Well done to Delivery. Food was nice and warm and taste was good 👍

Never had a bad meal deal. Grilled chicken wrap, fries and drink for £6.50. Great value and a healthy portion of fries too.

My order is missing items I ordered two drinks and recieved only one and my rice was half eaten either that or they didn't even put enough rice for even one person. I also noticed my lemon chilli was bitten into and also my chicken looks like it had chunks ripped or bitten off of it. I'm completely unhappy with this order and I want a refund

Really quick delivery and was able to track the driver as he came to deliver which was great. Only issue I had was that I was given strawberry ice cream instead of vanilla and my garlic mayo dip spilt all inside the bag. Other than that I'd order again!

They frequently put very little peri salt on the fries. They're really stingy with it I don't know what's wrong with them. The chicken is also hard and the wings were small.

Quick bite to eat in or delivery always delivers. Can’t go wrong. Depending who’s doing the grilled chicken sometimes good or sometimes over cooked. Other than that it’s a good high street quick munch.

Ordered food over the phone for convenience was told 10mins got to the shop and they point blank said no order was placed no one had a clue such a let down.

The hash browns seemed burnt or overcooked, and the chicken pieces in the burger seemed old and not hot. The baked beans were cold. This standard is not what I expected. I have had better in the past.

Terrible customer service from the lady in hijab. All the staff were staring at me when I was waiting for my order. I asked the lady for sauce on my burger, she asked for 50p but I explained that I always get free of charge by her colleagues. She then said don’t worry I’ll take care of it and proceeded to fool me by adding no chilli sauce. Terrible customer service and communication skills. Some strips were outside the burger and little salad. I will not be buying from this chicken cottage again.

Rediclus customer service by tall old lady with scarf. We went to buy food and she serve us when we get home and about to eat then realise that she give us wrong food and some of food was missing which pissed me off because all the way you come to home and you feel Hungry but there is order missing think how you feel. Then I call them and same lady pickup. I ask her that order was missing but she kept denied then I tell her that food is for kids they are Hungry why would I lie for food. Any way she said come and collect then all they way we went back to chicken cottage shop for missing food. I send my 14 year old son for pickup food in shop again same lady she throw the bag to my son. How rediclus is her service. I'll suggest to every one stay away from thins old lady with scarf. She need more training. Other staff way more nice then her.

Food is very good. I like the chicken, it is very crispy and cooked well. The service is very controlled and kept in chech by the manager. The manager's attitude is very nice, as well as some of the employees. Overall, i highly recommend it.

The food was so good because when I ate the chicken it was very nice. The service were great. The atmosphere was so amazing because there is no trash anywhere that is left but it is good overall.

Order coke and received Pepsi (which I hate) but the saving grace was the food which was delivered hot and with fresh fries with request followed. Will order again….. Thank you for your service.

i gave the food a 3 because the burgers were spicy and i don't like spice at all and because whenever i get my drink it has a dent in it
