Food was cancelled and no refund horrendous

After 35years of ordering from this restaurant I have never been this disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I ordered over 2 hours prior to actually receiving my food which was cold and incorrect! I had to heat it up in the microwave. After contacting them several times they would not even consider a small amount of refund for delay or incorrect order. Looking for a New Chinese Now.

We received our delivery just now and it was not good at all. The chilli fried beef was so hard, I couldn't even eat it. The Peking sauce was just ketchup mixed with soy sauce, and the prawn crackers and rice didn't look or taste fresh at all. Unfortunately this is the second time the food has been poor. We won't return.

Main dishes were good. Sides and extras were very poor. Not fresh and no care. Peking sauce was awful

Lovely fresh cooked food & come hot

Good quality food, lasted 3 days in fridge was almost as fresh as first cooked.

Dreadful food , kingprawn balls over cooked and pancake rolls were grease laden. Most went in the bin

Great food sadly I got a beef rice dish and not my Singapore fried rice which was disappointing however the beef dish was nice

i ordered off just eat and paid online using my starling bank card. when the food arrived the restaurant said that I had not paid, despite the fact I showed them my recipt and bank statement this was evidently insufficient. The drivers were very helpful however the person on the phone from the restaurant was rude and unhelpful. Now I have been left with no food delivery and I am very disappointed.

Chicken balls missing! Waited 30 for them to be delivered and the food is cold & the 2nd driver could not find the house! What a joke! Postcode & satnav brings you straight to the driveway

Crispy shredded Beef was so dry it was almost inedible. Really poor food.

Missing curry triangles and prawn crackers. Spoke with restaurant and they said they would add it to my next order.

Absolutely pitiful at customer service! Missed an entire item off our order, then asked us to pay more which we agreed for with delivery to them be told we had to collect (20 mins later) awful service!!!!!!! Do not use!!!! Absolute mess around! Used to use weekly until they had a new person answering the phone!

banana fritters tasted like parsnips

This has got to be one of the best ever! We had the set meal B for two. There was loads of it, plus complimentary prawn crackers and onion salad. It’s was piping hot and was delivered very promptly. Highly recommend and when next up that way will order again.

All the meat was dry, the chips were cooked yesterday they were so hard all the way through and there was chicken in the vegetable curry

All the food was amazing but disappointed with the pancake rolls very soggy . I would recommend the salt and pepper chicken

Chicken noodle soup was not a soup lots of chow mien throw in with lump of chicken and little water. Rice very soggy and pork very fatty. Everything was just thrown together in a hurry. First and last time ordering from this place.

Delivery was fast but food was really sub standard everything seemed like it was cooked for hours chicken balls very overdone.

My order was delayed 45 mins and then was still late and cold when delivered, upon complaining I was awarded £2 which is a discrase for a late and cold order

Singapore fried rice and egg fried rice was clumpy and most likely from the end of the day, not that great taste as a result.

The only issue was that the crispy beef wasn’t beef. I think it was chicken instead, which is annoying as the crispy beef is my favourite

Ordered for the first time as it showed the fastest delivery, 30-40 minutes. After an hour the app said enjoy my food but it wasn’t delivered so i called and was told to wait 15 minutes as it was as on its way, so 15 minutes later I told the just eat app my food was late and I was told it would be a further 15 minutes. After 1 hour 30 minutes my food arrived. Over all The Chow meins were very nice but the chilli chips were disappointing.

Don't quite remember the Del time but I order around 5:30 and the food arrived just before or just after 6. Brilliant service! No complaints against the food Will order again sometime.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and received mushroom soup. No noodles at all in the soup. Delivery was very late.

Ribs had no meat, syrup was alright though. Chips were like tiny bits of crisps, not the usual chunky fluffy they serve... Really sad. The curry sauce was like slime, wouldn't even stay on chips or prawn crackers and had no flavour. Real shame honestly, usually do such a nice job.

The lemon duck was not worth the money, the taste was fine but portion size was 1/3 duck and 2/3 beansprouts. The ribs were extremely fatty and tasted very bland, the sauce was also very watery. Food was hot and delivered on time, but probably won’t order from here again.

Had to ring the restaurant after 30 mins of the delivery time. Only for them to make excuse to why it’s not left yet.. poor service

Took them two hours from when ordering, when it was late the first time they apologised and added another half an hour onto the time… I still had to call and ask where my order was, shame because when the food did arrive it was lovely, but waiting so long will mean I don’t order from them again unfortunately.

The food was great but it was supposed to be delivered in 35-50 minutes whereas it took 1 hour, 20 minutes.

Cantonese SS chicken wasn't Crispy, and the sauce was meh. Veg spring rolls were disgusting. Prawn toast didn't have much prawn. Will avoid in future

The food was bad. Chow mein was swimming in a BBQ sauce and oil. Rest of the food was also very oily. Not nice at all. Don't recommend. It was not tasting like Chinese food.
