absolutely rubbish having to wait nearly 2 hours from ordering to delivery

2 hours 30 minutes to deliver to the address which is in a semi rural location 0.8 miles from restaurant, reason given was heavy traffic ( definitely not the case as I checked Google maps) they should never have accepted the order if they are not going to deliver within timeframes given

I had a small order and was still wrong. I paid extra for a bottle of pop and got a can. I was refused money back on the extra i paid and for food i didnt order or could eat

This is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life! Dry chicken. Taste like cardboard cold manky chips. And on top of that the meal took over an hour to come. I had to throw the meal away after one bite it was disgusting! I will me letting everyone know in the tile hill area not to go to this place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Beans were stone cold and the chicken burger was like eating rubber

I ordered at 9.15pm ....my order hasn't turned up . Rang the restaurant 4 times , no answer . its is now 10 minutes after their latest delivery time . an hour and 20 mins since I ordered . The restaurant is only 3 streets away from my address . The App is not any better either , it is showing now , its been delivered. How can this be as I have a code to give when the delivery driver delivers the food. Absolutely disgusting service from the restaurant and Just Eats App !

it's not Frist time when I'm ordering and always it's problem with delivery. It's already 35min after my estimate delivery time and I still don't have food but I have starving kids at home... never again!

Late by 45mins and barely warm as it arrived by pushbike. Couldn’t get through on the phone and no update provided via app or text. This is the same experience as last time but i wanted to give the team another chance… not again.

It was delayed then delivery person took longer than normal to deliver the food

Pizza came stuck to the box and looked like it had been smashed up now they won’t answer the phone useless place don’t order from here

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, tried to contact the restaurant they didn’t answer at all so had no idea when it would be arriving. Won’t be ordering from here again!

The wraps were like rubber and not as stated was no salad or sauce and spicy when ordered normal and barbecue wings were spicy

poor delivery driver didn’t know what to say , the shop i ordered from is closed so it never says anything on the app but yet it can delay my food it’s cold and i’m not happy refused a refund or some money as my food is over an hour late

order wrong when it finally arrived. they processed the order to say it had arrived but I called the restaurant to advise I was waiting outstanding and no one had been. they just said the driver is on the way. several calls to the restaurant and finally about 1 hour after being advised of a delivery time the food arrived.

ordered a large pizza got delivered and the pizza toppings was all on the side of the box as the delivery driver had carried it sideways. when I told the delivery driver about it and showed him he ignored me and walked away. found this so rude and had to call the shop and tell them.

Very very late, and then not even the full order, really really disappointed.

Just your average chicken shop food, not as good as it used to be. VERY SLOW delivery after an hour and a half rang to be told "1-2 minutes he be with you" and had phone put down on me. After almost another 30 minutes a delivery man turned up on a MOUNTAIN BIKE with my pizza balance on the handlebars.

I ordered around 4ish, advised delivery between 4:50-5:10. I'm staying in an area with 0 signal, so when there was no update at 5pm, I went outside only to get a voicemail to say as it was a cash order, they refuse to deliver until confirmed. This was not made clear on the site when ordering. They advised another 30 mins for deliver, this was at 5ish. Came back outside, called them at 5.39pm, only to be told, delivery person was on way back to shop to pick up, and to add a further 30 mins. 6.10pm, and I finally got the food. The man arrived on a push bike. I had to leave for an event at half 6. Not very happy

Last week I bought chicken wings from chicken express in Jardine crescent and my wife and I got food poisoning from it . we were extremely ill for more than 5 days . Very disappointed with this .

Good value for money, but some of the chicken was very dry!!

Amazing food. Don’t listen to the ratings. Chicken wings suggested . Customer for one year. Very loyal . Friendly staff. Much recommended

Quite disappointed tonight with our order. Chips were stale, cold and appear to have been reheated. Delivery was 20 minutes late. Never sure why but last 3 orders we have made. The sides were wrong. First we ordered coleslaw and gravy, got coleslaw and beans. Second time we ordered coleslaw and gravy and received gravy and beans this time got beans and coleslaw when beans and wedges were requested.

Food is always good quality and it’s never late. Delivery drivers always polite and helpful. I order from here at least twice a fortnight and I’m always looked after

Started off with 1 delivery time of an hour and then changed to an hour and 30 and was still late. Waited 1 hour 50 minutes to feed my kids! Disgraceful service

Good was cold when it arrived. Delivery guy was nice thou.

The chicken was juicy and crispy. The mixed kebab was brilliant, lots of meat and the right sauces added from the notes. Food was hot- definitely order again.

Awful hygiene, I came in for my dinner one night. They let a man in who was clearly drunk order. He also had a dog wandering round the shop. Staff didn’t do anything about it. Food wasn’t worth it either.

This place is the worst, waited 2hrs for food and received terrible customer service when I called to ask if my food has been prepared as it had already been a while. I was told “the food will be done when it’s done”. The delivery time had been changed twice “due to weather conditions” however the weather is perfectly fine. When the food finally arrived, half was missing and the rest was all cold! Avoid!

Good food at reasonable price, but always something missing from order. This time the driver said they had ran out of drinks somehow and had replaced with extra fries but they hadn't. Only happens when you pay up front and not cash on delivery so I can only assume it's intentional as they've already got your money.

They sent a plain cheese pizza not a Mexican

Chicken burger on non spicy mountain burger was really dry and I left half of it . The lettuce was also brown and soggy in parts. Overall not happy, fries were dry . Usually really happy with food from here ;(

Delivery driver didn’t have any change, chicken wrap didn’t have a lot of chicken in, and the drinks we ordered weren’t the ones we were given.

My sons, mini chicken fillet burger was spicy and so cheesy, my burger was spicy so it went to waste

The chips were cold and the hot wings were crease and oily and the chicken was very chewie too the burger was cold the bun was hard so I’m very disappointed.

If the delivery driver reads instructions he would have found me with no problem this is the second time I have used this place from this address and the second time it's been late I even put the registration number of the vehicle I'm in and he still went past me twice and the food quality was dry and almost cold

They do not take your sticker stamps so once collecting all of them they will confirm your order make you wait until delivery time then cancel. The two new men in this shop need sacking, what happened to the little man, least he made an effort.

Delivery arrived “ sorry no drinks “ I thought no worries - opened the bag and food was stone cold , they said. “No worries will bring you fresh give me 10 mins “ that was at 9pm it’s now 10.25 and I don’t think they are coming back £30 worse off and still hungry - save your money and order anywhere but here !

It was 45 minutes later than last delivery time shown, also forgot our drink, I rang them up about what burgers we wanted and what pizza they decided not to listen to burgers or pizza choice and just gave us two fillet burgers and a plain cheese and tomato pizza so very unhappy

Was delivered by a cyclist that put the pizza in his bag in its side so most of the toppings were at one side of the pizza. Not to mention the fries were barely edible. Like empty shells of fries that had prob been reheated 3-4 times

Horrible food! My food was cold, the chicken wasnt cooked properly. The fries were really dry and hard, I have a tooth ache from eating them. They gave me the complete opposite chicken to what I ordered. No coleslaw came with the order. I will never order again! Food went in the bin.

The food is cost effective and usually made fresh however the service is really terrible. The workers are rude and usually try to rush you to make decisions despite it not being rush hour. I ended up not ordering due to the manner with which l was treated. The tables were also not cleaned.
