Overcooked chicken which tasted like it had been kept warm for some considerable time. Had sloppy, uncooked herb batter clinging to it. It was barely warm.

The food was really late, driver was opposite my building but took forever to arrive and when He finally arrived, food was cold and missing chips and drink. Ordered a meal and only received chicken. Lesson learned

Delivery driver was lovely and friendly, as was man I spoke to when I called. Kids enjoyed the pizzas.

Food wasn't fresh. Dry chicken obviously been kept in the warmer for some considerable time. Meat tasted musty.

Takeaway decided to add chicken to my pizza when it wasn't requested. They clearly don't care about their customer's dietary requirements. Avoid this place like the plague.

My food was 30 minutes late! And my pizza meal was missing the drink for the other pizza meal was missing and my cheese chilli bites never arrived! Tried to call the restaurant but could not get through!!!! Avoid at at cost

Food missing from order, and spicy seasoning was put on the chips, even though I had asked them not to. Then when I phoned them to tell them about this, they were rude and said that there is "nothing they can do". Terrible takeaway, would never order from there again. All the food was cold and hard!

The wings were a bit over cooked but overall still tasty. Arrived earlier than expected too which was nice.

I order from Chester’s probably twice a month and every time it’s great. The pizzas are always warm and the drivers are always friendly.

The Restaurant Outlet waited until the very last moment, to call me to say that they ran out of Curly Fries. And to add insult to injury, the order page said that there would be 5 Hash Browns for the price of £1 - but I only got ONE. Abysmal.

I order or buy once in a month for value meal Chicken with fries and drinks which is my Fav. So far it’s in my tastebuds I really like it compare to other takeaways. And good customer services too. ❤️❤️❤️

It was 30 minutes late which wouldn’t be as bad if it weren’t for the fact that unless you request an update you have no idea how late it’s going to be and my lunch is only 45 min so 30 minutes late is pretty annoying especially as I booked for a specific time later on not as soon as possible so I got it at the start of my lunch so they had more time to get my order sorted and here on time than normal.

honestly one of the worst oders I've had. chicken burgers were so dry we couldn't even bite into them the barms were stale pizza stone cold even the chicken was dry amnd tasted stale and 15 mins late

Ordered 1 7" pizza meal deal and waited over an hour for delivery. Called them to ask how long it'd be, they said it'd be there any second. 15 minutes later food arrived stone cold. Not edible. What a waste of money and time.

The delivery came earlier than the estimated time which was great, we got everything we ordered, only one comment would be that we prefer toppings on top of the cheese not underneath.

Delivered cold and split everywhere. Over an hour after expected. Ordered at 9pm and delivered at 11:25pm.

Chicken was rock solid and freezing. Chips were like cardboard and cold also. Weird off brand tango that was horrible. The meal sizes were stupidly small for the price. Overall atrocious and would never recommend this to anyone. What a waste of my money. Would do minus stars if i could

I ordered five fillet burger meals all the burgers had mayo on them when I asked for some to have ketchup instead we got ketchup dips all the chicken on the burgers were very chewy and hard definitely over cooked and there was a lack of filling in the burger I.e one lettuce leaf. I will not be ordering from here again not worth the money I paid very disappointed to say the least.

Literally 5 strips of rubbery donnor meat and a few thin pieces of chicken in the mixed kebabs, and slow delivery times. Won't be ordering from here again.

the drivers need to learn to wait after ringing the buzzer he was walking away when I got to the door was not happy and I wasn't slow on getting there

food was delivered in good time but it really wasn't the best. the chicken wraps was good, however the chicken and chips was so dry. no taste at all the the chicken. plus donner kebab wasn't the best. the meat taste awful plus instruction on notes was ignored and food came with zero sauce.

I had placed an order this Saturday evening for delivery after just eat reviews were pleasingly good. It was a 50/50 gamble, and unfortunately the wrong decision, I left special instructions they wasn’t followed, food was 20 minutes late, stone cold. And due to personal reasons I could not consume nevermind any body without health conditions or just preferences, my partner then had to get a taxi to the Resturant as they wasn’t answering their phone after more than 8 attempts.. To demand a refund which then said it would take a further 3-5 days to show on my account, a rude response from the shop. Nobody should eat here! Avoid at all costs!

Over three hours wait and the food was awful would have thrown it all in the bin but cost me over 30 pound plus one pizza tasted of chemicals the chicken wings were not wings and the mozzarella bites were not right and the only thing decent was the onion rings and the chips were inedible

This place doesn't deserve even a single star.I had a very bad experience. I ordered pizza for kids.IT was cold and soon they got food poisoning. This place needs to close.Its the first time i had such a bad experience with any takeaway.They are putting peaple's health at risk by selling old ,cheap quality food.

Unfortunately our pizza, chicken and chips were cold. The chicken was dry. However, the batter around the chicken was soggy. The chips were like rubber. The delivery driver was very pleasant though.

Ordered food at 6 45.got order conformation and delivery time at 730. Food never came so rang at 8.15 was told on the way.half hour later no food .rang up again and they told me they don't have my order not ordering anything from there again

The chicken and fries were very tasty. The only issue was there were no jalapeños on the ringer burger and it was supposed to have them.

First off when I'm in person I never have any issues with the food, but this one time I order the quality of the food Is beyond horrible I got 8 piece bucket and a pizza meal for me and my girlfriend. The quality of the chicken could be compared to dog sh*t it was rubbery half pink and not at all crispy it was very obvious the chicken was old now to the pizza the base was burnt the cheese was sour and next to no pepperoni and the chips!!!! They tasted like dishsoap it was very obvious that they had just a dish that as just been washed but not rinsed properly so when they tossed the fries in the red salt it absorbed the soap and now for the actual delivery time 20 minutes late now not to bad had worse but when it's 20 minutes late I expect the chicken to be cooked now I don't expect the top quality of food when ordering a take out but I do expect food fit for human consumption I've had 3 years in the catering industry all at fresh food restaurants so I've delt with chicken and other meat on a daily bases so i know when the chicken is old and it must have been at least 5 days old chicken So no I do not suggest you ever order from Chesters, if you do go pick it up to save you some time of calling them up for them to do nothing to fix your issue no sorry no nothing from then just a okay bye. If you don't like being told your food is sh*t don't cook sh*t food simple.

Absolutely shocking service food took 1 & half hours to arrive when it did half missing & cold when I rung to complain told I hadn't ordered a meal that was missing but is on the email confirmation & been charged for 😡 angry from leyland
