Well food was ok ish apart from the fact the chefs cannot read the special notes where I have asked for my curry to be very spicy and it was sent normal. Very annoying when spending over €30. Plus the curry sauce was to runny don’t think I would order again thanks

I’ve used cheylesmore house for 45 years and this is the first time I’ve ever complained. The food was lovely as usual but almost cold

the special fried rice was mostly dry chicken and waterchestnuts was barely warm also worst dish I've ever had from there which I use alot of the time

15 mins late, but lovely customer service when I did phone up. food was mediocre... certainly not the best Chinese food we've had. everything was just a bit bland and dry. probably won't use again.

I ordered from here as quality is good and delivery's estimation was low. I ordered and it said 45 minutes for delivery. over 1 hour later the order said it had been delivered. it turned up and hour and 35 minutes after I ordered with no explanation.

Chicken Cantonese style was all onion. Not much chicken. I’m not a fan of onion so it was a very small portion. The mushrooms were lovely but again so much onion. Pork chow mein was fine.

Items were missing and they wouldn’t deliver them

The order was correct but the food wasnt what i expected at all. Crispy beef was soft and floppy and no sauce like most other places. Satay chicken was basically chicken and veg in grease, not a satay sauce. Didnt even have a hint of satay flavour...

Not impressed. The dishes were all full of vegetables, hardly had any meat if any!

My app said the food was delivered but I didn’t receive my order, I called the restaurant 2 times and they were very rude towards me saying I’ve got to wait.

The four-person set meal is great value for money and tastes fantastic. The Yangzhou fried rice comes in a generous portion, more than enough for four people. The fried shrimp is crispy and served at the perfect temperature, pairing excellently with the sweet and sour sauce. The other four dishes are well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced combinations. Definitely worth coming back for!

Delivery time was stated as 20-45 minutes. I ordered at 17.32 and the food was delivered at 19.08. The order was showing as being delivered at 18.15 but when I asked for an update it showed as being prepared. Unable to cancel and food arrived cold

well curry triangles were disappointing.hardly any filling but the our other food was okay

Chicken was flavourless, duck was too fatty and the amount of duck you get for the money was a rip off. Very disappointing meal.

Ordered food 4:50 Not arrived at 6:45. Rang restaurant several Times. Worker lied saying be delivered in 10minutes and then said will tell you truth the food hasn’t even left kitchen yet. Worst service ever. Food still Not arrived. Been almost 2hrs.

Usually good but today bad. Only 4 VERY VERY VERY small prawns in chicken and prawn curry. Curry sauce tasteless and very thin. Delivered over 30 mins late

ordered Singapore chow mein received chicken and rice with prawns? pancake rolls were greasy and inedible. what if anyone had seafood allergy? ordered was late and order completely wrong. not impressed

The food was really good so we forgive the late arrival. We were disappointed that the free prawn crackers were forgotten and thought that was a poor freebie for a such a large order (£41)

Food was an hour late we had gone past hungry when it arrived. We were told at about 830 they were still waiting on a driver. I ordered just after 7pm!

not had my delivery it's not here no one has rang me I don't know what's going in I want a refund as I've not received my order and its cost me 27 pounds

Food was poor quality, especially for the price. Delivery was 30 mins later, driver marked it as delivered on the app as they left restaurant- which was really unsettling.

Food was cancelled and no refund horrendous

After 35years of ordering from this restaurant I have never been this disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I ordered over 2 hours prior to actually receiving my food which was cold and incorrect! I had to heat it up in the microwave. After contacting them several times they would not even consider a small amount of refund for delay or incorrect order. Looking for a New Chinese Now.

We received our delivery just now and it was not good at all. The chilli fried beef was so hard, I couldn't even eat it. The Peking sauce was just ketchup mixed with soy sauce, and the prawn crackers and rice didn't look or taste fresh at all. Unfortunately this is the second time the food has been poor. We won't return.

Dreadful food , kingprawn balls over cooked and pancake rolls were grease laden. Most went in the bin

Great food sadly I got a beef rice dish and not my Singapore fried rice which was disappointing however the beef dish was nice

i ordered off just eat and paid online using my starling bank card. when the food arrived the restaurant said that I had not paid, despite the fact I showed them my recipt and bank statement this was evidently insufficient. The drivers were very helpful however the person on the phone from the restaurant was rude and unhelpful. Now I have been left with no food delivery and I am very disappointed.

Crispy shredded Beef was so dry it was almost inedible. Really poor food.

Absolutely pitiful at customer service! Missed an entire item off our order, then asked us to pay more which we agreed for with delivery to them be told we had to collect (20 mins later) awful service!!!!!!! Do not use!!!! Absolute mess around! Used to use weekly until they had a new person answering the phone!

banana fritters tasted like parsnips

This has got to be one of the best ever! We had the set meal B for two. There was loads of it, plus complimentary prawn crackers and onion salad. It’s was piping hot and was delivered very promptly. Highly recommend and when next up that way will order again.

All the meat was dry, the chips were cooked yesterday they were so hard all the way through and there was chicken in the vegetable curry

All the food was amazing but disappointed with the pancake rolls very soggy . I would recommend the salt and pepper chicken

Chicken noodle soup was not a soup lots of chow mien throw in with lump of chicken and little water. Rice very soggy and pork very fatty. Everything was just thrown together in a hurry. First and last time ordering from this place.

Delivery was fast but food was really sub standard everything seemed like it was cooked for hours chicken balls very overdone.

The only issue was that the crispy beef wasn’t beef. I think it was chicken instead, which is annoying as the crispy beef is my favourite
