refused, since supposedly it takes half an hour to wash the coffee machine, which can be washed in 10-15 minutes (I myself work in a cafe with a coffee machine, I know how long it takes to wash it). Bottom line: no coffee, no food, disgusting service. And no amount of sorry will fix this. I definitely do not recommend this establishment!

I don’t like inside sitting area it’s soulless and sad setting although only front sitting is nice but not private. Don’t feel welcoming to sitting inside hence I look for other cafe to sit down to work. It’s shame as I love pret food but atmosphere doesn’t make me to stay. Hope to see some change near future.

Rude servers too busy talking didn’t hear me when I said oat milk then got a attitude when I told her I asked for oat milk

£4 for a coffee to receive half a cup! Shocking.

Delicious food! Huge fan. I always order from them.

The manager Attia, made sure I was comfortable with the temperature and offered me something on the house as I came to meet a friend locally. Asked me how my day went and I received my coffee before the end of my transaction. Would 100% recommend this pret to anyone!!

I don't know what was wrong but it was freezing in there ,I know the air-conditioning was on but this was crazy,my napkin was fluttering in the wind and I was wrapped up. It's almost as if they were trying to get people to hurry up and leave .

I don't usually do reviews, but credit where credit is due. The staff at Pret A Manger, Muswell Hill are exceptional, even when it's busy. Let's not forget to mention the amazing line of products they serve....so moorish!! I am now getting into their soups and my favourite has to be the Chicken Laksa.....yummmmmm!! I am always greeted with a smile, a quick chat, if time allows. Thank you guys and girls for your speedy and friendly service. I just had to give you a shout out

Pret kept the driver waiting 45 minutes. Dave yourself the hassle and don’t order from them.

Really friendly branch of Pret. All the staff are welcoming, warm, and super helpful. Great coffee, expertly made and great selection of yummy and fresh food. Madi and Shahnoor are particularly attentive and accommodating towards my little girl who is disabled ensuring she's one happy little bunny each and every time we visit. :-)

A branch of the chain, not a big variety but tasty and good.

Very poor experience, ordering via a delivery app but not the fault of the app, blame sits with this branch - 1 hour to deliver, food missing but charged, required ID for restricted items ????, and, my favourite - the food was off. Orange juice was sour and fermenting and the bottles looked like they were going to explode. This is on the back of a very poor experience visiting the store last week for slow rude service. Avoid until they get their act together. Very sad as I love Pret so it’s down to this branch.

I went there for coffee with a friend. The heating was on but the front door was open. It was very cold in there. I asked the staff if the front door could be closed after customers entered. I was told the front door had to stay open as it would affect the food in the refrigerator inside the door. Not a nice place freezing cold staff could not care. I will not be going again

Normally expect better from Pret. The coffee was nice and hot, but they failed to deliver the Tuna sandwich I ordered, and the croissant was much more doughy than the usual one.

I have collected too good to go on 09/12/23 to give to an elderly friend. I received only 2 items 1 roll and 1 macaroni cheese for their lunch bag when in fact there were plenty of sandwiches left in the basket. She could have put even 1 sandwich in the bag instead of giving it all to a young woman sitting by the door seemed waiting for the freebies. Perhaps could be a colleague or relative of one of the staffs. The 3 staffs were unwelcoming. Chit chatting as they were not busy at 14:30. I will never go and buy again in this branch.

This branch is lacking planning and good baristas, the coffees/hot chocolates are either 3/4 full or lukewarm, baristas can’t handle the number of incoming customers at peak hours + Deliveroo orders…not impressed.

I don’t usually write reviews but the staff are so friendly and nice here I had to share. They make really good coffee, and they’re super quick too. I know when I rush in, in the mornings, they’ll have my flat white ready and tasting delicious. My new fav coffee shop. Thanks guys <3

This is the second time in a row that I have received a latte that is only half full from Muswell Hill via Just Eat. That would not be acceptable in the restaurant and shouldn’t be sent out like that.

Ordered a cinnamon danish, was given a burnt one

They didn't deliver my coffees The main things that I wanted. Total rubbish services

2 of the 3 items were the wrong order. And it arrive too late for us to have it for lunch.

