It's a fast food place but its burger is restaurant quality.

American here and was craving a good burger and fries. Man did they deliver. I ordered the Michigan BBQ Combo with fries and a drink. Service was prompt and the food was cooked to perfection.

Visited after looking at the reviews but this joint was not for me and rather dissappointing. Burger sauce was rather sickly and overpowering. Could not finish. Shame since portion size was big.

Located on a high street and if I’m honest you wouldn’t think by looking at it from the outside that the food would be so good! I had the tower burger and it was incredible. Relied on the reviews to visit and I’m glad I did. Very tasty burger and fries.

I have deleted my 5 🌟 review as I feel like the business in richmond has gone downhill in the quality of food. Its definitely a different owners who are using the business name and same food. I had to throw half of my food away. Never ordering from this branch.

Excellent food and friendly service, well down to new owner

The worse food I ever had. Ordered steak beast and it was super salty which was not edible. I love salt and anything I cook it is salty for most people . This was a whole different level and not edible. I am not sure where the 4.9 rating coming from in a country that most of food doesn’t have enough salt.

Food is unparalleled with HUGE portions. You can get a meal for half the price of a FiveGuys meal, but the burgers are just as good if not better. The service is also great with really friendly and accommodating workers.

I bought a half chicken and a chicago special it was a very bad experience (The chicken was old and tasted different)and chicago grill burgers patty was bland.Didn’t quite like it would not recommend it.

The chicken wings tasted good, but they were burnt throughout. The burger is called steak, but it is actually made of minced meat and is very salty.

We ordered 2 Chicago steak grill meals and one big mama The potions are huge,which we had to take home ! The food is great and customer service is excellent

I am in a state of shock at the quality of food & service at this very unassuming place tucked away on the high street, the gentleman with the beard made the experience very memorable by going above and beyond with his customer service. He was so nice, polite and we def call again!!

Suggestions: the chicken I had seemed to be a fully cooked piece of meat being re heated on the grill and thus making it slightly over cooked.

Visited the restaurant today, the staff were very friendly and polite. The chicken burgers were fantastic, very tasty and reasonably sized. I usually eat at KFC, but this time wanted to give this a try. I am not going back to KFC after finding this value for money gem.

I am be there today and ask for a burger like from the menu picture. The woman said can't make. Then I order other burger from menu and I so happy, delicious burger. Then I ask same thing to the cooker and said yes I can make burgue like picture. And the woman interrupted the man and start to be sarcastic whit me. Come on I just ask for a burger like a picture whit no problems to pay extra for that.

Been here twice now and both times have been an amazing experience. Unsuspecting from the outside, the staff are warm and welcoming and always up for a nice chat. Has the feel of a family run restaurant. The huge burgers are without doubt the best in London - gourmet standard. The fries are cooked to perfection, the sauces on offer are splendid, and there is a good selection of drinks. It's a regular spot of choice for me when I'm in Richmond.

Banging food, went there a few months ago and loved the food. The portions are well worth the money and the service was wicked, made me feel like I was at home.

The burgers are very good and the portions are decent. It was pretty quiet when I went there on a random Wednesday night, the guy behind the till was helpful ( the menu is large) and I can’t fault the service. Will be going back to check out the rest of the menu. Good halal joint in Richmond

My son had a day off school, due to teacher strikes. We went to this place for lunch, it was delicious. I had half a chicken with fries and a drink, my son had a peri peri chicken burger. All the food was freshly cooked and came up hot. The staff are welcoming, polite and accommodating. There is a nice amount of choice available as well. if you dine earlier than 16:00hrs you get 20% of burger meals. I will be going again in the near future.

Banging food, sorted me out during the cold winter nights. Mudusar had grills flaming and havin the searing and saucing of the my Michigan bbq combo burger on point as well as the best tasting buffalo wings I’ve had in Richmond and around london for a long time!
