If i could give 0 starts i would. I ask for chicken fillet burger and they gave me the wrong burger and overcharged me by a lot and the food and everything has been bad now avoid this place

Food was fresh and nice. Guy at the counter called Shoaib was sound and really respectful.

I stopped using this branch a while back due to when getting delivery they miss things, today again I order via uber eat guess what missed item of the order again. When called the guy just put the phone down. I would recommend you avoid.

The burger didn't seem fresh, and the fries didn't seem the usual Chickanos fries at the other Chickanos stores. It seemed they were microwaved. The place seemed vey unhygenic also. Very Poor

Burger was cold chicken was warm inside. No hand wash facility. Went chickano after years but stander wasn’t the same and never go again 👎 over priced as well

Always got takeout from here...but stopped as they give chicken in a paper bag..when before it came in a box

Please Do not order from here. This is awful. We ordered takeaway. Chicken was chewy. Felt like it had been reheated multiple times. Chips were microwaved. Food came cold (don’t know to blame shop or delivery for this to be fair). Absolutely awful. No doubt will get a typical reply from the owner account about ‘thanks for the feedback’ and ‘we appreciate it’ but nothing will change. Fully deserve a refund but they won’t give one if we asked. Save your money and order elsewhere. Disgusting. Would give 0 stars.

I was a big fan of chickanos..up until recently the standard of food has gone downhill...just has no freshness..even the fries taste as though they have been reheated in a microwave..not going back there again sorry.

Would have given 0 stars but then I wouldn't have been able to leave a review. So we called this Chickanos just now wanting to place an order and the guy that answered told me to call back as he is serving customers to which I agreed. Since we were just parked outside my husband decided to go in and just place our order only to be told by the guy behind the till theres no burgers left and no chicken left. What??? How does chickanos run out of chicken and apparently everything else on their menue? DISGUSTED to say the least unprofessional douchebag sat on the tills, sounds like this particular chickanos is run by clowns. Avoid at all costs wasted our time.

Best tasty food ever in whole Leeds. I will miss my Combo Grill 😢 It's very disappointing that my favourite Combo grill prices have gone up to 10.99 . I think it was the best seller product in this takeaway. lot of Combo Grill lovers will be disappointed. Hope the owner will rethink and will bring the price down to £6.49 again. We will wait until then

Have been to the Leeds Chickanos since it opened. Used to serve some good burgers. However the quality has decreased the last few times I have got chicken burgers, they have been cold and seemed like they have been warmed a little. Wouldnt recommend going here anymore for takeouts, save your money and go elsewhere.

Over fried chicken in burgers. I told the guy the chicken isn’t moist and a little dry. No apology. He became very defensive. When I got up he told me to clear up my table as well! Bad food bad service! Never again.

It's been couple of times I order here but when open the bag at home there are something missing though I have paid for it ,last night my bucket missed the fries but in their menu ,bucket comes with chips, the food quality has been decreased.

Their spicy wings are the best in Leeds. I get their wings at least once every week. Amazing

I was surprised at the flavours on some of the gourmet burgers. They obviously have a head chef who isn't afraid to innovate and it worked for me.