We were so excited about the Xmas lunch and Today we bought the Brie & Cranberry and Pistachio baguette. Such a disappointment! No Cranberry sauce, no mayo, no seasoning....it was basically just the bread and the cheese... 😞

My review is only on one staff member in particular. I go in every morning and most staff are lovely bar one younger lady who "whats" and says "you didnt order that" instead of being pleasant and helpful. Makes the whole experience so awful and never has a smile on her face. Ive worked in the industry I know you dont always want to smile but she makes the whole experience so awful. Overall other staff are nice and the manager is so lovely! Wish she was there the whole time haha

I have been a regular visitor to Pret, enjoying their delicious coffee and the cozy atmosphere to get some work done. However, I couldn't help but notice a rather strange practice at this branch recently - they close a significant portion of their seating area at 6:00 pm while keeping a tiny section open until 7:00 pm. This rigid approach to closing seems unnecessarily inflexible and customer-unfriendly. I've never encountered such a peculiar closing practice at any other cafe I've visited. Most places understand the need for flexibility, especially when customers are trying to meet deadlines or simply savor their coffee in peace. I sincerely hope that this branch reconsiders this odd closing policy. While the staff remains wonderful and the coffee delightful, this one aspect has put a damper on what used to be a pleasant experience. Allowing customers a bit more time to enjoy their coffee and complete their work would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

Does not sell filter coffee and person serving me looked really grumpy and fed up. Disappointed by this branch of Pret, thankfully many other more reasonable places to have coffee.

Amazing staff, really friendly and polite. Very fast service and a great new seating area.

Normal packet sandwiches and baguettes but quite expensive (nearly £16 for one of each and a coke). Slow checkout but no real problems; nothing special either.

I had a lovely experience with the speedy delivery and a complimentary chocolate bar! Thank you. It did sort of make up for the wrong drink - I asked for a (hot) latte and got an iced latte instead!

I attend the Pret in Muswell Hill more than any other coffee shop. Not just because I'm local but because the quality of the staff and the service they provide is outstanding. They always take that extra time and care to ensure my cappuccino is made beautifully.

The food arrived damaged - the driver stated the shop had given him an open cup.

Ice coffee was room temperature. It was not cold. I had to put in the fridge for it to cool down and no straw was provided. Very disappointing.

The hot drink leaked - meaning the experience of ordering breakfast in to have an easy morning didn’t happen. Coffee had leaked everywhere.

it was amazing, my coffee was life changing. However, Im not just here to talk about the coffee, Im here to talk about this one young gentleman that I met in the coffee shop. Not much is known of this man, he goes under the radar of many, however in my honest opinion he is the star shining bright within this dark establishment. His name i shall state in a while, however I shall start by giving you my story. I was in the coffee shop, it was a normal day. The weather was fair, my mind was not. I was in a dark place. However, i felt something. I felt... a vibe. And that vibe was radiating from the check out desk. I couldnt explain it in simple terms, however that radiance was strong. I was pulled towards it, and towards it i went. That is where I met someone, and that someone has nonetheless changed my life. His name was Leban. Remember the name. This man took me from the pits of hell, and brought me up from a dark place. You think this is just a coffee shop??!?!? NO!>!>! ITS NOT. LEBAN HAS REVOLUTIONISED THE TERM COFFEE SHOP. IT IS A PLACE WHERE YOU WILL CHANGE FOR THE GREATER GOOD. LEBAN IS THE REASON WHY I AM STILL ALIVE TODAY. THANK YOU PRET. THANK YOU LEBAN. Clean and friendly environment, had a macaroon hot chocolate and it tastes divine. I was served by the lovely barista Naz, she welcomed me with a big smile, asked how my day was and served me the lovely drink. It was a refreshing experience and nice to see there is still lovely people in this world. Will definitely have to come back soon ! :))

Just a Pret. The staff are excellent - far more switched on to the little specifics of our coffee order than other Prets. I wish Pret wasn't in MH as we have many great indie coffee shops, but it's here so we embrace it.

My drink tasted anything but with real dairy, either oat or soya im not sure, tasted awful, not sure if lazy, careless or pushing their own world views onto other people. Also weren't very friendly generally. 1*

Why is filter coffee not sold here? It's just scribbled off on the menu (like vandalism). Elsewhere it is sold/available, which makes me believe that this particular franchise owner cannot be seen to come down to an appropriate level of affordability, as this is not in keeping with the way of Muswell Hill. I urge you to overcome this sense of pretentiousness for the greater good and that of your business. Sincerely, A once loyal customer
