Rediclus customer service by tall old lady with scarf. We went to buy food and she serve us when we get home and about to eat then realise that she give us wrong food and some of food was missing which pissed me off because all the way you come to home and you feel Hungry but there is order missing think how you feel. Then I call them and same lady pickup. I ask her that order was missing but she kept denied then I tell her that food is for kids they are Hungry why would I lie for food. Any way she said come and collect then all they way we went back to chicken cottage shop for missing food. I send my 14 year old son for pickup food in shop again same lady she throw the bag to my son. How rediclus is her service. I'll suggest to every one stay away from thins old lady with scarf. She need more training. Other staff way more nice then her.

Tried this place in August 2024. I’ve tried it a few times. The wraps and burgers are decent. The chicken and wings are nice. Nice fast food place on a busy high street.

Food is very good. I like the chicken, it is very crispy and cooked well. The service is very controlled and kept in chech by the manager. The manager's attitude is very nice, as well as some of the employees. Overall, i highly recommend it.

The food was so good because when I ate the chicken it was very nice. The service were great. The atmosphere was so amazing because there is no trash anywhere that is left but it is good overall.

Order coke and received Pepsi (which I hate) but the saving grace was the food which was delivered hot and with fresh fries with request followed. Will order again….. Thank you for your service.

I feel bad for the brand, the franchisee all because the staff have little care and no attention to customer service. A smile or general happiness to greet customers doesn’t cost anything, but goes along way, the staff particularly the lady at the front. No assistance in the ordering process, no wet wipes or tissues and we had to ask for condiments. The store internally at that time was also very messy with trays and rubbish across the restaurant floor.

The food was tasty right potion and delivered early the only minus was that there was no salt in the chips

Place an order via user eats today, I orded 12 pieces wings, The crispy coating was not cooked well and also the chicken tasted old. Seriously very disappointed with the food, I regret for ordering with them, Will never ever go there again Not even worth giving a star which gave me stomach ache
