Pedido queso en diciembre de 2024 , un queso ligeramente diferente pero similar llegó 2 - semanas después de la fecha de entrega del sitio web. El queso era de la mitad de tamaño (ordenado rueda completa) , intentó contactar a través de Facebook, Instagram, correo electrónico del sitio web, correo electrónico a través del sistema de pago de la tienda. Recibió respuesta semana antes de Navidad prometiendo resolver (después de enviar fotos) , desde entonces ningún contacto, a pesar de enviar varios correos para su actualización. Apoyo a las pequeñas empresas, sin embargo Muswell Cheese Shop es uno de evitar, ya que su servicio al cliente es inexistente, y no entregan lo que usted pide.

Las entregas en línea son muy poco confiables - afirman permitir un día a cada lado, pero en realidad esto podría ser de hasta una semana o más y el servicio al cliente es lacónico y "tómalo o déjalo".

Quesos pedidos en línea como regalo de un miembro de la familia. Resultó mucho más allá de su mejor (ver fotos). Traté de contactarlos, sin respuesta. No usar.

I can't thank Cheeses of Muswell Hill enough for saving my daughter's wedding day. I ordered a cheese stack online from a supplier in Yorkshire. On arrival, 3 days prior to the wedding, it arrived with a substitute tier, which was neither a British cheese nor in keeping with the look we wanted. Frantically searching for cheese suppliers nearby, I came across Cheeses of Muswell Hill. We visited met a delightful lady who recommended a Cornish Yarg to replace the missing tier. We were assured it would be ordered and available for collection next day (Friday) in time for the wedding Saturday. We were not disappointed. The Cornish Yarg made an excellent addition to the cheese stack and received many complements from our guests. Thank you Cheeses of Muswell Hill for saving the day. I would not hesitate to recommend your excellent service and products.

A friend bought 3-month gift for us ( = 3 deliveries) 1st delivery had to be chased by purchaser. Arrived with no indication of who from, or that there would be 3 deliveries over 3 months. 2nd & 3rd deliveries also had to be chased & didn't arrive till half-way through month instead of first Friday as promised. If friend hadn't told us to expect it & we didn't know her well enough to say it hadn't come - suspect follow-up deliveries would never have arrived. Complaints received excuses but no apology. DREADFUL SERVICE though cheese is OK. Not worth risking your money though.

When organising a birthday surprise I tried to contact the shop via chatbot, email and phone. Nobody ever replied. I ordered a present online for my friend and stipulated a day for it to be delivered. It was two days late. When the email came through asking for me to review them, they didn’t even use my name. They used the name of the gift recipient. I love seeing Morgan on Sunday brunch and all the great cheeses but their online service is shocking.

I found this cheese shop early in the year and i have now been popping in each week to try something new, very friendly staff who are keen to help. So passionate about local cheese and what pairs well together. I also send my dad one of their boxes - Huge Success would recommend

the service is slow, the selection isn't great, the prices are generally not displayed, very short opening hours. Compare it with La Fromagerie in Highbury.... It really is a waste of shop space

Very small, one customer in a once! I really loved the selection and the girl that served me was really knowledgeable

So after seeing Morgan on Sunday Brunch ordered cheeses on 14th Nov for Sat 4th Dec, to be delivered on Fri 3rd Dec. Took my money straight away. Never received despite leaving 2 voicemails and 2 emails stating would be in contact within 24hrs, no chance! So they took my money and I received nothing, totally dishonest people, how can Sunday Brunch promote Cheeses of Muswell Hill. Never order anything.

I was extremely impressed by my visit to this small delight of a shop the other day . The selection of cheeses and accompaniments really is second to none. With help from the very knowledgeable shopkeeper I chose a selection of cheeses ,most of which I was unfamiliar with. Wow ! I am now a fan of cheeses I didn’t know existed. All were amazing and the whole experience was a huge pleasure.

Full of amazing cheeses, they serve gorgonzola by the scoop! i have never tasted anything like it! The young lady serving was so helpful, happy to let me try the cheeses before i bought them. This was great because i am fairly new to the world of cheese and a few were on the strong side, i left with a bag of cheeses! very happy

Bit tricky to find but once you do there is a Aladdin‘s Cave worth of delicious cheeses! You can try before you buy, I ended up popping over the road to the wine shop too! Perfect Saturday in muswell hill

Full of good cheese and tasted some really unusual ones They have a Gouda with spices I think cumin. Incredible

I order the selection boxes quite often, I find the staff to be so helpful and knowledgable! Already got my Xmas pre order in 🙌🏻🧀

ONE STAR AS I CANT GIVE ZERO FOR ZERO DELIVERY AND ITS SEEMS STEALING MY MONEY Do not order from Morgan McGlynn and her company Cheeses of Muswell Hill. Placed an or order on 27th June. Paid for it received the receipt and a delivery date of 1st July. I wanted the product for the 3rd so was happy with that. Cheese failed to arrive, since then I have called the shop by phone never an answer. Have mailed 3 times, no answer. Have sent numerous Instagram posts to the shop and Morgan McGlynn. No response. They are either useless or dishonest. Think I know which one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I think it has been open for 45 years, small family run business. So much amazing cheese, lovely staff, helpful, friendly. Walked out with a huge bag of amazing cheeses 🧀👍🏻

The shop's published and regular opening time is 9.30am but when I arrived at 9.55am I was ordered to wait outside for 5 minutes while the shop assistant was getting ready to open. She was adamant even though it was freezing cold. I'd come to buy a speciality bread and asked her to put one aside for me. She told me to return before 3pm as they were closing early. I offered to pay in advance but she refused. When I returned just after 1pm she told me (with a big grin on her face and clearly delighted) that she'd sold it. I've shopped here for 20 years but doubt I can bring myself to enter this store again despite their nice stock.

The staff, service and produce are outstanding, you WILL NOT find cheeses like this anywhere else, we sent some as a gift To my father in law and they were very very well received - he was simply delighted!!! Honestly either order delivery or pop...

Just had another selection of cheeses delivered from this gem of a shop. I would particularly recommend the single Gloucester and Stinking Bishop, which is a bit of a misnomer as it does not stink.

Yet again an excellent variety of cheeses were ordered and were delivered promptly in a sturdy box. In particular I would recommend the farmhouse Red Leicester and the accompanying Quince Fruit Cheese by Tracklements.

I visted Cheeses prior to Burns Night as i was hosting a dinner party for 12. Really impressed with the Kintyre goats cheese, Blue Murder and another blue - Strathdon possibly, which i bought. Not only delicious cheesd but excellent advice and service.

Don't touch these with a barge-pole online. Ordered cheese over 2 weeks before Christmas and never received it. Phoned the number numerous times; never gets answered and no answer-machine. Sent emails, and messages via Facebook but still no response. Finally raised a complaint through Paypal...
