The food is not fresh and the salad is not fresh

Food wasn’t bad. Chips were nice, and chicken would’ve been if it was warm. Nice chilli dip. Shame it was over 30 mins late and generally cold

Food was not good, pitta bread soaking in grease, all the chicken was dry, all the food was barely warm. I live local so not far enough to get that cold. Terrible.

All our food was freezing I rang the restaurant and all I got was there is nothing we can do it’s just eat so to me bad customer service to it was definitely reheated because the crispy hot and spicy chicken wings was like chewy was not happy

It's a small place, but the staff are alright. It gets busy at the weekends. I had to wait for my order but I didn't mind. The food was delicious! I bought a 3 piece chicken meal which includes fries, with chicken strips, and a large chicken express special pizza which is spicy for later - I omitted the pineapple. As I said . . . Delicious!😋

This restaurant used to be great, I’m unsure if there has been a change in ownership or management. But both service and food quality has gone down significantly. As a place that is called fried chicken express. You’d think they will know how to cook one. I was disappointed to find it was dry and overcooked. No flavour balance and small portion sizes compared to my previous visits. To be quite frank the chicken was probably older than myself. I was also told rudely by staff that I had to pay for sauces, that’s absolutely ridiculous when I needed it to compensate for the lack of flavour. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a cheeky chippy, it’ll ruin your weekend.

Food was nice as I always come here however the wings and strips was subpar, they were charging me 50p for sauce even though we spend money for about 7 people and pizza for 5… really rude.

Chicken was cold fries were really nice and so was the pizza, unfortunately they were being stingy with the sauces even though we were spending over 30 quid… sadly not coming here again after that experience

pizza and fries was really nice can’t say the same for the rest of food like the strips and wings tasted old even though I asked if it was fresh, asked for some sauces as we spent over 40 pound on food and the owner/boss made a fuss and said how it’s 50p more even though we bought 10 wings 8 strips 3 large fries and 2 XL pizzas. Only asked for sauce for each one of meals. Sadly won’t come again after my first experience.

Alright so we ordered from them and we didnot got what we ordered there was order missing and this happened twice with us ordering from them… The man who is attending the calls he is pathetic he is saying i cannot do anything… He is so rude and the way he talks literally awful…. Will not recommend anyone to order from them….

Bread was stale for chicken kebab in a pitta! Asked for the wrap to be cooked well done but it wasn’t. The chicken wings was nice though! Maybe just go for the chicken next time

Pizza and wings and fries where perfect but what let this down was the sfc was dry like it had been sat in a heater all night over than that could not fault it

Our order was handled brilliantly, they even called very quickly to let us know one item was out of stock and to ask what we wanted to do :) the food was tasty and hot, and the chicken was moist and tender. We will definitely be ordering again, and we highly recommend them

Food is delivered by 30 minutes late. Could you please make it on time delivery . Yeah I understood sometimes it may late even if it is 5 to 10 minutes late then it’s ok. But more than 30 minutes late is not acceptable. Thanks.

I've ordered from here a few times now and will be ordering from them again. I tried a different place and had a bad experience so I'll definitely be sticking with these guys. Food is always hot and although not expected, it always arrived early.

Everything cooked freshly, service is excellent. Definitely recommend.

WORST Chicken shop in coventry,Staff is rlly ruth, know this chicken for about 5 6 years, used to be good before but now it's a nightmare, you cam basically count the chips, asked for mayones on top of the chips, he said it cost 50p, i don't recommend this place anymore.

Worst food I’d ever had. I was met with a soggy bun with lack of taste on burger all slithering around. I had a rock solid chips like I was about to break my teeth. I had ordered peri wings instead I was met with some funky chilli chicken kinda things which tasted awful. Overall I am disappointed

Thanks guys! All I wanted was to get simple, good tasting fried chicken. And I received simple, great tasting fried chicken! Food was delivered on time and still popping hot just like it was recently taken out from a fryer! Nice!

Nicest, meatiest, crispiest hot wings had for a long time. Wrap and burger also nice. And the chips were sooo crispy and fluffy! It wasn't ready when we arrived even though we were 10 mins past collection time, but didn't have to wait more than 5 mins. Defo a new favourite for fried chicken

First visit here not following any covid guidelines no mask from any staff. Asked if the chicken is fresh as you know fried chicken if sat to long gets all dry and hard. He said why you are asking. If I am spending money I have a right to know he knew I knew what I was talking about and said this will not be any good for you and walked away. Makes you wonder how long the chicken had sat there walked away without ordering.

Food is always piping hot and great quality. My wife has a specail order and they remeber it without me telling them.

Ordered 3-4 times from here now. Very nice fried chicken and fries never soggy like most other places. Have delivered on time on each occasion. Decent place, hard find a decent fried chicken shop but this one has been, so far so good.

Have YOU heard of greatness?! Well this is it. These Fries have a sophisticated amount of potatoe content, perfectly crisp on the outside and silky smooth on the inside. The burger put me into a state of euphoria, everything from the mayonnaise to the sesame seeds on the bun was immaculate. Bossman should be promoted to Prime Minister. 👌

Me and my partner have heard good reviews so we wanted to give the place try, best chicken wings weve ever had, strip chicken burger was delicious, the driver forgot to give us the wings but we called the restaurant and the service was exceptional, was resolved within 5 minutes. Will be ordering again.
